Just moved here, so I'm comparing this Publix to my old hometown one in Doral. This one is much bigger and newer. Of you've been in one Publix you've seen them all,..but this one seems huge ! Great people as always.

The lady working at the deli making subs was very rude

I recently had a disappointing experience at a deli where I purchased a Philly Steak sub. The meat was undercooked and lacked seasoning, and the cheese was the only discernible ingredient. I believe that the management of the deli should provide additional training to their staff, particularly those responsible for preparing food, to ensure that customers receive a higher quality product.

The pharmacy there is the absolute best

Update 08-06-24 Rotten produce I've brought home last 3-4 weeks: Grape tomatoes that spoiled next day, russett potatoes that were rotten inside ( see picture) rotten garlic, mushy spoiled oranges, and worst of all, RANCID hummus. The bloated plastic seal should have been my clue that it sat out and gas had formed from spoilage. I want to return, but do you know how awkward and embarrasing it is to come and say, "Hi, this $1.99 pint of tomatoes was rotten and I want my money back." ***ALSO, IF I HEAR THE STORE MANAGER TAKE AN IMPROPER TONE WITH AN EMPLOYEE ON THE STORE FLOOR ONE MORE TIME, IM GOING TO CALL CORPORATE.*** 02-15-24 Too many expired items all over the store. From publix tea, to canned items to meat. I am sick of having to be a "date hawk" in this store. Employees are incredibly friendly, but properly educated management is lacking at this location. Update 06-03-19: Deli out of rotisserie chicken for the evening at 7pm. 2018 Truly hurts to say this, but I now, for the first time in my life avoid a Publix.

Is ok for quickly shopping when I don't have time to go to Walmart Very very expensive food chicken strips was overcooked and due old.fried shrimp were terrible dry.some of the employees cashier's are rude.thankyou

They hired , a new customer service manager she is one of rudest meanest, women on earth , if you ask her question she laugh at you , if you ask her for favor she ignore you , good luck with customer service at this store.

Amazing grocery store but more expensive than most other supermarkets around

This is my favoritestore, always clean, and amazing customer service. The pharmacy always makes sure to give information about all my medicine.

Older style public well stocked and staffed

Very expensive unless you're looking for something with the other stores. Don't have Walmarts cheaper but boar heads meets. We buy it there. So if you want to buy the expensive food and pay an expensive price, that's the place to go

Gotta love Publix BOGO's. They're definitely needed with the ridiculous price of groceries now. Publix deli rocks the subs and Boar's Head meats and cheeses!!!

Ordered 80/20 ground beef today, the food was delivered, on the outside the meat was bright red and appeared fresh but once I started to make burgers the inside of packaged meat was brown , tried to salvage the red part but threw most of it out, very disappointed in publix, always liked to shop this store in the past but will be careful what I buy in future.

Publix always my favorite place to shop for groceries! Stores are always clean and well stocked. If you want a product that they don’t stock they will order it for you.

Out of all of the Publix I have visited over the years this store is by far the worst. Their management is rude, their made to order cakes are gross. I have order 3 cakes over a period of 6 months and they where all unacceptable. The hot food case always looks old. I avoid this Publix at all cost.

Everything is fresh and you find everything you are looking for, good service.

We frequent this Publix very often and 90% of the store has been perfect with no issues. I can not give 5 stars however due to service provided from the deli. Just about every time sub orders are placed, something is either wrong or other times simply left out. I understand of course that they are busy and we all make errors but we have never had this problem from any other Publix. Seems like a trend upon seeing other reviews.

You need more handicap parking spaces. Each time I come here, I have to wait and/or drive around looking for either handicapped parking or s space that is not too far from the entrance. Not easy.

The baggers are younger so I get it if they mess up the request " please double bag everything". One other note, when bagging my groceries treat my items with reverence because I just paid 35% more for organic tomatoes and groceries in general and I went out of my way to visit this store. Rushing and chucking the bags into the cart was a nogo for me, I wanted to recommend that bagger work in the airline baggage department, because she was a NATURAL.

Every single time I come to this deli the people here have attitudes, there is never any rotisserie chicken or hot and spicy chicken with breading and I have come at 6 o’clock at night and they don’t have food when they know it’s dinner rush! I will no longer come back to this Publix. The deli manager needs to do something about this.

BIG THANK YOU TO MANAGER SETH for helping navigate a bakery issue. I ordered a custom mini cake and 2 12-count cupcakes for my daughters 10th birthday party. I usually order from the location on Doyle and they have always told me that they need at least 24 hours with the understanding that our order would be available after noon. We had a party reservation for one of those jump and obstacle places in another city for 11:30 on a Saturday so because we had to leave the area by 11 and I wanted to avoid issues of not getting my cakes on time, I placed my order on a Thursday with a pickup time for FRIDAY anytime after noon. When I went to pick them up, the associate couldn't find them. He called management who also looked and couldn't find them. Turns out my order slip had been placed on the SATURDAY clipboard which would have left us cakeless since we needed to leave the area before our cakes would be done. Thankfully, this manager left a message for the next day's staff indicating the issue and they prioritized my order so that it was complete by 8am Saturday. This situation was not the end of the world but for a little girl who normally only celebrates at home with her family, it could have been a big deal for her and her friends. As for the cake/cupcakes, as always they were delicious and beautiful.

We had to wait in line a few minutes longer as the cashier and the bagger helped an elderly lady check out. The cashier immediately informed us she would be right with us and than apologized and thank us for our patience. It did take a little longer as they had to check prices for the lady checking out. I hadn't been in this publix since it was converted from aldi. Wonderful store! Very bright, has a whole foods store kit kind of feel with lots of low shelves so u can see across aisles. Staff are friendly. Layout is quite different from other publix stores in deltona.

I prefer this Publix to the 2 closer ones....slightly smaller...but that doesn't affect the selection. The standards in Publix are all the same....you are paying for quality and selection.

I will be getting my Publix subs here from now on. The staff were fast and efficient, and they cared. When the line got long they called to idle staff to jump in. After speaking with the store manager to compliment him I found out they were even working 2 people short. WOW! My last few experiences getting a Publix sub at the 2 Publix I typically frequent(the one on Doyle Rd and and the one at the corner of Ft Smith and Courtland) had convinced me to gave up on what used to be my favorite subs. Those locations seem to constantly understaff the sub section, and the people that do staff it seem to be the slowest movers. Sorry but waiting half an hour for a sub is not for me. Especially when I see other staff standing around or stoking deli cases that are already 90% full.

I love this Publix. I always find decent parking fairly quickly, the deli is to the far right when you enter the store which makes it very convenient. All the buy one get one free items are generally in the front for easy access. Restroom is also in the front of the store as well. Cashiers and customer service are very friendly, which makes your shopping experience even better. The deli is very well kept with a variety of delicious items with the bakery right near it. My overall rating for this Publix is great. Also located in the same plaza is Family dollar and Wendys, as well as a Chinese restaurant, Nail Salon and Hair Salon.

The only problem I had was the bagger, I tried to explain to him I wanted one paper bag and then as he started to load my bag I said you'll fit more in if you lay them bottles down.. no you won't he tried to tell me. so I asked him to move out of the way and I will bag my own groceries, he told me no if you had gotten here first you could have .... Well if you are not going to bag them the way I want them bagged then you need to move out of the way plain and simple

Publix is hands down the best supermarket in Florida. You pay for it, don't get me wrong, but Bogos, fresh food, cleanliness, and my daughter loves the Mac and cheese. Keeps me coming back

Every employee at this store goes over and beyond to cater to your needs. I go to this store literally everyday. The store is always clean and items are easy to find.
