Ladies at the counter were talking about sex and weed in front of my kids.

The employees were abolsultey rude and immediately had an attitude. Almost looked annoyed that I even came to get something to eat. Ended up leaving because anytime I ordered a sandwich they would go to the back ans say they are out of it. The young black woman at the front had the biggest attitude ever. She cut the bread for the sandwiches and then busy kinda looked past me in the distance annoyed. Disgusting behavior.

Is there training here? No greeting? May I help you? Welcome to subway? Want a sandwich? Just stand there and stare at you until you realize you're not gonna get anything unless you speak first. 3 people visible. One making bread one starring at you. One glued to the cash register staring at the one staring at me. With a list of ingredients they do not have. I should have walked to the Waffle House across the street. I'd be pissed if I owned this Subway and they act like this to my customers.

This place was RIDDLED IN FLIES! Every crevice of it. It’s 3pm and they are “OUT” of meatballs, which really translates to “we’re TOO LAZY to heat up new meatballs!” I expected that. The lady making my sandwich was done making it but instead of wrapping it up for me to leave, she put it to the side as she worked on another sandwich. That was really confusing and irritating! People don’t have all day to wait for you to finish another person sandwich before you wrap mine up. They had to go to the back to grab a new batch of tuna. They went back to grab a new batch of lettuce! On top of all that, they didn’t have any change, had to grab more change so people can pay…finally at the end they basically tossed my sandwich on the counter, lost my appetite to eat. I mean!! Come on! Worst subway ever, definitely need a whole new group of employees.

They need to hire new staff for this subway 100 percent, These people are useless , all they do is chatting with each other all day . Almost forgot the dirty hands ✋️ they don't even change gloves 🤣

Employees having a full blown conversation with curse words, not professional at all. Veggies looked old and they kept fixing their hair with the gloves and not washing hands. I left the line.

When I came in, there was a rush of people who also came in. Not only were the workers interacting casually with themselves and the customers, but they genuinely seemed to be having a good time (as much as you can at work). It was refreshing to see them acting like normal people rather than robots who hate their jobs. One of the best environments I’ve seen at a Subway in a while.

What’s worse than the food is the employees attitudes. I ordered some sandwiches. My mistake was I should’ve walked away when I saw one of the ladies tuck her braids into her bonnet and proceeded to put her gloves on without washing her hands. The other employee put his gloves on without washing his hands and then pulled his pants up and proceeded to start making the sandwiches. When my kids bit into their sub they knew something wasn’t right. The tomatoes tasted old and honestly they didn’t feel comfortable eating them. When I opened mine there was a hair in the wrapper. I immediately when back inside and asked for my money back. That’s when the sass started. They didn’t give me a receipt and I told them that and the lady said “you’re supposed to grab it off the machine” I told her she’s supposed to hand it to me and she immediately started raising her voice. I told them about themselves and their them not washing their hands and she had the nerve to say “you’ll be alright” what a joke of an establishment. Don’t waste your time stopping here.

Stupid place. Didn’t even get a chance to try it. Supposed to close at 11:00 pm . Arrived at 10:35 pm , already closed. Not professional at all. Was hungry wanting to have a sub but NO. One the employees was there doing her things but won’t make a sandwich.

The lady with the lisp and butterfly tattoo on her neck should not be able to work around people. Very disrespectful.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. This Subway is horrible. I ordered a foot long pretzel, and the picture showed the normal pretzel salt, but the employee used table salt. All three people working seemed like they absolutely hated their jobs, which is fine, but find a new one if that's the case. I would suggest anyone thinking about getting food here to just skip this dump.

Ordered BMT the lettuce was old and brown pickles were so old that started turning brownish red. Asked if they had fresh lettuce and pickles and girl said thats the way they come in. Charged us $11 for sandwich because they only had the ultimate sandwich. Was not very untimate.

Worst subway employees i have ever seen..didnt put anything properly in sub..nd make me feel like you are not welcome here because i am indian..the owner of this subway has do something about his employees..

