I have one guest ahead in shower line ,,I did wait 1:30 hour ,, then I went to subway,,only 1 employe was their ,big line front of subway,,too much flies ,,,

Very lovely staff all around. Kelly and the young man with the frosted tip hair. Took my complaint about a previous place and were perfectly kind no patronizing me and no excuse making. Lovely place

Very bad customer service especially one guy on customer service is very stupid doesn't know what is doing there.

While the mobile technology hasn't hit the pumps yet, the folks working behind the counter are super helpful and the bathrooms were clean!

The ladies at the register have the most awesome attitudes. They welcome every customer coming in with a hello. However DO NOT eat at the Subway located inside this Pilot. It was absolutely the worst Subway location I've ever encountered.

Cheapest gas along the way according to gasbuddy, so I stopped here to top off. I wasn't planning on using the restroom but when the receipt printer at the pump didn't work, it meant that I had to go inside. On principle, I didn't buy anything. It is directly off the interstate and easily accessible. The pump area was clean and other than the receipt printer, everything worked fine. The inside of this Pilot includes a Dunkin' and a Subway if either of those appeal to you.

Stopped by to gas up, restroom stop and food. I bought the chicken sandwich and fries which had been freshly prepared about 15 minutes before my arrival. Both was very tasty and hot!! Chicken sandwich, fries and 24oz icee was a total $10.83. Good quick meal for a value price 👌

Almost all trash cans outside were overflowing, with trash all over the ground, and the restroom was filthy.

Terrible customer service, dirty restroom. Old food on the deli side, sign outside says 24 hour subway. Well apparently that's only for the customers of their choosing. The young lady was breaking down the vegetables, I asked her if she was closed? Her answer was , " I can't make you a sandwich right now!". The gentleman in the back room responded, " Yes, she can!". Then they decided to giggle back and forth. I just shook my head and walked away. It is what it is. However, this store sucks!

Subway was horrible. Bathroom was clean. Coffee center was fair but coffee is high priced

We are OTR Truck Drivers and stayed here for a day and a half. We were expecting a package to arrive with very important documents in it for us to have on the truck so we can keep making money. Tyler, the new store manager, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He went above and beyond for us, delivering exceptional customer service. We couldn’t be more appreciative. You guys got yourself a FANTASTIC new manager on your hands. This store will surely thrive with him in charge. Thanks Tyler and good luck there.

Place was great- HOWEVER, Deandra at Subway was SUPER RUDE. Spent $33 on two subs and asked her to add more toppings to our sandwiches as she only originally put on very little and she said literally “no! Then the other customers won’t have any”. GIRL BYE! She needs an attitude adjustment. The entire Subway does. TYLER- on the other was amazing. He’s the best. Thank you

Don’t make any since at all me and my wife drove from Marianna to get a sub at 10:45 once I called and verified they said the subway inside the store close at 11 . It’s ridiculous very disappointed we had to drive all the way to Tallahassee.

Slept in truck here overnight engine on, woke up to a stolen under trailer spare tire and cut chain holder for the spare. No cameras or security whatsoever in this truck stop parking lot. Inside was pretty clean though. Very low water pressure showers.

Great Location In Midway, FL On I-10. BIG, BIG, BIG Place. Very Clean-Inside & Outside. Lots Of Truck Parking. 8 Fuel Lanes-To Get Ya In & Out. Has A Subway & Dunkin Express. Very Well Stocked W/Lots Of Variety Of Hot & Cold Food & Drinks-W/The Norm Of Snacks. Employees Are Friendly, Efficient, Helpful & Professional. AWESOME PILOT! KUDO'S!!

I left a very special hat this morning in shower number six. If anybody has found this there is a reward for this hat, this is a very special one of a kind hat. Other than that establishment is very clean all the staff is pretty as and it was a good 70 start

Stopped here to get gas and use the restroom while on the road. Females bathroom was clean but my boyfriend said the male restroom was nasty and had an overflowing urinal making a mess all over. The hotdogs and “fresh” food they did have out was very old and stale. The worst part is there was 3 employees behind the counter going on and on about their person life being loud and didn’t care who heard what and the person who checked us out was very rude and seemed so annoyed that we needed to check out. And how dare I ask for gas too…. We pass through the area very often but we will never be back to this location. The owners should be ashamed.

They charge 18 dollars for a shower. Ridiculous. Then everytime someone flushes a toilet you get burned by hot water. They lost me as a customer

Both times I used my credit card to pay for gas here I have had fraudulent charges on my card that same day for a small amount, then the next day large amounts. I doubt this is a coincidence. Only pay cash here.

Pretty decent truck stop...nothing special..I've seen worse and I've also seen better.....went in tonight at around 5pm 12/20/22 and yes they do have a laundry room..

