"I ordered for pick up, and the owner of the business treated me horribly because he thought I was a delivery guy. I love Italy, and my family is Italian, but this Italian man treated me in a contemptuous manner and wanted me to wait for my order outside the restaurant."

Manager is extremely rude to people. An Uber eats delivery guy came in with an inquiry and the manager was upset and giving the delivery guy a disgusting attitude because he was having internet issues at the restaurant. To he stressed is understandable but to be disgusting with a horrible attitude is not acceptable especially when the delivery guy was calm and respectful.

Visited as a family of four from the UK. Absolutely fabulous. Great atmosphere, great service and great food. The best pizza I have EVER had! Delicious!

Incredible little Italian pizza restaurant, the food is absolutely amazing, everything is fresh and made at the moment, and the prices great for what you get. Served by the Italian owner which makes everything even better. I recommend 100000%.

Found myself in Miami after a long travel, energetic city, needed some comfort style food so naturally pizza hit the bill. Read some reviews and this place sounded solid. Understand all my reviews are in a certain context. If you're looking for fancy date nights Italian joint etc... this may not be it. However, that's the wrong context. If you're looking for legit late night pizza, it's a great option. Actual Italians from Italy own and run the place and it isn't open during the day. Starts at 7pm and open until 3:30 or 4 a.m. Owner was present with family manning the podium and tables. Heavy Italian accents, always a good sign in an Italian Piazza joint. This is not a New York style, but has some elements of a New York pizza in that it is thin crust, really thin. Has a much softer and chewy mouth feel with no cracker like crust. Not a bad thing necessarily, taste is excellent but know not to expect that cracker crust. As I do, I asked for the favorite of the owner. He recommended a pizza that has white sauce but I wanted to taste the tomato so he easily accommodated my request for half white and half red. Milan style pizza that has gorganzola which is Milan's cheese apparently and prosciutto cudo which is a very thin cured ham. Owner stated that is the style of his city Milan in Italy. Sweet, salty (added some parmesean) and a tiny bit spicy with addition of pepper oil they gave me. Delicious all around. White sauce was a bit rich and I slightly preferred the style but with red suave which is an off menu choice. Strongly recommend. I also had a small salad which was fine but nothing to write home about. Could use a little more balsamic. The atmosphere is rustic Italian, basic background music and the usual Italian style decor. Has actual Italian beer and only Italian beer in the fridge. I've rated Christian's avocado slice in Virginia as the best slice in America and this doesn't quite get there hance the 4 stars on food and the salad being basic but it is an excellent option all around. I don't think you'd come away disappointed in any food way and compared to any other late night pizza options this has to be top of the list. So in context best 11 at night pizza option I've encountered. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable environment. Wood burning oven. Prices are very reasonable, under $20 a twelve inch pizza which is plenty for one person or enough to share with a side with someone else. All together under $30. Go here, you won't regret it.

We found this place by accident and are really pleased we did. It’s not particularly inviting (scaffolding outside at the moment) but from the minute we walked in we were greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. The food surpassed expectation. Both pasta and pizza were lovely: we’d also recommend that Sangria. It’s not flash by any stretch but definitely worth a visit for some good food and by far the best service in Miami!

Hello, I came to this place and the truth is that the pizza is the worst I have ever eaten in Miami and the place is super uncomfortable, there is no parking and it is surrounded by beggars asking for money and food.

Run by Italians who take a huge amount of pride in their food. Wow, blown away by this little hole-in-the-wall joint. Fantastic pasta and pizza. Can’t go wrong, truly. Attentive service, and love the unpretentious atmosphere - perfect for a laid back dinner. Vodka pink sauce with penne - my favorite. Chicken piccata with penne is great. Pizza great always. Tiramisu not to be missed.

The place is acceptable, the service is good, the pizza not so much... it is very thin and the cheese does not melt.

This pizza was like $32 after all the delivery fees tip taxes. The toppings are all on one side no sauce or cheese on a quarter of the pizza. Never tried here before. Maybe it’s good in store but my delivery experience was bad.

Ordered pizza through sauce. Arrived quickly but driver wouldn't wait for us to check correct order, wrong izza was delivered and restaurant nor ordering service would help both saying to contact other. Worst part pizza was ok at best not worth the price. Extremely greasy, soggy dough and half cheese was off one pizza stuck to the box. Not to mention very small pizzas like appetizer at a bar size. Never would order from here again visiting the area .. disappointed more after a good night out visiting area..

I ordered only take out late at night but it was WORTH IT! The pizza was good but the real winner for me personally with the Penne pink sauce pasta with chicken 🔥. Will definitely try the pizza again when I try dine-in.

I live a few blocks away and I’ve been a regular customer of Pizza Pizza, usually ordering through apps like Uber Eats or Seamless, and I've consistently enjoyed their pizza. However, my recent in-person visit was disappointing, which I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving, the atmosphere was noticeably chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. An interaction with an employee, an Argentinian kid with a long braid of hair coming out of the side of his head, who I later understood was trying to manage a busy shift, unfortunately, marred my experience. Despite attempting to place an order in English, communication broke down, leading to a mix-up where the employee mistook me for someone picking up an order. This misunderstanding escalated to the point where I was asked to leave, under the assumption I was causing an inconvenience. While I recognize the pressures faced by food service workers and empathize with the challenges of a busy shift, the level of customer service I received was not what I expected based on my previous experiences. A misunderstanding should not result in a customer feeling unwelcome or having to leave without being served. I left a tip in goodwill, hoping to brighten a seemingly tough day for the employee, but I left feeling unwelcome and unlikely to return. This incident has led me to reconsider recommending Pizza Pizza as I previously had, despite genuinely enjoying their food. To the management and future customers: I believe in supporting local businesses and understand that everyone can have an off day. However, clear communication and customer service are crucial, especially in a small town with many options. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for improvement. I will never order or come here again unless I know this kid isn’t working there anymore.

