Good service, excellent cleanliness, variety of items

Okay I definitely had to come back and change my initial review. This place has very nice employees and it's such a pleasure going here over the Deltona on Howland. I actually go out of my way now just to go here instead. Everything is organized and clean, and the staff are top notch! WITH the exception of a middle aged ^&%$ who works in the meat department.

Every time I come to this Publix, I’m always told the chicken is coming out and then I have to wait 30 minutes before i see one box of chicken in the middle of the day. Only reason I come to Publix is for their hot food and every time I come, they have no 8 pcs chicken.

Most publix's are amazing, clean and a nice place to shop if I were to gripe about anything it's their prices are too high but guess that's what you pay for 😐

They're just like any other Publix.

Always a good shopping experience at this location. Friendly staff, everything in stock, lots of good sales, carts in good shape, clean parking lot and breezeway.

I moved to Deltona from Pennsylvania a year ago. If I could I'd give Publix in Deltona 10 STARS!!! I love this store and it's employees...everyone is always cheerful and friendly and helpful. The store is bright and it's immaculate. You are amazing !!!

I’ve been going to this Publix since I moved to Deltona a year ago. Till this day they have never disappointed me. The people that work there are amazing. They care and that’s hard to find anymore, especially having more than one employee that treat customers with kindness. Today was my first time using their pharmacy and they helped me so much and took amazing care of me. This will now be my primary pharmacy. The managers that is always there, I see you and you always jump in to help bag and you care about how we feel. 😊 With places like this, price doesn’t even matter because the experience alone is worth it. The quality as well. Stocked just right. 🙌🏼 #1 Publix hands down. Y’all can call me the lottery girl 😂 that’s the only place I get my tickets and it is a ritual of mine. ♥️

Impressed with this store, plenty of parking, clean and organized store. Fresh produce. Friendly, helpful personnel. Hot food is very good. Prices aren’t bad, we found a lot of BOGOs. Bought hot food, took the elevator up and sat upstairs, tables and chairs were clean and comfortable. Restrooms were clean. All in all a positive experience and will definitely go back again.

I always say "that's my store" and sharing this experience brings a smile to my face.

This has been our Publix for almost 9 years, lately the deli department and hot food department is a mess, they have nothing during rush hour and you have to wait half an hour for a rotisserie chicken or some Popcorn chicken, service is terrible, you have to literally yell to get some attention! That have so many managers and no one seems to do their job, terrible terrible terrible service! Is going downhill

Do not go in here looking for applications or interviews! They LIE TO YOU about open interviews. They intentionally bait people to apply and show up because it most likely looks good to have all those applications and they they interview at MOST 5 people in a 3 hour block SOMEHOW. This is the most demoralizing process and it’s meant to give false hope and bait people. Bad practice makes a bad store.

Literally the perfect publix. Rarely have we ever had an issue with products not in stock. Have ordered deli catering & platters multiple times with zero issues. Love the introduction of new products frequently. Just recently opened a liquor store next door. Staff is always kind & helpful. Ample parking.

Customer service is excellent on the front end. The Seafood department could use help. I asked for three pounds of shrimp. He didn't think he had enough and kept telling me to get it out of the freezer. I said no thanks. I need to cook them now. That's when he told me just run water over them. After telling him no three times. He had three pounds.

Can’t afford to live when shop here . Go down the street and get almost $5 off the same exact icecream at Walmart, and Walmart sucks too. All these major corporations suck. Humans suck. I pick stuff up, I put stuff down at pub. Too expensive . Some of the employees are nice.

It's a newer Publix around Deltona. The staff is very friendly and the quality is what you would expect from a Publix. However, we all know what makes each Publix stand out... who makes the Pub Sub. This particular Publix has three members that I know of that make it dang near perfect. When light sauce is requested... they hit the mark. Cheese goes next? Heck yeah, it does! Because those chicky tenders are not going to give room for anything else. Wrapped with love and sealed with a kiss... ok, maybe not a kiss, but properly with a price tag. That my friends is the simple things we ask of from our wonderful Publix staff... not this meat dust subs for twenty people during rush hour.

Publix is the most expensive gricery store out of all, just better to get the same items for less at places like walmart and aldi's
