Staff is rude. Im not pushy like a lot of easterners so I get it, but young staff member treated me poorly regardless.

They did away with the 5 dollar lunch meal. Now it's 10 with no free dipping sauce and two gross sides.

Hot meal from deli "mojo pork" was mostly not edible. There was a LARGE piece of fat; I mean about 8" wide! What sadistic, deranged person had the idea to put this in with the normal tub of meat? I had to drive back to ask for my hard-earned money to be returned. And, another Publix (where I had a similar problem) and this one, makes you walk over to the deli, stand and wait, show (or tell) a deli worker about it, then wait again at the customer "service" counter. This is even after the front counter (woman) employee, at this Publix, opened the container and lifted up the offensive piece of garbage that was in it! It caused me more time and work, as well as CALLING ME A LIAR. Again, this was a nauseating experience; NOT just a small piece of fat, or gristle. I was trying to treat my companion to a nice meal, but he couldn't enjoy THAT! This was on July 24th, the day when I was supposed to be relaxing in a hotel room, before major surgery. I did not want to be driving around, and then walking across their evil hot black tar parking lot. At least, I made THEM "choke on it".

Publix has always been preferred over Winn-Dixie and all the other stores because of cleanliness as well as helpful employees unlike other places...

I've never seen so many stock outs in my life. Probably the worst publix in town.

The cashier her name is Eva she s very discriminated . She made an inappropriate my foods and also threw my foods to my face instead of putting in the bag. And I’m not the only minority who were treated badly this way . I see few other comments about how discriminated she is .

Deli staff unusually friendly but this time they were not. John (older gentleman, in my age range) not very nice. He made assumptions and unnecessary comments to me. If he was the only person on duty I’d not order and walk out. Luckily there are other staff to help.

I don't want to discredit any other Publix out there. I truly haven't had any bad experiences. But the staff here are truly THE NICEST and most helpful I've ran across in a loooong time!! The deli department is top notch! One of the gentlemen kindly complimented an elderly woman how pretty she looked in red. She smiled so big. I could tell that it made her day. I like people. I can't help it. I just do. The song "Just The Way You Are" was playing. Yes, I like singing and dancing a lil too while grocery shopping. I pointed to a few women employees singing this song and it warmed my heart to see them smile soo big. You're a great team! Keep up the positive attitudes!

Worked for publix for 28 yrs. At a different location. I don't know how this company makes fortune 500 best aces to work every year. As a company they suck. They brainwash rhe simpleton that work there, a d use scare tactics against them when they are smart. Since the father passed, and the children took over the company , it's become worse and worse every year. Do yourself a favor, and run away.

I always loved going here, And love publix premium frozen yogurt butter pecan and every time they are out, And when I asked they say on truck day but that is never true it's always something different so idk who ever does their inventory counts and orders they need to train them again never consistent at all...

As I shopped in Publix today and bought about &300 items worth, I went to register seven an older lady name EVA was ringing up my items. She didn’t say happy Sunday nor did she tell me to have a beautiful beautiful day, but the couple behind me was white Caucasian and she told them happy Sunday and have a great day? I’m just like everybody else I live on the island. I am a nurse so I feel as though I should be treated the same way with respect I might just go to another Publix. He didn’t even say oh I’m sorry to hear that he says OK.!

Variety of products limited and customers service not Reasonable

Usually this is my go to publix. I love it. I even go early in the morning if I don't pack lunch at home. However, today the cashier that checked me out was ruuddeee. The card machine was not working and instead of just resetting it and giving me a chance to do my payment she snapped as if I was the problem and I was wasting her time. Then I called her ma'am and she looked at me like I wasn't supposed to call her that... I'm in my 20s and anyone that is an adult deserves the respect of being called maam or sir. I'm disappointed.

Had a Publix sub. I eat them all the time back in the Atlanta area but I was tea tin Florida and needed a quick good lunch and that just what I got. I hav the Italian sub with Publix meats and it was excellent.

Publix is the best & this is one of the best ones I've seen!