Went by to order a couple pizzas to go - I like the pizza there so much I figured I’d order an extra one to heat up in the morning. The Argentinian kid with the pony tail thing hanging out of the side of his head thought I was an Uber eats driver and started giving me an attitude. When I confronted him he got even more upset and told me he doesn’t have time to deal with me and asked me to leave. Shame on him. If this was my restaurant I’d fire him faster than I fire those wood fired pizzas. Unfortunate. I cannot recommend you go here. If you do and see this entitled kid then proceed with caution

We live in Cite and come here often. The food is authentic, service is great and they're open late! We feel lucky to have Pizza Pazza in walking distance!

I've been in the place many times and everything is always top 5. But today I ordered with uber eats, and nothing like it. The pineapple I paid extra and it only has less than 10 cubes. The other is half burned. And none of the are well sliced. Very disappointed. Flavors are good though.

EVERYTHING MADE IN HOUSE! Quaint Italian spot with an effort put into decorating the place. The service was friendly, we were served by the owner it seemed and he speaks Italian so it was nice to practice the language with him! Added to the atmosphere We started with the burrata and added carpaccio for a small up charge, the cheese had exquisite texture and the carpaccio was tasty I had a craft beer from Italy for about the price you would expect in downtown Miami for a craft beer from Italy…. It was a good beer though For dinner we ordered pasta and added meatballs for a small up charge as well. The meat balls were sliced and not really impressive but the pasta was worth every penny. We order the ravioli tartufo (truffle) and the four cheese gnocchi. PHENOMENAL texture for both pastas and the taste of the tartufa was pleasantly exotic. The four cheese gnocchi was a cheese lover’s dream! For dessert we had strawberry cheesecake and macchiato coffees. The macchiato was made exactly how it should be which doesn’t always happen in Miami… and the cheesecake was a big slice with incredibly soft texture. It was like biting into a fluffy cloud pillow of cheese. Again, CHEESE LOVERS MUST STOP BY!

I ordered three pizzas through the online delivery. Automatically hangs up upon calling to see how far away the order is. When the pizzas finally came (30 minutes late), they were very cold and almost inedible. Horrible experience and I recommend to avoid this place.

My Mom and Dad were in town and we had the black truffle paste pizza with ham and mushrooms and it was super good. Also had the beef carpaccio and arugula salad for starters, both really good. Highly Recommended.

Pizza was dry and cold. I would have been better off using Domino's or Pizza Hut. Very litte ingredients on the pie. An awful experience and would not consider this restaurant again. Not sure how they received 4.5 stars. The 4.5 stars are little suspect.

I was in Naples for a month this past September. I ate in more than 50 different restaurants from Rome, Naples, Amalfi coast. Great food. But I enjoyed the food in Pizza Pazza way more. Defined recommend it.

The crust is soggy in the middle of the pie, but the taste is good. I asked for Arugala on the side - that didn't happen. Great service. Cool place. Open late for when we west coasters get in at 11pm and everything is closed.

Such a hidden Gem in the city. By far the closest to authentic flavors I have had in Miami. The Carbonara is outstanding. Will absolutely be back. Open late which is refreshing in this area and allows for a late night relaxing dinner, especially for those of us who work in the service industry with few and far between real restaurant options. Enrico was our server. 100% on point. Attentative, has a smile on his face with every table and every interaction. I have to give a shout out to Pizza Pazza. I have eaten there two nights in a row, the food is that good! Their pizza’s are amazing! Wood fired, perfectly cooked, awesome flavored sauce, very fresh ingredients. Also their pastas are amazing! The first night I had some of a meat pizza as well as their fettuccini Alfredo. The second night I had the same pizza and their carbonara. Both night the food was in epic. The restaurant is nothing fancy. It’s kind of a hole on the wall, and when you pass it you’ll swear I must be wrong. Upon entering you’ll probably be greeted by the owner. He’s a bubbly and kind person and you can tell he’s proud of his restaurant. Again, the food is phenomenal. You simply must try Pizza Pazza, you will be glad you did!

The food and service at this place are amazing! The food was very authentic. I went on Saturday and wanted to go again on Sunday :-) that’s how good it was. If looking for real Italian food, definitely worth trying out.

My whole experience is here is awesome.. tasting real real quick Italian food, in Miami the best friend. It makes me feel like I'm actually first time.. also the five in here is great. The original artwork all professionally done by the owner gives you a nice retro concert makes me feel like I'm not in America LOL... The beverages the wine the service the music all in a positive field and one bubble... I would recommend this experience, when you're travels are in Miami Florida... Come here you must taste a bit of miserable enjoyed as for all in the same time.

Everything from the fretting to the food to the hospitality to the taste, was absolutely amazing. I’m not even a pork eater and I’m they convinced me to try authentic Italian!!! I love the music playlist. Very neo-soul and asmr and Lofi music. Havnt experienced anything like this before. Not to mention the owenr did an amazing job with the energy and his own touch to the decorations. Didn’t expect to learn that much while here hahaha. But even the tables he crafted which is really dope. I genuinely enjoyed everything. Definitely stop By here if you ever visit or anything. And mind you i don’t leave food reviews so this took me hahaha. Thanks to the owner for such a great experience.
