I tried the buffalo chicken stuffed pretzel. It was fantastic. They even give you wing sauce to dip it in. They have a drive thru, so you can order ahead, and pick it up without even getting out of your car. It's a family business, and you can taste the commitment to quality.

The penguin pretzel was so good. Everything was made to perfection. Our order was made by Sean and Tracey. If I could give 10/5 stars I would! Great customer service too!

Ordered ahead! We got the traditional pretzel, stuffed spinach pretzel, and the stuffed pizza pretzel. They were all phenomenal. The dipping sauces were also delicious. The portion size was huge and the stuffed pretzels are definitely big enough to share. Absolutely worth the drive.

Freshly made pretzels. We wasn't expecting much from a place that is only pick up. We were wrong, this place had the best pretzels we ever had. 30 minutes per order so order ahead but is worth it.

This place is not a walk in. It's a drive through. Ordering ahead on the website is the best way. We got the traditional one and the chocolate one and they were amazing. And HUGE. And super hot and fresh. I recommend this place. The traditional pretzel is a whole meal. It's ridiculous. 🤍

Wow! FANTASTIC pretzels! Visited from out of state and just happened to catch them on TV for National Pretzel day. I love a good soft pretzel and made the drive to get one. Truly the best pretzel I’ve ever had! Also bought a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich, that too was delicious. Will definitely be back!

This is a great family owned and operated pretzel place. Anthony and Suzy go out of their way to make customers happy. I love their pretzel dog, huge portions at a great price. Drive thru wasn't busy, it was easy to order ahead online and convenient to pick up at their drive thru window. Definitely recommend trying all their masterful creations. The Danial family will be back :)

The BEST pretzels around! Always fresh and hot. The quality is amazing with super friendly staff! Been going to them back when they had their Cafe store. I do miss more variety on the menu, but they do offer specials to be able to snag your favorite when it's offered for the week.

We got the Royal, which is mozzarella and pepperoni inside of a pretzel. Basically a calzone. We've had this before and it's great, but on this occasion it was absolutely overloaded with cheese. The cheese was to the extent of it being hard to eat and definitely not as good. It was very filling and is a large portion. Pretty significant wait time.

I heard about this place from a friend, so 3 of us decided to get several of their stuffed pretzels, regular pretzels, and desserts and split them. We ordered the endangered, a stuffed buffalo chicken pretzel, the Royal a pepperoni and cheese stuffed pretzel, The pretzels Dogs, and The Cheesy Galapagos (cheesy version of the dog), a Penguin and for dessert the black and white chocolate dessert pretzel. We cut them up with a pizza cutter and went at it like a buffet. OMG!!! We are all hooked for life! The buffalo chicken had just the right kick, And became my favorite. The pepperoni was like eating a pizza…. But like no other pizza you have had before. It became my favorite, the hot dogs were amazing…. I mean, it’s just a hot dog, right?? But wrapped in that pretzel “bun” took it to a whole different dimension. It became my favorite. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better we pulled the dessert pretzel out of the bag. I’m not usually a dessert guy, but WOW this thing was amazing. Slightly salty melt in your mouth pretzel, stuffed with white chocolate on one side and dark chocolate on the other, drizzled with white and dark chocolate. Outstanding! This is not a restaurant, but a to go window only. Call your order in or use their website. Give them about 30 minutes notice, and be prepared for an amazing meal.

Wow! What a pretzel! Went here on a family recommendation. I thought it was a restaurant, but did not matter. Apparently and unfortunately covid has shrunk their business, but we all need to go to keep them open. I ordered a turkey, bacon, cheese lunch pretzel. It was freshly made, takes about 20 minutes, but worth the wait. The staff was so nice and hard working. I really love these kinds of businesses. Please do yourself a favor and get lunch here one day!

Third time ordering from them since they've opened. I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of pretzels, but when I saw their menu, I'm up to trying something new. I'm hooked. Everything is delicious. I love the melted cheese. It has a slight kick that's perfect. Beautifully done, Penguin Pretzels. Well done.

Stopped there after weeks of craving anything from there !They taunted us in St Petersburg with there ABC Action news feature where they show local places .After getting there only to realize I didn't pay enough attention you need to order online and pick up .Drove up to the window Luckily I was able to place my order lucky was small there quite busy .They made my cheesy pretzel dogs and 4 pretzels to go lol Polite friendly and to no avail was extremely happy with my order

We just ate a huge chicken bacon ranch! It was excellent!

I'm not sure why this place is even on TripAdvisor. It's not a restaurant, it's just a place that sells to other stores. They aren't really open to the public and I haven't seen their product at any local stores. Very disappointing.

