Ok so decided to do a review today after the third time in a row that they forget to put a bag in my cart. I get is not the company's fault. Is their employees fault. But still decided to give it a two star. I prefer the one in howland or the Walmart neighborhood market over this Publix. Everytime I go here I lose money. You would expect this not to happen in a Publix where you pay premium prices for the same stuff you get at Walmart for half the price. One time they forget to give you one of your bags with groceries it's fine their employees make minimum wage and are young, second time is ok we all make mistakes, BUT THEEE TIMES IN A ROW!!?? COME ONNN!!

Every time walk into this Publix it’s amazing how everything it’s in order employees are always asking if they can help. It’s amazing. They treat you with CPR courtesy professionalism and respect. Great experience.

Super tiny publix, pre made sandwich was stale, would only shop here if I needed one or two items.. normally publix is fantastic, this one, not so much!

It's clean and well-staffed, the people are friendly. It doesn't offer as many options as one of the larger stores, it's a middle-of-the-road Publix. The pharmacy is right inside the entrance, which may benefit those with mobility aids. My only gripe is the deli is really inconsistent in the service they provide - e.g. meat thickness, apparently there's only one machine that cuts meats "super thin" (I have crooked front teeth - thick rinds on ham gets stuck easily), so there's a chance you may not be able to get it sliced that way if the machine is being cleaned. Most of the people back there are nice, but not all. Hot case items are usually out of stock when I go, but to be fair it is a busy location.

My favorite publix in Deltona. Always clean, beautiful produce, love the produce gentleman as well, always friendly and helpful.

Lordy be they literally have zero clue as to what a chicken Caesar salad wrap consists of or how to make it. Yikes.

I think this is the oldest Publix in Deltona. Not a bad location for folks on the Southside of Deltona and certainly for the apartments next door. I still favor the Publix on Courtland as staff seem happier there. My only complaint with Deltona Landings location is that it seems like a lowr ceiling and darker inside than most Publix locations. Staff are friendly enough and selection is good. I usually go here if I am going to China Kitchen or Dollar Tree in same Plaza.

Huge shout out to the bakery for creating an amazing and delicious as always cake for my daughter’s trick or three pool party! They never disappoint and literally created the cake I envisioned. They made a stressful situation painless! 10 star customer service + 10 star product quality !

OK, this is literally my Publix y’all. I know the people there they know me there so I might be a little biased. But they really are awesome.

Nothing to complain about. I was just disappointed that they didn't sell dry ice which I've found at many other Publix stores.

They have a lot of gluten-free foods. And love getting everything I need there.

Food is always fresh, the store is always stocked and in the morning I love the staff when I come there.

Prices are double that of competitors. Welcome to the store where cereal costs $11. They’re taking advantage of the community.

This is my sister's Publix and I usually shop here when I visit her.

Stopped in to pick up a few things on my way to a friend's house. The store was neat and organized and the employees were really friendly.

Always has what I'm looking for from me and my little ladies and my big lady snacks Galore healthy choices of fruits and vegetables and a friendly staff to the boot

Go there when needing groceries

The staff is the only good thing about this publix. If it wasn't for them keeping th place clean and orderly. As well as having extensive knowledge of the products they sell. The prices are outrageous at Publix. In fact, I'd call it gouging and borderline criminal. If it weren't the only grocery store for miles, I would never frequent it or any publix ever again. Publix is an awful corporation. If it wasn't for the goodwill, they harvested years ago and the extreme expansion of number of stores. They wouldn't stand a chance in hell in today's market. I hope they continue to lose business to the new superior grocery chains that offer better products and pricing. Publix produce is lackluster as well. Don't try to buy a spicy pepper at their locations. None of them are ever even slightly hot. I'm not sure if it's because they buy from inferior suppliers or what. But they price them higher than even Whole Foods, whilst being worse than Walmart. Pathetic. Don't shop at Publix folks. Biggest scam artist in the south.

Great as usual. Anyone who goes or works at Publix knows that all Publix super markets need to have faster sub makers at times. I know they get.tired.but that's the only issue I've ever had with them.

It's a nice small ,older building. It doesn't have as much selection as the one in orange city , but for a quick stop it will do

Strictly grading the hot food dept. the service at this location is consistently TERRIBLE. Always some excuse why they can’t make something or don’t have something in stock . Drove to the next Publix in Orange City told the hot food dept what happened & was told that’s not how they operate and was taken care of immediately. I’ll spend the extra money in gas to be given the proper service.

