Our server was working so hard. I asked her if she was the owner. She said no it was just her second pastime job. She was tipped well.

The food was good the did mess up our 1st pizza but they gave it to us for free and made it the right way the 2nd time .

We ordered delivery last night July 26th. When we got the pizza it looked as if it was all thrown around. This isn’t the first time. The first time I assumed it was a one off but this is the third time it arrived like these pictures. I pay at least 60 dollars Everytime we order and expect for things to be better than this

Under new management/ownership, and for the second time now, the food was fresh and perfectly prepared. The pizza was reminiscent of just how Pizza Hut started out: EXCELLENT. The chicken Alfredo and bread sticks were equally as delicious and perfectly prepared. We'll be back!

Put some smiles on both of your Faces for customers. We are paying and tipping for our food.

Maybe...under construction. Shut down your website or make a way to not spend 30 mins ordering online. People need to call and find out you are closed spent that much time ordering online. To call and find out. It's not that hard to have corporate do that ran a hut for 6 years in denver. Do better

Realizing that the atmosphere is dated and that the owners are working on this - I wish the everyone in Ogallala knew how quickly you can get a GREAT pizza from very nice people in Ogallala. This pizza hut is fabulous.

I ordered a large supreme with extra onions and extra olives and that is what I got - wow - could not have done it better myself. The best I have had in a long time. My delivery driver was friendly too. Makes for a great experience overall. Keep up the awesome!

Ordered online and my order was made exactly the way we asked and when we picked it up on time it was hot and fresh. The whole family was very satisfied.

Terrible customer service. Price to call in an order twice the online price. Old blond manger laughed n said I'll know better next time There won't be a next time!!!!!

Not the best experience. This place has really gone downhill since Covid hit. The lady that served us said they were going to revamp the store. In my opinion a complete closure would be better.

Food was fast hot and excellent

Delivery was fast, about 30 minutes. The pizza and boneless wings were delicious. Person on the phone and the delivery driver were friendly.

I usually get pan 3 ingredient large. It's less than $14. Last time I ordered the big pizza. Whatever it's called. The 6 pieces on it were actually less than a large pan pizza. And the flavor wasn't as good. We each are 2 pieces. The last two didn't get eaten. It was a poor substitute for a large pan, pepperoni, pork sausage and black olives. I won't make that mistake again. Because it was a mistake.

The pizza was what you would expect from Pizza Hut. The bathroom was old and had hard water stains, but it did have soap and paper towels at least. Yay! However the prices are pretty nutty at this point. And since they were recently bought out they had very limited eat in options. I thought we could get a pitcher of water to keep the bill down but instead it totaled another $20 in individual bottled waters. The only option is bottles of Pepsi, diet Pepsi, and mountain Dew. So for two pizzas, a large cheesy bread, and 7 waters we dropped $90. Which my husband was smart enough not to tell me until we were driving away. So I guess I removed the 1st star due to lack of cleanliness, and the 2nd due to value for price. We live in a tourist area and NEVER drop that kind of coin on 2 pizzas and a breadstick.

I ordered online, pizza was good service was good, never have a problem.

Ordered delivery while staying in town overnight. It was very fast, hot and fresh. The whole family commented that it was some of the best Pizza Hut we’ve had.

The pizza that we had delivered from our local Pizza Hut in Ogallala was beyond our expectation. The delivery time was less than expected and t arrived hot like it just came out of the oven. Not to mention the delivery person was friendly and made us appreciated as a customer.

We were traveling through Ogallala Nebraska and decided to order pizza and pasta. The gentleman on the phone was Steve, he was very polite, knowledgeable, went above and beyond my expectations of service. He was just as polite in person when I picked my order up. All the staff was polite and courteous. Our food was ready sooner than expected and still hot out of the oven. I'm not sure if dine-in was available as it was taped off in the bathrooms needed a little bit of attention but their service made up for all of that. I'd recommend eating here.

Part of my order was not right. No one would answer the phone so I could let them know what was wrong. Was over charged for what I got and what I was SUPPOSED to get. No pleased.

Love pizza hut , only complaint is we wanted to order ahead ,no answer, asked about it and they got rid of one phone line , so if they're on the line it just rings, food was great.

The individual I dealt with on the phone was extremely rude. Luckily I’m just passing through because I’d hate it if my local Pizza Hut was this terrible.

The pizza is good when you can get a hold of them to order one. We live in Paxton and started calling when we left home so it would be ready when we got there. No one ever picked up, and when we finally got to the store, the guy was super rude. Figured I would try again tonight. After working almost 12 hours, got off work at 8:20. Walked out to my car and immediately started calling to try to order a pizza to take home. No one answered the phone until after 9:00, which is when they close conveniently. Even their website would not let me order online. If they had more helpful people, and we're open and would answer the phone during posted business hours, that would just be awesome

Out of town, called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone was VERY rude. Apparently he thought I should have ordered more because I was having it delivered. WILL NOT order from there again. 👎

So it's March 14th, my daughter and I stopped in to the store the man came out and I said we stopped in to order because every time we called no answer,right away the man said well that wasn't me I live in north Platte and our stores is closed till april,April, asked do you have any in store specials he said no there all on- line I asked do they still have the $10 he said only online,I said no one answers half the time the insides closed what do you got? He said if you want to go else where leave I said I want to talk to the manager, he responded by saying whatever that's my wife.i ask for the franchise number he said I will call the cops fine call like I care.this man is the rudest,how can people come here with this guy there.

