Waited over an hour to get my pizza delivered tried to call store no answer had to cancel my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY USE DOORDASH DRIVERS FOR DELIVERIES, DRIVERS WHO NEVER ARRIVE OR EAT YOUR FOOD TO THEN LEAVE THE EMPTY BOXES AT YOUR DOOR LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MONEY BACK!!

On August 27, 2024 at about 6:00 pm, I placed an order to Pizza Hut via my mobile app. After placing the order, the app did not tell me if the order was for carry-out or delivery. I called the phone number for the store (the app provides the number and address) and I talked to a female. I asked if she could please check my order and tell me if it was for delivery or carry out. She put me on hold to check. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I decided to drive over to the store, but I never hung up the call. I made it to the store, and I was still waiting for someone to come back to me on the phone. Upon entering the store, I observed a female employee laughing and joking with another employee. She knew I was there because we made eye contact, but she chooses to ignore me. When another employee came to the front, I asked for the manager. Two minutes later, the female who ignored me came to the front. I asked for her name, and she said it was Francheska. I explained the I was holding on the phone for a while, and she said that they were very busy. I told her that I saw her joking around with another employee and that she was not occupied enough not to answer the phone to what she replied about what my needs were. After explaining what happened, she just asked for my name, looked behind her and took my Ready order from the warmer. She then offered me a refund, which I declined and told her that what I need is better service, to which she just said: “I am sorry. Have a good day.” One hour later since I left the house, I was back to my house with COLD pizza and bread-sticks. This was definitely NOT a memorable experience and my wife and I were not very happy with Pizza Hut. This is a big part of the reason why so many businesses close. When customers are not happy with service, they will go somewhere else! Pizza Hut: you need to train your employees to make sure they are happy with the service too. It is not just about the Pizza or the food… SERVICE is a BIG deal. Have them pick up the phone. People like to talk to people!

Rude Service food ordered online received. Confirmation food was ready arrived at the store and the manager advised me the food isn’t ready and it wasn’t her problem. If the app claimed it was then proceeded to tell me she would give me a credit on my credit card never got the credit, and never got the food

Always something missing in our order , have to do better every time wasting my time on the phone trying to get it right.

The worst experience ever pizza sauce taste sour and cinnamon stick was undercooked and breadsticks also bad wow never ! I will going again and they expect tips so funny !

Do not order the famous crunchy pizza melt wrap! It was disgusting! It was like eating cardboard, salty and stale. It went right into the trash can. Called the chickawsee store had me on hold for over 20min until I finally hung up. Also found out they are now using DoorDash instead of their drivers. I am not a fan of DoorDash due to security reasons in the past

Order placed on Uber Eat for pick up hours in advance upon arriving to collect my. Order they had given to another person. They told us to cancel on Uber a big nonsense, insisting they prepared another one for us and we had to wait again. Poor service that does not differentiate between delivery and pick-up. The worst thing is that our order was paid and then they gave it to another person!!!

Food arrived almost an hour after I was told it was delivered and it was cold. So much that the pasta we ordered the cheese was hard. Pizza was also cold. When I called they stated food should have been hot due to it being in the warmer and that they use a third party delivery service. The delivery driver showed up and food was in a bag not a warmer bag used for delivery. Fotos show text stating items out for delivery at 9:09 but dasher only showed up to my house at 9:49. Unacceptable Thank God for the oven to heat up pizza that should have been hot!!!!!

3rd time try to get the rights items and nothing changes, always they messed up the order, missing toppings and undercooked , no extras that I pay for was added, never again, good luck with your order (no extra cheese and they miss the green peppers). I want to get what I pay for, one more thing , I ask haft chess and haft pepperoni ham and beacon but not they don't read I put everything in the whole pizza . Never again , stay away from this Pizza Hut store

