This place is great. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Each staff member was friendly and made us feel welcome. The basil and garlic (que toi) was delicious. It had thin strips of beef with the garlic and basil sauce over a bed of vermicelli noodles, bean sprouts, lettuce, and cucumber. It had a light sauce with it. It was very light and flavorful. The Pho has a delicious broth and plenty of options for additions.

My first time coming here. The customer service was outstanding! The food was delicious and I will definitely be returning.

This is one of our absolute favorite restaurants in fredericksburg. My boyfriend and I are foodies and love going out and we often come here or order take out to have some warm, homemade comforting soup. The staff is so nice and will take time to meet all your needs. Totally recommend giving it a try they have the best pho in town!

My family and I love this place especially our 1.5 year old. They are always pleasant and the Pho is always on point. Today for the first time I got take out. It was as good as me dinning in. ❤️.

Interior is too dark, you can barely see what’s in front of you. But what i could obviously see was food left on utensils and dried food crusted on sriracha and hoisin bottles. Once the food came out, the broth was beyond salty! Overly salted food paired with a dark depressing atmosphere and cherry on top dirty utensils. Would not recommend or ever eat again.

Mervyn (sp?) the chef accomodated a quick and incredibly delicious beef dinner soup for two plus pork spring rolls. He is a Master Chef of the complex and nuanced Vietnamese flavors. Ours was takeout but it is a bit of an Ikea process; next time we are going to try for one of the few available tables. Gary

If you are looking for some great Vietnamese cuisine, look no further! This is a family run business, And it really truly feels like they bring you into their family when you try their amazing food. I always want to savor it. And I will always crave soup three hundred sixty five days out of the year because of this place.

Great service every time and consistently amazing food! My favorite order is crispy spring rolls, shrimp and pork pho with chilli oil, and their saigon coffee. I've tried other apps, pho, and their curry, which are all great.

Favorite pho spot in Fredericksburg for dining in or takeout. Friendly service. Great kids. Fresh, flavorful food and food portions. Looking forward to trying more things but everything we've had has been great. A reliable spot for your taste buds. 😊 Check it out.

Pho Saigon has fantastic pho and spring rolls. The owners are super kind and Lisa and my grandma really connected. Wanted to thank everyone at Pho Saigon for their delicious food and even better service.

LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY. I came from California so I know how I like my Pho. I live in Lees Parke now so this place is convenient for me. The food is good not the best. However, the service is VERY VERY BAD. The older lady with the short hair is so rude. Even trying to place your order she stated, “I have other customers to tend to”. So she comes off racist as if we are not customers when she says this to us. I know I spend more money on a single order of Pho than her average customers anyway. Anytime I want to order a different noodle she gets mad. But I’m used to being offered different options where I come from. I do however, have a concern with how overwhelmed she gets when tending to customers when it’s hardly anybody in there. Clearly this establishment is not used to a certain clientele and it shows. Most of their customers don’t finish their food. The bowls are full and broth is wasted. At least I’m paying and eating every extra thing I order. I will definitely file a complaint with BBB if her behavior continues to anybody I know because it just happened again to my family member. They are definitely stressed out or maybe inventory must be sparse. If you do not want customers to have options, then limit your menu. I don’t treat my customers like this so I won’t tolerate it from another business owner. The community is very small. Your customers are also your NEIGHBORS.

Friendly, family-like environment. Pho portion was big, if you order the large size. Lots of to-go and dine-in during dinnertime - be prepared to have some waiting time.

Best pho/overall Vietnam restaurant I've tried! My bf and I drive an hour south for the food as often as we can and have been for 4-5 years now. Every other pho place has just never reached the same level of satisfaction in taste, service, or portions. We get the beef pho, chicken pho, mushroom delight, and the various curries. Their apps are also reliably delicious, especially the wonton soup! Saigon bowls are super filling and with an order of extra noodles, plenty for leftovers! Love to see them grow and succeed, even if I selfishly wanted to keep it a secret haha Definitely getting busier during meal hours and weekends, but a lovely, quiet environment during off-times on weekdays

Exquisite! Stopped for lunch on a cold, rainy day and found amazing food and terrific staff! BTW, they make their own soy sauce. It was de-lish!

I visited Virginia from Florida and Walking into this place, the aroma and atmosphere was amazing. I had ordered the salad spring rolls with shrimp and pork and the kids pho with steak and meatballs it was sooo yummy. The servers were super friendly and very attentive and talked to everyone like close friends/buddies. I would definitely come here again if I lived here

Discovered this venue today. They were slammed! It was the most authentic Vietnamese food I'ld eaten in 30 years since leaving the SF Bay Area. I started with the soft spring roll before ordering a bowel of Pho Soup👍😋

The place is nice and staff is friendly. We got pho bowls and Saigon noodles for our 4 year old. The food was good. I got the chili oil and added it to my everything pho - that oil definitely packs a punch and I'd recommend it if you're looking to spice up your pho. They seemed to be popular with the place being fairly crowded considering the location where they are.

Visited this place on a Sunday evening with a small group. We were seated promptly. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Also a bit entertaining. Ordered the Chicken Pho. Was not disappointed. Dish was served hot and tasty. Absolutely loved the experience and would come here again.

Been dining with Pho Saigon ever since they had the place on Courthouse Road. They are family now. Everything I get here is top notch. The pho I call medicine. The garden rolls are to die for. My current favorite is the tofu cucumber salad. Come and join the family!

