Love this place and their bowls

My wife and I love going to Playa Bowls in Camp Hill. Playa Bowls is a great snack / dessert loaded with fruit or choose to add protein and make it a meal. A healthier replacement for pizza or ice cream. We found the service here to be fast and friendly. Shop is clean with a nice atmosphere, you can sit in to eat but also a great choice if you want to grab n go if in a hurry. I feel Playa Bowls prices are a good value and is something different and a nice alternative to pizza shops or fast food restaurants. Give them a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed

Great selection of all things good for you. Helpful people behind the counter. You will feel fresh after you eat here. In fact it's cool too so perfect for the summer time. And probably a reminder of the summer in the winter. If you want to stay fit... Eat here.

Super chill atmosphere, feels like you’re at the beach. They have a huge variety of bowls, smoothies, and juices. It took awhile to get our order, but everything was delicious.

The only thing I thought was strange was that you changed your recipe for your pitaya smoothie, excluding both pineapple & banana, but didn’t change the board. It has me wondering what else has changed.

The atmosphere is as healthy as the food

Atmosphere 10/10 Service 3/10 — I was so excited after reading reviews that they let you try the bases etc. and the girl who checked me out (4/22 @5PM) seemed like she didn’t even want to speak to me, let alone take my order and be interactive with the menu options. That made me really sad. Then…. Food 5/10 :( The açaí was DELICIOUS! But, in Brazil I got used to eating it like ice cream. And I don’t usually get 6 strawberries or an entire banana in my ice cream 😅 so I just got it with coconut flakes and granola. But THE BOWL WAS HALF EMPTY! This place is pricey as is, at $10+ a bowl, to get a bowl halfway filled really had me disappointed. Keep your clients happy, being stingy with the product isn’t worth it! I shadow the comments that say they wished there was a customer service line. Especially with all of the locations they have, it is a necessity.

Love this place nicely decorated, great options, and so many choices! so yummy, my only complaint is that it seems there is never enough açaí- which isn’t terrible bc they are generous with toppings but more açaí is the only thing that could improve these bowls!

First time I tried it was about a week ago and I absolutely loved it! The bowl has so much and it is definitely worth the price and the experience. It was super yummy too!

Instead of causing a scene I'm hoping the owners can contact me about this. Please provide a customer service number so we can talk more about this, thank you.

Absolutely love everything about this place! Only improvement I’d suggest is cleaner ingredients for the granola (less sugar), and also offer more lower sugar bowl options.

I've ordered the same bowl here for the last 6 or more months, it's the nutellcoco bowl. BEST bowl hands down, I'll get 2 at a time and save them and eat them over a couple days span. They do last a long time in the freezer, my ONLY complaint is that they need to be open later at night until 9pm instead of 8, ONLY bc ALOT of ppl want that late night snack and often don't get off work until 6 and then to go home and all that yall know what I mean lol alot of places around here don't close until 10 MOST place 11 or 12, so that's my only complaint!!! Lol MY only other thing that's really annoying is when I order a bowl online and don't pick it up the same day bc it got messed up online, I picked the next day pick up went there and the lady said your bowl isn't here can I look up your order number, I had my email thank God, gave her my order number, she said it was made for yesterday which I did NOT place I always order a day ahead of time every week for the last 6 7 months, EVEN when I couldn't come and get the bowl they STILL had it the next day for me when I came in!! They keep it in the freezer until u come, now this lady also told me they close at 8pm BUT when I've called before I've had someone tell me multiple times they really don't close until 830 Bc of pick up orders and customers still being inside, they NEVER once were mean or rude about me being late picking my order up even if it was the next day, BUT this lady was!!! She said no we close at 8, WELL maybe get ur staff all on the SAME page so they aren't telling ppl yall close at 830!! Now they STILL owe me 15$ for an order that they wouldn't make that was placed a week ago, I asked for a refund obviously bc the order wasn't picked up and STILL haven't got my refund, I would hate to call my bank and have them mark it as fraud smh . So I hope this policy or "rule" is fixed, u either make the bowl or refund the money to the person who paid for the bowl that was never picked up!!! I also DONT mind at all if the bowl is in the freezer for a couple days bc that's how I eat them anyways at home lol JS!! OTHER than those 2 things maybe call the customer who doesn't come to pick their order up?! Yall don't even call ppl u just do nothing?! That's weird lol OTHER than that ONE older lady, ALL the girls and guys who work there have been nothing but AMAZING, kind, they don't make faces, they don't talk sh*t when ur standing there even tho they are the younger generation, they are ALL very nice, VERY respectful, very helpful, and go ABOVE and beyond to help u and to make things right!!!! It was the older lady who was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her lol WELL u were inconveniencing ME By not making my bowl or giving me my money back!!! So girl bye! Lmao I've also tipped 50$ or more to each of the young kids who stay open later for me to get my order and don't act like the older lady does SO If anyone else runs into this lady u will know!!!! Lol

Always great service and delicious fruit bowls! They have so many options, and they will let you try the different bases if you're not sure about one! The granola is amazing (and also gluten free)! They always have fresh ingredients - everything is high quality! Definitely recommend!!

Food is good. Unfortunately when I walked to the back counter to pick up my online order. No one acknowledged me. The managers were having a very negative and unprofessional conversation about a customer that was in earlier that day that should have been had in a back office . It was very uncomfortable for me standing 10 feet away from them. I did get my bowl eventually and the gave me a two for one coupon but I’m unsure if I will ever use it.

I have Tried Playa Bowls twice. Acai Apple turnover (limited time offer) and Power Bowl. Both were excellent. Fruit was very fresh, chopped evenly, Acai was fresh. Delicious is the only word that comes to mind.

Ordered açaí bowls online to pick up. They were ready when I arrived. Service was excellent. I love the bowls, açaí base is delicious, the fruit is very fresh.