I walked up to the drop-off pharmacy counter. The girl behind the counter was waiting on another customer at the pick up side which is about 6 ft away from me. There were no obstacles in the way of her sight to see me. Another gentleman from nowhere walked up to the counter and she began to wait on him. She walked by me twice with no acknowledgment not even eye contact. What the heck. Finally the pharmacist.. came over and waited on me then went back to working I walked away then came back and told him what happened he said I'll take care of it no 10 ft 10 seconds rule there 🤬

Well stocked, clean, and friendly. They always have adequate staff on hand, and the deli and meat department are on point. I don't shop anywhere else. The only thing I don't particularly like is different Publix's seem to have a different layout. But I think that is getting better. Keeps you in the store longer.

We like coming here to get their Chicago hard told because they always seem freaked and larger than at the store closer to us

Older Publix , you have to watch the prices sometimes what you see on sale will not reflect in the price at the register and the cashiers don't care about your money . Watch closely not only the expectation dates but the product inside especially bread and fruit mold is a biggie I do think they reuse the items that didn't sell with a new date . No matter what time of day there aren't enough cashiers or deli workers . The prices are outrageous anymore at Publix , I don't know why retirees shop there being on fixed income .

I would give it a five if it wasn't for prices. I love publix, but it is $$$$ compared to other grocery stores. I only go for certain items, like fruits vegetables , pub subs, seafood and some specialty items that I can't find at other grocery stores or Sams club. I generally do not purchase paper products, boxed foods, most canned foods or items like, cleaning supplies and personal hygiene products because they are always a lot more expensive than other grocery stores. I would do most of my shopping there if their prices were a little more competitive.

it's Publix. that's all that needs to be said. no one can beat their chicken tenders and wings. helpful and kbiwlegable staff. they are pricey but I would rather pay more to not have to deal with the Walmart staff.

This review is for Publix Super Market at Deltona Landings. The lady working Customer Service Sunday morning (3/3/2024) acted as if she hates her job and the customer is an inconvinience to her. Her demeanor made me feel like I was at Walmart. I didn't say anything because I had to head back to work. CS at Publix in Orange City is usually pretty good.

Just take the meatballs sub off the menu. They never have any meatballs when I come to order one. 5 weeks in a row! What’s the point in having them on the menu?

Always have what we need. Love the BOGO deals.

Very clean great customer service

There are certain items I buy that only Publix carries. They are the only ones with my favorite Ice Cream. Well, it is a Publix brand. Roadrunner Frozen Yogurt. Ribbons of Raspberry through white chocolate frozen yogurt and little chocolate cups with Raspberry puree inside. But besides that everyone there that I've encountered has been extremely friendly, helpful, and patient.

Just dashed in for lottery tickets but could not resist grabbing a few other items like the low-sodium pasta sauces Publix carries.

We were working in the area and went there to get lunch for the crew. Got our usual, non breaded spicy wings and a whole fried chicken. Wings were as good as always but the fried chicken was a lil too greasy for me.

As with all Public's, allstar service and great Deli food. My wife and I stopped there on our cycle outing. The bike trail is right behind this Publix which makes it very convenient.

Not as busy as some of the other Publix, great wings and of course their bakery. It was a great atmosphere today, everyone smiling and joking.

Decent store, but the deli and hot food areas are ran like a dumpster fire. They are out of most hot food nearly 100% of the time and deli is always severely backed up, usually because they only have 1 person running both stations + sub station. The rest of the store is what you’d expect from Publix.

Hate the set up and not good variety compared to my Publix store .

I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but it isn’t. I try order from the deli ahead of time so to help with the traffic flow in the store. I ordered two subs and the one was just ham and cheese with extra meat. The sandwich meat was sliced extremely thick and it was not extra meat and they literally put one slice of cheese cut in half on the sub. It’s a shame they only do what you ask if you are standing in front of them. Plus the didn’t include any oil and vinegar packets as requested.

this is the first time I’ve visited the store it is arranged a little different. I find it kind of annoying with Publix. All the stores should be the same anyway, it’s a great store bigger on the inside than you would assume the bakery as always is wonderful they had a good selection of meats I was in an out under 15 minutes. This one does not have a liquor store was really meeting that. lol