My family and I have been going here for 20+ years and somehow have still never once been disappointed with the food or service. The portions are huge and the food is always fresh and hot (even with takeout). I would eat here every day if I could without a doubt.

My first visit to Pho Saigon was wonderful. We came for a mid-week lunch and the place was busy, but not packed. We had the Lunch Special and it came out quickly. We enjoyed every bit and even had leftovers. We will be back soon!

Best chicken pho I've had in a long time!

I've been going to this family-owned business for at least 20 years. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best place for pho in the Fredericksburg area. Indeed, everything is fresh, and all of the menu selections I've sampled have been delicious.

Usually really good, but today ordered vegan broth and got chicken. Won’t be back any time soon which is a shame as one of the places that I could get vegan pho.

Go to Pho Saigon and you’ll understand why so many people love this place. You can tell the owners take great pride in their work. The food and service are consistently excellent. I have tried pho at many other places and this remains my absolute favorite. The owners make you feel like family when you enter the door. Pho Saigon never disappoints!

Pho Saigon is a great place for Pho in Fredericksburg. My wife and I love Pho and recently tried this place for lunch. We loved it. The place is simple and humble but the food is great and the service is friendly, efficient and hard working.

Family-owned business, where everyone is very polite! I had pho' for the first time, and I HAD TO GET IT AGAIN!!!😍 EVERYTHING is perfectly cooked! The broth is sooooooo delicious!!! I even loved the pork wontons and sauce! This is the ONLY place I'll by pho' in town.

Whenever we're in the area, we stop in for food. The staff here is wonderful and treat everyone as if they're family. They always have a smile on their face. The food has always been hot and so good. We have never had any issues with our food either. It has always been hot and ready to go. My kids love coming with to pitch up our food because they love how friendly the staff is.

I am Vietnamese. Drove down to Spotsylvania from Northern Virginia / Springfield, Va to go to GameStop and was craving Pho so decided to drop by because of the high reviews. I got to say this place has some legit and super delicious pho! It’s probably better than Pho 75 in Falls Church / Arlington, Va, which imo is one of the best pho in NOVA. Don’t forget to ask for the special sauce aka “Nước Béo” or the fatty beef broth (as shown in my picture with the onions) to pour into the pho. It’s a secret 🤫 that most don’t know about. It makes it more tastier but less healthier 😂 Just hit the gym next day to offset the gains. While eating, the wait line was running out the door on a Friday evening around 7 pm. The service was nice 😊 and since it’s family owned and been in business for a while, seems as though they know a lot of the customers coming. They were greeting them like they knew them as family.

We went last night best service I have ever had. My two year has not mastered chopsticks yet. Even though they where busy the lady took the time to teach her to scoop with them. The pho was good so and the coffee. We will be back. We eat pho a lot now we have are spot. I'm excited to return! Felt like I should call are server auntie by the end of the meal :) love this place!

My family and I just moved south of Fredericksburg, and were looking for a good place to get some pho. We love our pho and weren't optimistic that we'd find anything since we're kind of in the middle of nowhere. Boy, were we wrong. This place is soooo good. We ordered their crispy pork spring rolls as an appetizer and wow are they yummy! My husband got their steak and meatball pho, while I ordered the steak with a side of vinegar onions. You let them know what garnishes you want, and everything came out so quick and hot! The broth is magnificent. So rich and flavorful. The noodles are cooked to perfection. If you want to add a kick to your step, order the Vietnamese coffee. It's not too sweet and it tastes like the coffee beans are straight from Vietnam. And I can't recommend the fresh coconut juice, enough. It's ice cold, sweet, and comes with big chunks of sweet young coconut. Yum! The staff is super friendly and quick to get what you need. You always feel welcome when you come in. On a nice cold rainy day, go to Pho Saigon. It'll hit the spot.

The best noodles I've had and I've been across the country trying to find their equal.

I have been very sick and my boyfriend just brought me some lemongrass chicken soup from this place … all I can say is WOW that blows Americas chicken noodle soup out the water! This instantly made my throat feel better and I ate the entire large cup of it! I will be back for more ! My go to comfort soup now when I am sick!

The chicken broth was amazing, the take-out service was quick, the Thai tea was delicious and the service was amazing. The lady who checked me out was so nice!

The phò was out of this world. I got the steak, with the added veggies, and it was phenomenal. Their steamed pork dumplings were ok, tasty but fell apart easy. Great service, very friendly.

Tried to order carry out on December 27th 2022 , was put on hold for 10 minutes(no big deal). I end up hanging up and trying again to put in a take out order 10 minutes later. Was put on hold again for another 10 minutes. I hang up one more time and call back only to be asked to go on hold again. It shouldn't take 30 minutes for someone to put in a take out order. It's a shame because the food is very good.

SO GOOD, SO GOOD, SO GOOD! I can only assume she was the owner, but she was FABULOUS! We absolutely loved her energy! Everything was delicious! We got the seafood phò, steamed shrimp dumplings, & steak phò! Perfect!

Shrimp dumplings ok, a little firm to the bite. Meatball in the pho is good, not too rubbery, but steak should be served raw on the side lest it firm up too much sitting in the broth. Sprouts and basil and sliced jalapeno shouldn't carry an extra charge. In short, solidly competent!