3/23/2024. Ordered Pepperonis Lovers with extra bacon and extra cheese. It was delivered hot and perfect. 3/10/2024. Ordered two medium pans tonight, one just extra cheese and the other was extra pepperoni, extra bacon and extra cheese. Both pizzas were delivered hot tonight and the pan crust was good. Overall the pizza was good but there could've been a bit more pepperoni. ### Here I am again on 12/31/2023. Pizza Hut sent me here to leave a review. I had an order delivered last night and half of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and I was put on hold. After some time went by I was hung up on. The order was delivered by Door Dash despite placing the order on the Pizza Hut website, so this may be why half my order was missing and the pizza was cold. The driver did not have the pizza in anything to keep it warm when it was dropped off and it was cold outside last night. So really, parts of my order was missing and what was delivered was cold. I spent $40. ### 7 months later and I thought I'd try again a couple times. Pizza delivered cold again. It's a 5 minute drive, mile and a half and I consistently get cold pizza. ### Pizza was not warm and had to put it in the oven to warm it up more. I ordered 4 round pan pizzas. Two were delivered rectangular. This has happened to me before but I just let it slide.

I've always loved Pizza Hut. But this store was difficult to find inside the shopping center.

Ordered a medium 2 topping and the bacon cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were not cut, just a block of bread, no sauce either that I paid for. The pizza was decent, but they gave me a large which I can tell was a medium dough stretched out to a large because it was like a thin crust.

Pizza was disgusting, haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while, but I definitely remember it being good… this was absolutely nasty!

This place is a hot mess. Lost my fairing this location. Sad cause I love Pizza Hut. Ordered many of times from here any food is just bad, wrong orders or missing items. Also delivery is mega slow.

Called to order, for 5 minutes I had to repeat my first item and was asked over and over "Buffalo with garlic?" I hung up and cooked it was literally easier.

They took my order 1 hour ago and when I came here to pickup the pizza and the guy was so rude didn’t deliver the pizza. Female employee was talking nicely but male employee was so rude. My kids are in the car with my wife and male employee shouted and not helping. I’ll never go to this place again and he told me that take my pic and upload it and he doesn’t care.

My food was hot and delicious. Food came out on time. Everyone including the manager on duty were great! They had a busy day and ran out of medium pies by the time I ordered online. The manager decided to give me large pies at the same price, and with it being so late on such a busy night, one could think that the store would be a little messy. It was as clean as if they just opened. Highly recommend if you're looking to order pick up or delivery.

I arrived at this store and this girl Francheska is working all alone here and the orders keep going thru. I feel bad for her and pizza Hut should never allow an employee to take so much on her own then y'all wonder why people's backs are so messed up. This girl deserves a bonus and on top of all that she greets me with a smile. Step up pizza Hut!!!

Staff and management are very rude, not accommodating, refused to make the order like I requested and paid for. Had guests over the pizza and toppings were so sloppy. I would not recommend to anyone

This place is a piece of shi/t. I have ordered from here numerous times and has been descent. The last time the whole order was wrong. Tried calling the store twice and they kept me on hold. Wrote an email and they said the store would get back to me, they never did. When I replied that they never got back to me, they offered me $15 dollar credit. Never wanted money back, just a simple sorry and try to do better. I will never order from this spot or any pizza hut.

Called and placed pickup order. They guy who took it name was Sam and I asked him if they offer same deals as online. He said yes so i ordered two pizzas and was told total is $32.47. when my husband got home with order he was upset that it came to $47.64. They charged me for extra cheese and double for a medium than what was advertised online. Not going back to this location.

Terrible experience: pizza arrived over 2 hours late, wings were missing, pizza was cold, manager was rude and didn’t care. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again, especially when I have so many other options close by.

I was impressed with the service the couple of times I ordered from this place. Delivery was on point, great customer service, food delivered hot. However, I ordered on September 30, 2023, the food was cold and they sent the wrong order. I called four times, the first time someone picked up and hung up. The second time someone answered and said they would transfer me to the store direct. I waited no one answered. I called back two different times, the person said this was the call center. I asked him what's the number, he gave me the same number I dialed. It's now 7:43 pm, it actually took a full hour to speak to a live person, my ordered was delivered at 6:35 pm. This is it for me with this Pizza Hut.