I ordered 4 cups of the garlic sauce with my order…I got home, which is 20 miles away and not convenient at all to just stop back in to Pizza Hut…They gave me 4 marinara sauces. I called them once I found the only mistake in my order and the dude that answered got all mad and started yelling at me and told me to bring it back to get my garlic sauce. It is not my responsibility to make sure my order is correct before I leave, it is their responsibility and their job. I’ve lived most of my life in this area and I have been going to Pizza Hut for ages…after that uncalled for reaction from the person that answered the phone, I WILL NO LONGER GO TO OGALLALA PIZZA HUT AGAIN…They didn’t even apologize for the mess up and didn’t ask if they can compensate me in any way. Even the $3.21 as a credit to my Pizza Hut account would have made me happy, but instead they acted very rudely, got mad and was yelling at me. Uncalled for and they have lost my business. I will be making another call in the morning and reporting that incident. If someone can’t be polite about a simple situation in customer service then they need to find another job where they do not have customer service responsibility.

Honestly would be better if they opened their dining room or fix the app

Staff stole from my card and gave themselves a tip I never gave them. They also charged my card 7 times and only gave me back my monet for 4 of those charges.

The staff was not friendly at all

Would have been a one star if it wasn't for the delivery driver. Placed an order at 830pm forgot to ask for plates. So I called right away about 15 times with no answer...I know time telling is tough but I believe they didn't close till 9pm. When delivery driver arrived he explained manager ignores phone so they don't take any more orders. Thank goodness that the driver knew his stuff and had plates with him...he saved this location.

Always fast delivery..almost too fast. Food quality is great but when placing mobile orders they tend to not update the delivery tracker, they catch me off guard almost everytime. 😂

Our waitress was outstanding!!! We had a birthday party on 1/12/20 from 5-7:30 with a large group. She was friendly, fast, helpful & courteous. Everything you would want in a waitress and more. Best experience we've had at Pizza hut in a long time 🌹♥️

The personal pan pizza crust is just the right crispness and I like the sweet range of the pizza hut sauce.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carrot and it took 45 minutes. When I ordered online the wait time only showed 20 minutes. Giving a 3 as the pizza was pretty good

Came here the other evening with my family after being ignored at Mi Ranchito(10/19/19). The waitress who helped us was awesome and attentive. Got us setup with drinks, took our order and had our food out in no time. She even apologized for the way we were treated at the other restaurant. I didn't get her name, but want to thank her for taking care of us and let her know that she rocks!!!

Special deal $7.99 for a large 3topping is great. The lady helped me in the store when I could not get my online order to work even when I changed my password! Thank you! Order was ready in 20 minutes. Garlic crust is good regular crust is crunchy. A good amount of beef and sausage and peppers. Two meats make the pizza a little greasy. Think we will stick to 2 veggies. Ogallala has always been a favorite Pizza Hut. We have tried other stores and have been disappointed.

The service was a little wonky. We really enjoyed ourselves because we were all starving. The lady who took my order couldn't seem to add and we had to address the same issue over and over again. Place was fairly clean. Pizza hut is always a little pricey but I know that going in.

BEST CHOICE FOR PIZZA HUT A MUST STOP IF YOU WANT REALLY GOOD PIZZA! Always our favorite place to get real pizza hut quality food. We have ordered just about everything and there pizza's are top notch for the brand. Always loaded with toppings no skimping cooked great and timely. Cant he be beat for quality of food or time it takes to make. To many time have we waited over and hr for the wrong pizza even when they were slow at other locations no such issues here. Friendly staff never had an issue with anyone being behaving professional. Great classic atmosphere, always clean, brings me back to childhood memories of Pizza hut. Cost is not bad at all either. We just started using the app and it works as well as calling or dining in very rare for a company to actually achieve that. Keep up the great work guys!

As Pizza Huts go the service was good. I got a Hawaiian chicken pizza to go. Never had that combo before. Tasted pretty good.

The food was very hot and delicious!!!! Our waitress Shelby was very kind and made sure our order was correct by saying the order back to us. I also noticed she helped a mom carry out her pizza while the mom was trying to get her little guy to the car. She had a great smile and thanked us.

This pizza shop is more like home made pizza which was so delicious.. I ordered a veggie pizaa, unlike other pizza shops, it had lot of fresh veggies I hv ever seen.. You can see that in the photo I shared.. worth to stop here if you are traveling in I-80.

Service was quick, and the whole place is pretty open. Attentive customer service and the food was very hot when we got served. We did not have to wait long for our food as it was a 10 min or 5 min wait. Bad thing I guess was that as soon as we recieved our food we got our ticket.

What an Oasis in the middle of Nebraska. My friends and I ordered the two foot pizza on the phone and it was ready for us when we arrived to eat in. The service was great and so was the food. If you're road tripping, this is a good place to stop.
