Absolutely amazing darling people!

I love the various selection of teas. Especially the Chocolate tea. They also have various other things happening at the location to include occasion small flea market events.

The tea is great. I just wished that they treated their employees better. It's a revolving door and they push their employees around with low pay. They can afford to treat them better. They aren't a small business anymore.

I love Piper and leaf. The only reason they don’t get five stars across-the-board from me is because their website and in-store menus are not at all accessible for blind customers like myself. And, of course, the universal problem of checking out isn’t accessible, either. But other than that, I have never had tea here that I didn’t love, the staff are wonderfully friendly, curious and helpful, and the shops location inside low Mill means it automatically gets five stars for atmosphere and location. If you’re planning a trip to the local artist community, stop in and get a great cup of tea to carry with you on your adventure.

I love the atmosphere at this P+L location, and the workers are always super helpful and nice! My favorite tea is old fashioned birthday cake, and I love to get it as a frother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to study, or just for a nice refreshing cup of tea. :)

This place is like a maze with surprises at every corner. Including retro video games, art expos, coffee shops, plant shop, event a cat shelter, and beyond. Definitely a must see for the entire family! 🖼️☕️🎭

Mocha was chalky and cold. The barista told me they could do 50% sweet on the chai but it tasted like complete simple syrup. We threw both of the drinks out. Staff had a hard time answering questions about the drinks

I've tried to like Piper and Leaf, my boyfriend and his kids love it so I always try some when we go to Lowe Mill but its just so weak. They have a list of everything they put in it, then when you get it, it tastes like watered down Koolaid or regular watered down tea; the ingredients definitely don't shine through. I don't know if I could ask for it to be stronger or what. I ask for full sweet and it does nothing to enrich the flavor. They're always super busy but the people working there are always friendly. Lowe Mill in general is kind of dingy and dirty feeling and it makes this location feel the same overall, plus its very cramped. I want to like it so much because everyone else seems to, I just can't get into it.

Amazing place to grab some tea. Relax, visit a farmers market, do some line dancing, have a wedding, have a company party, go check this place out!!!

They had a food truck at big spring park during the music in the park & I got the glass jar, which is $15, but you get $5 refills! & you get to keep the glass too & tonight I had the sunrise Chai & the healing honeysuckle. Both were good, but the healing honeysuckle brought back memories from when I was a little girl eating honeysuckle plants!! Also they have a website where you can buy the dry tea or herbal drinks & make them at home which I did! I ordered 1 I haven't had in ages!!!! But had a lasting effect on me!!!

I had an internship in Huntsville in 2017 and I went here just about every day. This is genuinely one of the best coffee/tea shops I've ever been to. I compare new ones I visit to this place, and visit this shop every time I'm back in Huntsville.

I bought several teas from this place when on vacation and they were all fabulous. The front porch special surprised me by his smooth and refreshing it is iced. The attendants were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will have to order more tea from here

Tea is OVER PRICE OMG!! I've tried to like P&L but the tea is not great. Tue people and atmosphere is amazing though.

My first time here and the staff were fantastic! My tea (Strawberry Shindig) was delicious and well made. Would 100% come back! The shop is well decorated, cozy, and has some nice items to purchase as well.

We adore Piper and Leaf! "Front Porch" tea is our family favorite! There are many other flavors to choose from and it is high quality tea with all ingredients locally botanically organically sourced. This shop has handicap parking and a handicap entrance. The clerks are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. All questions can be answered as to the blends of the tea, the flavor etc. We went in to buy some front porch and got the larger bulk pack. Tea comes loose leaf or in silk pouches for individual brewing. Do not miss a trip to Piper and Leaf!!

Employee was very friendly helping our kids picking something they would enjoy. We had a strawberry flavored tea for our son and a birthday cake flavored tea for our daughter. They both enjoyed them very much!

Amazing teas and coffee. My husband enjoys teas and I am a morning coffee person so it worked out well. I also had their spinach and feta scone and my husband had the cinnamon scone. It was great!! They stafff was friendly. The coffees and tea can take a while to make but worth the wait. The scones were not listed anymore so we had to ask what is on the food menu.

This place had the sweetest barista who was willing to replace our tea free of charge if we didn't like it. We loved our tea with no problem, but she was so sweet!

I always go out of my way for some Piper and Leaf at Lowe Mill! The tea flavors are always top notch, and the seasonal creations are always worth a try (and a repeat visit to get more 😉). I still think about the Cherry Christmas Hot Chocolate and hope it makes a return this Holiday Season! My everyday favorite is the classic Front Porch Special, and it never does me wrong! I also love the boba additions!

Always stop here when in Huntsville. They now can make any of their teas into a carbonated beverage. Apple strawberry tea sweetened and carbonated. A+++

Helpful and friendly (covid compliant) staff, clean and well decorated environment and if you're adventurous, ask the barista to make you a good blend. They've never disappointed me. Accessibility note: there is a steep ramp down once you get in the front door. If you ask the staff they will help you if you need

Absolutely delicious tea! Their summertime chai is the best chai I've ever had, and I've been tasting every chai I could get my hands on for half my life. The staff are always super friendly and nice, and it's so fun to try the samples! A bit pricey, but for the quality, flavor, and re-steep potential, totally worth it! I'd love it if they started offering soy, coconut, or oat milk in addition to almond milk. Got to have the frothers and am lactose intolerant but I don't like almonds.