I'm not sure if this is now the standard for Pizza Hut, but their pizzas are very thin. The prices have increased but the food quality has not matched the rising cost associated with it.

Kendra is the manager is very rude and lacks customer services skills. I ordered a personal pan online and got there when it was supposed to be ready. They kept telling me to give them time and after waiting an hour. No personal pizza. I asked for a refund and was told i would get a store credit. I told her I needed my money back. Never again ! They suck at this location. I'll keep my business 😌

Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks online (easy order) at 7:19. Said 65-75 minutes. Checked back at 7:45 to see the updated time and the time stayed the same on the order. Still 75 minutes. I called THREE times. Spent 15 minutes on hold each time. I must have pressed a button to make them call me back somehow because someone called me back to place an order. I asked about the time issue on the website and that I needed to check on my order. She put me on hold for another 6 minutes and never came back on the phone! It doesn't allow me to cancel the order online and I can't get anyone on the phone to cancel it. What a JOKE. After hearing the recording repeat 75 times that they care so much about service but no one can answer the phone or give order status I am definitely not a believer. I have to drive up there now to see what is going on and to pick up my own pizza. They better credit me the delivery fee I prepaid! Update. Tried this location again to see if they got their act together from the last time I ordered. Nope. Sent me the wrong order and hour late.

I made an order for delivery and the order was not complete and the customer service is terrible, they never gave me an answer and they never gave me what I was missing. I do not recommend this place

Normally we love them but last night we got 2 pan pizzas that were really pale and dry. The crust was nothing like it should have been and the veggies weren't very cooked and I had to pick mushrooms off a whole pizza. I understand if there are trainees or something but sheesh someone needs to check and manage these things.

Order was suppose to be ready at 8:05pm... I recieved my food at 8:40pm with cold wings and pizza when I left the place. Waited inside the pizza hut for 40 minutes. When I left there were 8 people behind me waiting in line. And there were 7 people working from what I counted. They just all seemed to be clueless of what there job was at the moment.

Worst experience I ever had at pizzahut, no quality control I rather eat garbage because that was what I was sent!!

They lie about your order being ready. App confirms that the pizza is ready but when you drive to pick it up, they say it’s an IT problem and your pizza will take much longer. After three occasions of the same issue over a few months, I’m done with Pizza Hut. I don’t mind a wait, but I’m losing time and gas just because their systems are wrong. Very poor customer experience, and the pizza just isn’t worth it.

I was a huge fan of the New Yorker back in the '90s and I was very happy to see that it was finally brought back even if it is for a limited time. After many years I ordered one today and it was very good not as good as the original but very good nonetheless but the highlight of my experience which is why I'm even bothering to write a review for a franchise like Pizza Hut is the employee who's name unfortunately I do not recall but the woman that greeted me used my first name was very polite and friendly kept me informed promptly of when my pizza would be ready and before I left she showed me the pizza and asked if it looked good to me and if it met with my approval and it absolutely did, nowadays you go to places like this and people look like they are just miserable when they're there and sometimes the customer is treated like an inconvenience or disruption to their day and the person who helped me today made me feel exactly the opposite as if I was actually dealing with a happy human being and not a miserable employee and this day and age that is hard to find. Updated information: since my first review above I have visited this location again at the request of one of the managers because they wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the quality of the pizza I received and I have to say the second pizza I got was even better than the first one which was pretty good too but this one was prepared to perfection. Not all locations are created equal but this one is being well represented by the quality of the food and the quality of the service.

We love our local Pizza Hut! We miss the old dine-in days, but the pizza is still great to eat at home (especially the Big New Yorker 16" pie - enough for the whole family! This location is take out only. Staff is super nice.