Had no issues up until a older white woman decided to tell me after I asked for extra sauce “Cause I’d sure like to get sauce all over my gloves just to put it on top of your sandwich” to which I offered the solution-put it in a cup-yet she didn’t want to do that either. Usually not the type to say “it’s your job” but it was a very “it’s your job” moment. Customer service needs to be worked on, attitude and respect are lacking. Sounds funny-is funny-but horrible service ma’am :)

This store is often out of different items, so I don’t usually complete my shopping list and have to go elsewhere. Stocking takes place during busy shopping times instead of at night, thus crowding the already busy aisles so customers aren’t able to move easily or get to shelves. It is definitely not a pleasure to shop here.

Best Publix ever! I live in LWP and I drive a few extra miles to come here. Why, you ask? When I was recuperating from a reconstuctive foot surgery I could not tolerate much walking with the boot. After checking out, I realized that I had forgotten milk. When the manager saw the disdained look on my face when I saw how far it was, she went all the way to the back of the store and got it for me, took me up front so I wouldn't have to wait in line again, and helped me out to my friend's car with my groceries. Time and time again I've received service with a smile. Thank you all 💖

Publix is consistently excellent.

“If you want vegan food, you’re at the wrong store.” The older deli staff complain about making a clearly offered menu item and it doubles the time spent at the counter. We brought two friends visiting from out of state who were excited to visit their first Publix store, and these interactions ruined that. Kindness was met with hostility, and we were essentially told to shop somewhere else. It’s disappointing. The food was delicious.

I'm at the deli once again ordering chicken tenders for my wife and once again there is no honey mustard sauce. So I guess the wife gets to eat her tenders without the honey mustard sauce....AGAIN. Thanks a lot. Honey mustard sauce has two ingredients. Honey and mustard. Why is this simple product so difficult to keep in supply at your deli counter?? I wouldn't complain if this was the first time this has happened but it's always a dice roll to find honey mustard sauce at Publix deli counters. For the more than eight bucks I pay for four measly chicken tenders I should be able to get some damned sauce. Then comes the last straw: I grab a 12 pack of Dr. Peppers which ring up at $9.09.....for a twelve pack of canned soda??? So for four chicken tenders and a 12 pack of ordinary soda I have to shell out nearly twenty bucks??? Whaaaat?? I had been a Publix customer for two decades. But lately every time I leave a Publix store I feel like I've been ripped off. Thus recently I have made fewer and fewer trips to Publix. I don't expect a great shopping experience when I buy groceries. I just expect to buy a few things without going broke. The prices border on the ridiculous. It's my New Year's resolution to never again shop at any Publix store. Too damned expensive! And no honey mustard sauce!!

Very large Publix that seems to have almost everything. Even items that aren't available at other Publix's in the area. Only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because our order was an hour late to be ready and we had to walk around Publix until it was ready. They did apologize numerous times for the wait, and even gave us a complementary side of mac and cheese. So it was an overall, good experience in the end. I will be coming back to this location versus the Oslo location ANY DAY!

This Publix is clean and well-stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. My favorite Publix is at Oslo and 1, but this one's a close second. They both deserve 5 stars.

This Plaza has the craziest entrance / exit and parking layout MAZE! Careful, the drivers are Vicious! Then you can't help but walk into Publix angry, and attempt to leave the Plaza... Angrier! I avoid this location less than a mile from me & would would rather drive 5 miles out of my way to a more "polite" parking & traffic flow. IT WILL GET WORSE when PLANET FITNESS MOVES NEXT TO PUBLIX!!! (fitness buffs circling for the closest parking spot to the entrance for their "workout"! ha: fitness?

This store is often out of many products. The Publix at Miracle Mile, although smaller, is always well stocked. I guess the manager at that store is a little more on top of his job.

This store is very clean, very helpful employees too. I live close to the store and enjoy coming to Publix each time that I need to go shopping the prices are a little high but the cleanliness and politeness of the staff outweighs the slightly elevated prices

I really love this Publix. The staff is always friendly. I am really disappointed that in July my son-in-law ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. So he went to go pick it up and they never made it and there was no bakery staff when he arrived to help him out. He had to go to another location to get her cake last minute. When it was ordered weeks in advance at this location. And I'm really shocked that nobody ever reached out to him apologized or nothing it was just like swept under the rug.

Love this Publix because it's in the same parking lot as Starbucks. However, I'm not a fan of the Starbucks lone that takes over the entrance to the whole plaza at 8AM. Either way, this Publix is wonderful, super clean, and always stocked.