There is only one female associate who is friendly (in the mornings atleast during the week), but the other associate has a big attitude problem. (nameless) she has been rude to me on several occasions, as if I'm bothering her doing her job. They're constantly stocking items by the coffee machines & the hot dogs whenever I come in, but there's always a mess by each station and there's never any iced coffee. When you see a sign for "Dunkin" coffee, you expect to be able to purchase a "Dunkin" coffee.. And the Subway employees are just as rude. Other than that... the bathrooms are clean I suppose. I know they're about the same (franchise-wise) but I'll stick to the Flying J down the road, they're SO much friendlier.

When we arrived there was just under a half of a tank. We put in $75 on pump #22. As the picture shows not much over the half way mark. I don't understand how that works??!! When my husband went to the register he had to repeat himself 5 times. The guy said oh its alway is messed up. Hummm We also went to subway as well. What customer service! The one person didn't say but a couple of words and the other person the same. Also my sandwich was absolutely drenched. It was nice and clean clean. BONUS Won't be going back but I'm sure we won't be missed.

Tate the cleaning manager. Did a great job cleaning bathroom. Used a cleaner that left a great smell. Funny but there are not that many clean bathrooms out on the road!!!!

Subway employee is unsure if they are open or closed. Lol. There is a speedway and a waffle house across the street if your looking for service

I stay here a lot. Never had any issues, but this morning a driver turned to sharpe and busted my hood, light and broke my mirror off. The manager there, Melissa, was a great help and very friendly. Great experience with her !!

Don't fuel here 4 of the 8 pumps are broke and the one I had they did work you can fuel outside because the key pad is broke and the staff are useless and slow as hell

I'm a Truck Driver this time through. Had to take a shower, it's late and so I used the app to reserve it. 5 available showers at the time, Got right in. Shower # 6 and I goo put the #40004 pin in and there's a cleaning bottle on the toilet paper roll dispenser. I walk around the corner to meet Arisha. She's just closing up another clean shower and I let her know about the spray bottle, so she can have it before I start to shower. In case she needed it. She comes over to inspect what I was talking about, she informed me 2 things. 1 thing is she didn't leave it and 2 that shower was NOT up to her standards and it wasn't even clean. I looked in to see and with hair in the shower, still wet, sink and mirror filthy and toilet not clean. She saved me a stressful shower experience right off the rip. Praise goes to Arisha and I thank her for getting me into HER standards of a clean shower area. Thank YOU! Alisha for having standards above the prior shift that cleared shower #6. Shower #3 was amazing all around. CLEAN, GREAT PRESSURE, AND HOT WATER!!! 10 out of 10 stars.

Nice and clean, huge rest stop. Caters to truckers, and semi trucks rule! Massive selection of snacks and drinks for the road. Subway inside, which is what you'd expect for a gas station type Subway, consistent for what it is. They do have some tourist type nick-nacks etc. Lots of gas pumps. Easy to get in and out of and very close to 1-10.

Be careful of half cooked pizza. Yeah it happens but sucks when it makes someone sick.

It's a gas station. Restrooms were okay but not as clean as others.

It's in a good place from where I was loaded, would give it more stars if it was set up to where you can leave from the fuel bays at any given lane without having to wait for the pertain next to you to leave first.

Stopped early for the night to ensure parking. Store and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly.

This is just about the showers, towels were clean and so was the room. Used a rewards card so can't comment on price, water was hot, it did fluctuate at times depending on how many others were showering but stayed hot for the most part, places to hang your items, and a spot to kind of sit to out your socks on, not bad.

Although I certainly understand "supply and demand," I abhor extreme price gouging. A one gallon container of Blue DEF cost seventeen bucks at this Pilot. That's double what the normal price would be!

great prices friendly environment IT'S change things & upgraded they remodeled there used to be one late one lady that used to always say the greeting was so hospitable mine to everybody else is US bearable but she was always saying the greetings and so forth and I just noticed today they have stopped or there's no more free internet. I've noticed the other flying J's in the pilot's the same thing I don't know why they would have stopped the free internet. And another thing they don't have GINGER SNAPthat is the best coffee I've had in a very very very long time I thought all the flying J and pilot had it and apparently is not. And one of the bathroom toilet keeps breaking down again are clogging up however you would like to call. no one today said welcome to Pilot welcome to Pilot I guess flying J also says welcome to flying J I'm not exactly sure cuz depends on what time of day but this location always said welcome to Pilot welcome to Pilot and now they don't the one lady apparently is not there the what other guy that was there I think he's there I'm not exactly sure but nobody says welcome to Pilot nobody at the front register nobody doing anyting where the coffee is at or by whatever they're doing no one is saying any longer that used to make my day I don't know about anybody else's!!

Was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Good choice of drinks and food but huge lines for the rest rooms, not sure if something want working or it was just really busy. Getting gas was pretty easy.

Might be the friendliest Pilot on this trip to Florida. Clean restrooms and my diet coke was the perfect mix. Cashier was extra nice, and I was pretty grumpy.

As far as Pilot Travel stops go. This one is kind'a small. Paid with a card but filled up before it reached the prepay amount. They couldn't give me a refund but said it would be put back on the card within 3/5 business days. Being from out of state, l was Kerry of ever seeing the credit. It took 5 days to get the refund back to my card.