I was so excited to get my FAVORITE sandwich from one of my favorite places. I get up to the counter and I can hardly understand what was being said to me. When I finally can make out what the guy said, I realized that he was telling me THEY WERE OUT MEATBALLS. COME ON SUBWAY I WAS HAVING A GOOD DAY UNTIL YOU CAME ALONG!!!!

Refused to give me a wrap unless i ordered sub #48,49,40. Said company policy did not allow, when i ate at a subway last week, it wasnt the policy. They had no cheese but shredded, which was odd considering 2 of the 3 subs that i could get in a wrap used mozarrella cheese. Service was super slow. And when i bit into the sandwich after we got home,the wrap was dry and stale. Really a negative star performance. I eat ar subway often, Never again at that one. No.napkins also in stock ?

Couldn’t get any toppings due to everything turning brown , everything looked old and soggy, they only had two or three cheeses available, asked for ranch got some nasty mayo black pepper sauce instead.They were constantly talking to the person in the back about breaks . i paid over $17 for two gross sandwiches. Gross all around.

Closed 40 minutes before actual schedule

They DOESN'T wash their hands, they DON'T change their gloves. Awful attitude, they are racist. And they like to threat the customers. Overdramatic people. They think they own the Subway and they can treat people bad with no concecuense. I guess it's okay, cause KARMA do exist.

Subway was out of bread. Poor planning.

The person making my sandwich got one was rushing myself and the entire line and due to this he got my order wrong. And I’m top of all that he had a big attitude towards me and other guests I was on a road trip going home tired and on the road for hours at that point and just wanted a sandwich only to deal with all of that.

Extremely angry - unprofessional- rude guy . I got it’s thanksgiving day but it’s definitely not my fault I’m also working today . He should definitely be fired

Chris was a superstar, taking each order with polite patience when the line was long and folks were indecisive. He was working quickly, efficiently and accurately unlike the 2nd on the line who forgo the vinegar and oil requested . The rest room was not dirty per se but smelled of urine

2nd time here. First time they were out of pizza and some meats. This time they only had white bread. Not the best area to stop either!

Ordered a Supreme Meats sub online thru the app. Picked it up at Drive-thru. I forgot to put any condiments on it thru the app.. I thought it would come as pictured. NOPE. When I got the sub opened not only zero condiments but barely any meat at all. It was actually just bone slice each of 3 meats and the one slice of cheese I did order on it. The thinnest , worst sub I ever had at any Subway. I had gotten an Italian sub here a couple of times b4 and never had an issue. If this is the way Supreme Meats subs r made don't ever order one.

Do not waste your time coming there.I was really hungry and went to this subway to grab something to eat.The employee told me that we are closed and cannot provide you the food.(The timing written was -OPEN TILL 11pm)I went there at 8.17pm.Then I went to use the washrooms and when I come back I see the employee serving 2-3 people by taking their orders.Again I lined up and when My turn came she totally refused to take my order. Worst Subway experience of my life.

Not good service bad customer service

The place is okay where the subway is located the employees are disinterested and the salad is half rotten to sell refill and don't even have a drinks vending machine maybe they also have one but you can't recognize it. My rating is mediocre but good everyone has their opinion

I have never in my life been told they not able to cut the meat anymore Then they don't have tops to the bowl. They should post the rule up of that's the case but I think the girl just didn't want to cut the veggies and meat up or chop it. They need new workers 🙄

Walked in, as im about to order i saw the attendant cough open mouthed on the counter.... that's a nope from me.

Came into the location with the lady already talking to a previous customer about how she didn't mess up his sandwich but customer clearly stated that she had made a mistake and the lady still try to ring up sandwich even though informed. After realizing she made the mistake she ended up just scooping the stuff off the very same sandwich and handing it back to him Like it was normal. I was leaning close to the antibacterial glass lady asked why I was doing it I informed her that it was so she could hear me better she said that wasn't necessary but still got my order wrong when she didn't hear me clearly say I wanted extra cheese. I don't know who that gold tooth lady name is Please be aware that you have hired somebody that's not holding up to Subway standards. In every single person behind that Subway counter seem to have had some type of attitude or issue when dealing with each and every customer That we saw in the 5-10 minutes we were in this store.