A delivery driver at the Chickasaw Trail location in Orlando FL was resting multiple delivery bags on the trashcan outside the store before putting them in his vehicle. This can spread and transfer so many disgusting germs and cause illness. He was touching the bottles of soda after touching the bag that was resting on the trashcan....and keep in mind this food is being delivered to customers who will then handle and spread these germs. This is extremely unsanitary and highly concerning if this is sent to the Department of Health. The man was heavy set with a grayish white beard and wearing suspenders. My pictures are time stamped at 6:10pm Eastern. He was driving a gold or silver small SUV.  Looked like a Ford Escape. Several customers eating at the restaurant next door outside witnessed this and were horrified and shocked at what they were seeing and everyone was talking about it. This should never happen at any establishment serving food and beverages or any establishment in general.

Pizza hut has always been great but my last order was over cooked, lukewarm, the pizzas were not sliced, and my cookie was burned.... Very disappointed :-(

Alright honest review, they are really good. If you’re patient and actually have an understanding of how the food industry works, they are some chill people. Foods great, I love y’all’s stuff crust pizza, and the people who deliver are always really nice. Very underrated, and most of these bad reviews are quite frankly people just aggravated for having to wait. Thank you guys for taking all the nonsense you do, and I wish you the best (:

I was called to pick up my food because they were slammed and if I had my food delivered it was gonna be longer than the 55 minutes I was originally told I had to wait. When I got there my food was in the back in a delivery bag cold. I didn’t even get my delivery fee refunded or my tip for the delivery person.

Their pizza is so good and so is the service you receive at pizza hut. I highly recommend this store on chickasaw in Orlando Florida.

Worst experience ordered online and told they dont have any drivers when i know for a fact pizzahut utilizes doordash and uber eats drivers and told i wont be getting a refund for over 3 business days. Absolute horrendous customer service.

Pizza Hut is loosing its grip on the market. Both this location and the 1001 N Semoran Blvd are just plain trash. Both locations are dirty, outdated, and disorganized. We can never get our orders right and sometimes they just forget to make the order at all. Worst of all, when you tell the staff that the order is wrong, they will flat out give you an attitude about it. I hate the fact I do not have good local Pizza Hut to order from and have to eat pizza from other pizza places that just care more about their customers. Pizza Hut corporate needs to come down and close these stores down and retool the whole operation

Horrible customer service I called 3 times no answer on a delivery placed. Then my food arrived 1 hour later than it was supposed to be here as well as cold absolutely horrible. They are very short staffed which causes al of these inconsistencies. It’s is not the staffs fault it is the lack of staff that makes this place horrid

2 hour delivery with cold food when arrived. I thought I chose a "deal" of Detroit style pizza and 2 liter, no soda when arrived. Delivery driver said if it's not on the ticket then it didn't get processed. I regretted having given a 20% tip. I actually regretted ordering at all. The Detroit style pizza was drenched in sauce, making my stomach hurt. There was nothing hot or warm about it. It was as if they made the food and just left it waiting for two hours. I would rather just not do business here anymore.

I had stopped ordering from this location because they don't prepare the pizza correctly. When you order an extra cheese pizza they only provide you with the dough and not an actual cheese pizza. You pay for the extra cheese and it seems like you are not praying at all!! Awful service. Called the location and no one answered the call

I move this area recently. first order is gonna be last order from them for sure. i should've seen this review Lol so many ppl complained their delivery. They literally didnt fix the delivery issues. we paid delivery fee & tip. but wth im waiting over 2hours. delivery guy apologized and said he is the only delivery guy tonight. i felt bad for him as well. it is management problem. food was cold and bad !

Usually, I order Papa John's pizza epic stuffed crust but they have been missing the mark lately so I gave Pizza Hut another chance and they have won me back!! Everything was hot and fresh and the driver was outstanding!! Super friendly and loves his job. Service like this is increasingly rare these days. Thank you for a amazing meal I will be back again!!

Just ordered a pizza and The baked chicken Alfredo we waited over an hour for delivery the pizza was still doughy and the Alfredo was so burnt and so dry with no sauce on it very disappointed as I order here all the time and usually it’s great , but today was an epic fail..

I order curbside and they never brought my pizza out, I had to go inside after 15 min waiting, I called them but they never picked up the phone, nobody was inside, I was park in front of the store.