They have every possible tea flavor you never knew you needed. Not only that, but you can have your tea any way you like: hot, cold, sweet, unsweet, bubbling, frothed or with cream. I love spending an afternoon or evening sipping tea here - the atmosphere is so welcoming. And I love that they incorporate so much of the local community into their business. 💗

Favorite place to have a first date!

Iced Front Porch Special is my favorite, but on that very cold morning yesterday I opted for the hot Sweety Pie Chai. Tried it with all the bells and whistles (aka sugar and cream). It was nice, but really sweet. Next time I'll try it with half the sugar. Love the atmosphere and the super friendly staff. One of the owners rushed in while I was there. He was obviously busy, but he stopped to speak to me. Made me feel like an appreciated customer! Thank you Mr. C. I'll for certain be back!

I drink my coffee black so no sugar or flavoring to cover up a bad cup. I've only found two places that know how to brew a good cup in Alabama so far, and this is one. I'm definitely going back.

Fantastic prices, quality and accessories!

This is a great small business. It's family run and invested in the local community. When visiting we even happened to meet one of the founders and get a small tour including how they were founded, how they make teas, and maybe the coolest thing - how they develop new flavors. That said, their tea is also out of this world good. I was only visiting the area, but ended up walking out with an armful of teas to take home.

This place has just a really great vibe from the moment you walk in the door. The employees are kind and patient and seemingly excited to answer questions or help with decisions. As a first time customer and someone who doesnt drink tea all too often, I really appreciated being run through the menu and having everything explained out to me. It was a really cool and extremely pleasant experience. My tea tastes great too so definitely a great place to check out!!

It's a very nice place to get lots of flavored teas. They also serve coffee but aren't really a roaster. They have a tiny area for people to sit but you could sit in any number of places in Lowe Mill so it's not a problem

I loved the Berry Tea, however I was not a fan of the regular iced tea - the flavor of mint was too strong for me

Tea, tea-lattes, coffee, espresso drinks- all tasty. And since you can sample some some of the teas, you can branch out to new flavors with no commitment. :)

Super nice Christian tea place. But gave me ice when I said no ice because I have sensitive teeth and they said they couldn't remake it.

A real gem in the Lowe Mill for your basic coffee needs to boba tea and artisan crafted teas. The staff here is extremely friendly and patient for first timers as the menu items and ordering can be slightly overwhelming. They also offer boba tea on Saturdays!

Love getting an Old Fashioned Birthday Cake tea "Frother" with almond milk... Scrumptious with a nice thick foamy top that tastes slightly caramelized with their simple syrup! So good! Never had a bad experience.

We took the family to Piper and Leaf at Lowe Mill in Huntsville, Alabama. It was another great experience. You can smell the wonderful teas as you enter the cafe. The family enjoyed their Sweetie Pie Chai iced tea and I enjoyed their specialty coffee. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the ambiance is mellow and classic.

My wife and I like trying new teas. Our favorite is front porch special. We are addicted to the teas.

I go here any chance I get and have become a crazy mason jar toting regular to both this location and the Madison one. I tell everyone who asks me "what's that?" when drinking boba tea (only offered on Saturdays... Wish it was more often) what it is and where to get it. The service is always friendly and I have yet to try a "bad tea" flavor. I wish I could take Piper and Leaf with me when we move!

As a Brit who is mad about all things "tea" I was excited to discover this spot. Tucked away in the rear courtyard of Lowe Mill, "on the dock", this place has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. They have a wonderful selection of teas of all different varieties, all of which have remarkably imaginative names. I ordered one called Monk's Meditation, which apparently contained catnip! It was delicious. The service is excellent and the staff encourage tasting the different teas before settling on one. They know their stuff. Seating is limited, but there are spots outside on the dock where one can sit and enjoyed a quiet beverage. I highly recommend this place.

A great place to get a drink even if you don't like southern-style sweet tea! The pink tea (can't remember the name) is my favorite by far. I also love the refillable jars!

Peach tea was great and staff was very friendly.

So many flavors of teas! They do have different daily samples to try and that's a good thing because it's hard to choose what flavor (ALL SO GOOD)! Very knowledgeable staff, they helped me find a tea in several flavors that my hubby can drink without causing kidney stones.

Fantastic setting, Fantastic customer service, and exceptional drinks. I will be visiting more often! The guy made sure to tell about the shop in Madison (closer to me) and two punch Tuesdays.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The tea they made for me was great and the two I have tried since bringing leaves home have been great. The shop was a little awkward to navigate as it is sloped since I had a stroller but the staff helped me get in and out so it worked out fine (may have been a problem with larger strollers or a wheelchair.) The shop seemed to have an event going on or having a training day while I was there but even though it was packed I was helped quickly and staff made sure to ask if I had any questions. It was a great place and I will go back next time I am in Huntsville.