Subway was great..a little slow due to technical issues with their card reader..but otherwise it was nice and fast and well done

Why be open if your not ready can't make sandwiches!

First, they're not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm. Friday night, stopped to get a sub. They were literally taking a gentleman's order. I had to use the restroom. I was out within 2 minutes. When I got to the counter, the woman was handing the gentleman his order and told me they were closed. I asked if they could make me a sub since I had to use the restroom real quick. Their response was they had to close so no.

It says open 24 hours but they told me they close at 10 now but most days close at 930 and refused to make me a sandwich unless it was meat and cheese only. Theres already no where to eat in midway why lie about the hours? And who eat meat and cheese only on a subway sandwich.

Ordered a 6 inch meatball on wheat. Lady pulls out bread, doesn't look right so I ask again if that's wheat bread, she says yes. When I get to the register the cashier has rung up my sandwich with the man in front of me. He explains he only had 1 sandwich and the meatball is mine. Cashier tells this man that there is NO way to fix the transaction and he'll just have to pay for mine too. Out of frustration he pays for it and tells me just pay it forward later. And I will. But why could the cashier have not cancelled the transaction and started over? What if the man wasn't able to pay for it? AND....NO my meatball sandwich is NOT on wheat bread! Pic attached! It's on some harder type bread with seeds and cheese on it, which I don't eat. TRAINWRECK!!!!!

Honestly the Worst subway I've ever been to. I've worked subway before and The lady already had an attitude at the start. she then got upset because I wanted my onions and peppers toasted. While she stacked around 7 tomatoes on a 6in sub she added 2 handfuls of spinach with the onions and peppers all in the middle. So I canceled the order and she told me dont never come back.

Please teacher cashiers consistency. I have a cashier charge me $10 for four scoops of tuna. A whole sandwich. And I didn’t pay for a sandwich. She put on a ticket that I order a 12 inch. She don’t wanna work so she overcharge

This subway is inside of a large truck stop gas station in North Florida, right off of I-10. It is a standard Subway in most ways, other than having it's own dedicated seating area. If you've eaten at Subway, this is pretty much on par with all of them.

Quick in and out. Customer service was excellent. Ingredients were fresh. Bread was soft. I would definitely recommend a quick stop through for a bite at this location.

Great place with limited parking for rigs

Giving them 5 stars because the staff was very friendly and entertaining. Other than that I was very disappointed cause I was not able to order what I really wanted.

John gave great customer service considering it was only him and one other associate working two different counters at such a busy location.

Very nice place, the Subway ladies made me a big big salad,restrooms clean,good attention from employees, I'm really happy. My stop for sure when I be going back to Miami. Needs more employees in the morning

It was clean and everyone was nice. Everyone had their mask and gloves it was very clean.

No one answers the phone until like 2 min after u call but they are really nice and have good customer service

The service is great, however the customers are not. There was a man with no mask and when he got ice, he dipped his cup in the top of the ice machine instead of pushing the button under the machine like everyone else. The two workers were young girls with a full line, so they couldn't do much about this man.

Subway is always good but Jimmy John's is better. But I love subways food their menu and their prices they're fast or courteous friendly they just need to cut some of that bread out of the sandwich. LOL

There were 2 male employees working today and they were friendly and efficient. One of the gentlemen went out of his way to engage my young son and make him laugh. It was a small act but impactful. The sandwiches were made quickly and exactly as requested.

They are very attentive to the customers but need to learn how to chop a salad

They prepared the sandwich in front of me, politely asked if I would like extra everything that was an additional charge and I politely declined. It was good, no screw up. What more can you ask for.