Never open, can't get ahold of them on the phone. Hours state they're open, for a whole year I felt like they went out of business. So now when I see they have reopened with new hours, I always expect to be disappointed. Exactly why I'm writing this review, has happened like 10 times to me, if it's wholesale than keep it wholesale. But I can't even start an order for a large amount, that's how much I crave the pretzels, that I'm willing to buy in bulk lol 🤦I hope they get more staff, or whoever is supposed to open, stops being so lazy!

Stopped here because of trip advisor review. These pretzels are the real deal. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch pretzel sandwich. They are made to order & take 25 minutes. I suggest calling ahead. This is a grab n go place. No seating. Don’t be put off by that. The pretzel sandwiches are totally worth waiting for. They do have some pretzels hot & ready. Look at the website & call & order what you want before you go. It’s that easy.

I really needed to visit the Penguin pretzel factory here today as I had attempted to on 4 other occasions only to find them closed for one reason or another.. on my visit today I got to witness a special order for Mother's Day being created and delivered to the customer. I arrived at the correct moment to witness this .and hear about the way things are made, created, customized and the variety of offerings available for these special orders. I am most definitely a nacho cheese kind of guy and I am also most definitely a honey mustard kind of guy I however have chosen the Dipping sauce called cucumber dill as my favourite pretzel dip here today and totally encourage anyone questioning whether or not it's good to go ahead and try it.

Hands down best pretzels I've had in Florida. Fresh and delicious. The spinach and feta sandwich was amazing, too. Order ahead if you can to cut down on wait time. But it's worth the wait regardless. Can't wait to go back!!

I cannot express how yummy this place was - I have seen them advertise on Facebook for a while I have been trying to get there, FINALLY today I did...stuffed reuben pretzel was AWESOME, also got the pizza stuffed pretzel, hot dog and turkey bacon cheese and ranch ....ALL of it was delicious and worth EVERY PENNY...now it is a little pricey but the sandwiches are HUGE so really you get two meals...so again worth it! GOOOOOO and support local business - contact less pick up as well... stay safe and full of yummy food when you order from Penguin Pretzels 😊💯❤

We drove 30 minutes out of our way to go specifically to this place. Last year we found them and it was one of the highlights of our trip!! So good. Got there and CLOSED, like sign is down and everything! Website says nothing about this. Looks like May be able to order online but not sure. We were all sad!

The workers are super friendly as well, and once you try these pretzels any others taste like garbage. I'm not what you'd call a regular because my family is on a diet, so I cant live there like I wish I could, but whenever I'm hanging out with the Morrisons, I know my day will finally be complete with an Emperor Sandwich. After having pretzels in Oldsmar location a few years back, had to track down the new location and drag friends and teammates with us. Great service, very accommodating of our food allergies and general craziness. Even gave one of our party a special birthday pretzel! Will always seek them out when we are in the area!

I went here with my hockey team. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They seemed so excited to serve us. The really create a great atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious. I wish I lived closer, this was totally worth the stop.

I've been to many pretzel factories and this is hands down THE BEST PRETZEL I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! Everything is baked right after you order it. We had 2 traditional twist pretzels, a pretzel bagel with butter, and pretzel bites with melted mozzarella and marinara sauce. Everything was excellent and I don't usually give excellent ratings since there's always room for improvement. No improvement needed here. Forgot to mention a VERY large variety of mustards for those of us that must have mustard on our pretzels. The menu has many variations of pretzels so there's something for everyone even the purists that love it plain. The staff here are all VERY friendly and full of smiles. Happy people work here and it shows. Would recommend this place to everyone and I'll be back next time I'm in Florida.

Best little family owned restaurant around! The food is delicious and fresh made by a wonderful family. I had the spinach and feta pretzel with a cucumber dill dip and I was in heaven. We'll be back again and again!

So we were on our way back through New Port Richey and needed something to tide us over as we were headed to Clearwater beach. Found the Penguin Pretzel cafe on Trip Advisor and set the GPS. Located in a strip mall and SO GOOD!!! Greeted by owners immediately, excellent customer service and cannot begin to describe the pretzels... my older 2 kids, 12 & we got the huge pretzel with 4 dipping sauces....honey mustard and nacho cheese were thei favorites. They shared because too much to eat. My husband and I split the spinach and feta pretzel sandwich.,,excellent and plenty for the 2 of us with chips and cucumber dill dip which was also really good. Our 8 yr old got the twisted pretzel with honey mustard sauce. Along with 5 bottles drinks (only ones available) bill was <$35. I still cannot get over how good these are...hot, crispy, buttery. You must just eat here!!! My only regret is we didn’t get the Snickers stuffed pretzel for dessert.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Pretzels are the BEST that I've ever had and recommend them over ANY place else. The cool thing is they take an already perfect thing and then make sandwiches that are amazing. I recommend the cheese stuffed Pretzels too. If you want something sweet the Nutella or the PB/Choc stuffed are sinful. What tops it all is that the family that runs it are just great people! I'm a regular 🥨