Ok absolutely ridiculous. The order didn't leave the store until after the estimated delivery time. It didn't get delivered to me until over an hour and half after ordering. It was supposed to be here at the latest within 38 minutes. Here's the worst part. I noticed a car parked on the side of the road in between me and my neighbor. No one ever got out so I assumed it's for my neighbor. About 15 minutes go by and I look out and they are still there. After a few more minutes I go outside to make sure I didn't miss the delivery and out of the car walks the delivery person. Why were they sitting there for so long with my food?? It was barely sprinkling. I'd understand if it was raining they could've called me and I'd get it. But no. The food is barely warm and box caved in. Literally the worst experience.

Order online before i went into the store got there they couldn’t find my order then gave me someone else order at first went back in store they gave me a different order stated it’s mines got home the food is cold and it’s the wrong order half cheeese and other chicken they gave me cheese and pepperoni the pizza was cold i order cheese sticks with marinara sauce and didn’t receive Any sauce the wings look like they just put sauce on top on it very disappointing i had to put my kids pizza in the oven to heat it up

I ordered around 6:30 and at 8:15 still not delivered. I got the message it was put for delivery at 7pm. It took 10min to get from call center to reach a store. Horrible experience and Horrible customer experience. I will NEVER order from this company again. Not acceptable. Only thing the store offered was $10 and an excuse should be there any minute. I looked outside at 9pm and the pizza was on the ground with ants in it and was cold.

Terrible food and service. We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered (despite the website saying it would take 25-35 minutes). When it finally arrives, they give us a coupon good for one free large; however, after eating our cold, stale, inedible pizza-why in the world would we order from them again? The breadsticks were cold and stale (like they'd been sitting out for hours and then microwaved prior to being sent out for delivery). The pizza was cold, dry, and bland. The boneless wings were the only semi edible things to eat (still cold though). Even after having to warm up our food in the oven, nothing was salvageable. We wasted nearly $40 on trash. I DO NOT recommend eating here. Save your money and order from somewhere else OR just buy a frozen pizza if you're that desperate.

Delivery was quoted 58-68 minutes, took 110. Pizza is COLD. Not warm, COLD. It's as if it sat in car for the last hour.

Ordered online usually never have an issue today tho hahahaha presented two pizzas bread and two orders of 8 count wings one of my pizzas were incorrect and both orders of wings were kissing half the wings I get it mistakes happen call up to get it corrected wait forever on hold finally get the manager in the phone get an apology and the incorrect items are supposed to be made correctly and sent over an hour later food arrives more incorrect than the first time now I’ve been on hold for 43 minutes to just request my money back NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION SERVICE IS HORRID My kids are still without their wings and my pregnancy craving had been completely exchanged for frustration and hunger pains

i place an order online, it says pizza will be deliver in 72 minutes wich is one hour and twelve minutes. well the pizza arrived three hours and fifteen minutes later. i told the driver to not even get out of his vehicle and I rejected the order. by that time i had already cooked dinner. this is so unacceptable. they need to close their store if they cannot function right and thank God i didn't pay with my card when i place the order i choose to pay cash

Last week I waited 2 1/2 hours for a pizza and never complained. Even when called you were running late and told 15 more minutes that turned out the be 45 minutes. It was also cold! I still didn't complain. You were nice to give me a coupon. I order the same pizza tonight told 25 minutes. When I get there I'm told I have to order it online. I'm like you got to be kidding why did she take my order I told her I had a coupon she told me to bring it. The guy said no worries I'll do it for you. But then I had to wait for a pizza to be made. I didn't have time so I left. If you could do it then you should of. OMGOSH so annoying.

I placed my order at 3:05pm ahead of time with planned delivery at 7:45pm. I was contacted by the store at 5:54pm and said the delivery will be early. I told them no, I planned it for 7:45pm as I am not available to take the order before then. At 6:50pm, I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. The driver called me and said he realized that my order wasn't due until 7:45pm. I told him they will have to remake the order as I cannot take it early. My order was then delivered a few minutes after 8pm and the pizza was cold. It seems they took the pizza they made earlier and held it for my later delivery instead of making a fresh order.
