Food was ok beer is cold gas for side by side way over priced

Been here twice. The food is decent, the decor is nice. Good pizza, decent burgers, and slightly above average fryer food. Beer list is okay. Service is…mehh. Some of the staff are super nice, some obviously dislike people they perceive as tourists or sportsmen. I also didn’t personally enjoy the passive aggressive sign about charging for water, blaming guests for wasting it. Even if this is an actual business problem (it’s not), you should just raise your drink prices a tiny bit and not make a private business issue into a public one.

We absolutely love Pine Stump, the food is amazing. The cheese bread is a must have, root beer too, and the atmosphere is so chill. We played singo the last time we went, and won gift cards. 10/10 recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Food was good, however I can't fully support a place who doesn't do free refills on pop. Family of 4 all ordered a pop after riding ATVs all day. 3 of the 4 people got 1 refill. $17.50 in drinks alone. That is absurd. Want a water instead? They change for that too. It's too bad it has to be like that. Even just 1 refill is not asking too much.

One of the best parts about the rural Midwest are the bars. They usually have the coldest beer and the best food! The Pine Stump is no exception! Their in-house Pine Stump Amber was frosty and refreshing. Their pizza is some or the best I've had in a long time, and I'm kinda of a pizza snob. 🍕

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great prices. Great quality food. Absolutely worth the 7 hour trip for their pizza alone. Highly recommended.

Went there for keno, drinks and appetizers with my family. Received a text the next day which I thought was a spam accusing me of stealing a shirt. We went back the next day for drinks and was approached by our waitress once again accusing me of stealing a shirt. She sent the owner over he said he had me on video however when I approached him to show me the video he showed me some strangers that actually had the shirt in the women's hands. When he played the video further you could clearly see it wasn't us. The owner never even apologized to us.

We had dinner. Burnt pork ends were good. Prices are reasonable. Helpings reasonable. Staff friendly, place and restrooms clean.

So much fun! Stop for the fun name and stay for the yummy pizza!

really nice place for a hole in the wall out in the middle of no where bar. This is deffeninetly a place to stop at. The inside is all updated and just gorgeous. The staff qas all friendly and inviting. Full of information on the local area. I would highly recommend you to stop by and enjoy the place. The pizza is a little higher priced, but well worth it. Drink prices are very reasonable. The reast rooms was clean and had plenty of the necessary item in it. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic food, the pizza was amazing, even the gluten-free crust was delicious. Staff was great, highly recommend. We got pasties that were incredible and can't wait to visit again.

It was classic Michigan pizza at a hole in the wall in the middle of no where. My food was so hot and so fresh and so amazing. Pepperoni and bacon with fries and a house ale. TO DIE FOR. The cheese pull on this pizza made my day. When I was eating it all you could hear is slurping.

We had heard they had the best pizza in the UP. Was very good. I had the cauliflower crust, liked it. Very friendly waitress, and informative about area, excellent service. Definitely recommend stopping

We stopped in while we were out touring around the area. The atmosphere was great and the service was yop notch. We ordered a pizza, which was very good. I hope to stop back in soon.

Hands down, THE best pulled pork pizza I have ever had! The pulled pork is tender and plentiful, the cheese is tasty, and the garlic/butter crust is amazing! The perfect meal to warm up after a day of snowmobiling the trails. Try it - you won't be disappointed!

Stopped here before the snowmobiles started to come in, but it was still amazing! Food was incredible and staff were very nice. We were able to watch the Lions game while eating lunch and ordered a pizza to go. Both meals were very good. We will be coming back, next time by snowmobile!

Great Stop! We’ve been wanting to stop in because we heard they had great food- so glad we did. Yes! Delicious Pizza. Had an ice cold beer and glass of wine, watched the Lions game while eating the delicious pizza! Restroom was clean, plenty of parking, fun atmosphere. Give them a Try! You’ll be glad you did.

This place is great! They're right on the trails and have gas. The pizza is spectacular, the beer was ice cold and the server great and kept us laughing! Definitely recommend!

Stopped in for carryout pizza and cheesy bread while we were camping at muskallonge lake. The pizza was so good and quick too! This is the first time we had been here. The place is much larger inside that it appears from outside. Will definitely be back next year for more!

Been going to Pine Stump since Scotty owned it…over 30 years. It is really nice inside, the pizza and pasties are great. They have a small gift shop and self-serve brewed beer on tap!
