I personally shop at this grocery store all the time and receive great service.

As always shopping was a pleasure, just wish they would put the seafood out a little earlier.

It was closer to my house, which made it nice. It's always nice and clean and well stocked.

I wanted to buy shrimp, and I got the ones I wanted and also the guy from the seafood section. Steam them for me 😋😋 amazing service, very professional and nice people . they were delicious 🤤😋

I go here on my lunch break from work and always get back on time, so they must be quick! Everything is organized and easy to find.

Today, I want to give a shout-out to Gary in the Deli. I have had stomach surgery and dental issues that make eating a challenge. I explained this to Gary. He went above and beyond to make this salad so I could enjoy every bite. Thank you for your amazing service. And thank you to manager Danielle for listening when I went on and on about her employee and beaming with pride. You guys rock@

Went to this location to order a salad. I chose Publix because I can expect stellar customer service. Not this time. I have certain food allergies and Publix is always very accommodating. When I stated to the deli clerk that I had food allergies, and needed for her to change her gloves My observation was that you had the same gloves on while talking care of another person, talking to the other clerks over the scale, cleaning off the counter and wiping a knife with paper towel and touch the sandwich paper with the same gloves on. And then you are going to assist me with the same gloves? Yeah right. I ask for the counter to be wiped down as well as the knife. She proceeds to take a paper towel to wipe things down. Again - cross contamination. I specifically ask for the knife to be washed. And this is where the attitude started and she rolled her eyes. I questioned her, why am I feeling some type of an attitude from you. She responded- no attitude. As she walks away to clean the knife - she rolls hers eyes again and now with a smirk on her face!!! I am floored. I ask the other customer - did you just see this? He says wow and shakes his head in disbelief. I am in a hurry and have a 40 minute ride home. So please make my item so I can leave. Now I am oissed off due to your customer service. She makes me a salad that looks horrible in presentation and insisted in chopping my items instead of slicing - which she said she was going to do. Do I look like I need assistance chewing my food. It was a mess. I take the finished item and proceed to customer service and I asked to speak to the manager - who was very pleasant and accommodating. She apologized profusely but at this point the damage was done. She asks if I wanted another salad. I say no - I just want to get home. I was so disappointed in the customer service received from the deli clerk and did not feel like a valued customer. She stated that she was going to address this with the clerk and the deli manager. I gave 2 stars because the store manager was understanding. I really wanted to give 0 stars for the experience with the deli clerk.

The staff at this store make you feel like family.

First I love this Publix, the staff are always friendly, store clean and never had any issues until recently. The issues are only with the Deli- everything else about store is fine. The past 3 times I have done a mobile order (pick up) for deli (sandwiches) they have been wrong. I usually edit ingredients to include no cheese. All 3 times subs were covered in cheese. Twice the subs had mayo on them and I did not select that at all either time. Another time I ordered a wrap, they they made a sandwich with ingredients that I didn’t select. I was able to have them correct that before leaving because it clearly wasn’t a sandwich. I think they need to read the tickets more carefully, this has been ongoing issue for past month or so. My fault I didn’t check them before leaving store but have never had this issue here, in the past they have been amazing with deli mobile orders. It used to be consistently great, but not right now.

I purchased a sm chocolate cake for my Grandsons 5th Birthday. They put “Happy Birthday” with his name on the tray holding the cake. I left the storm & I guess the heat caused it to slide across the plate and smoosh itself on the cover plus it slide right over the writing. Needless to say I accepted I just needed to get another to replace it. I called the backers to see if they could have it ready when I go right back. I got there and they had it all fixed up. She said to go to customer service to scan it because they were not charging me for the cake. I no way did I expect this kindness at all. Everyone at this location is kind this way. I am so glad to have moved to this area and found this location of Publix

I love my Publix. I love going in there at the holidays seeing all the different varieties of bouquets of flowers and deli platters.

Dan (store manager) is the man! He took my call (after hours) and I was able to retrieve a lost item even though they were closing up shop. Thank you so much. Great customer service!

This is by far the worst Publix bakery I’ve EVER seen! These are donuts that were purchased just one day before. I knew not to grab these but I love fresh donuts on a Saturday morning. I purchased these around 8am 5/18 and of course the were hard, overcooked and the glaze was brown, but I purchased anyway. I have been to this Publix about 6 times and every single time it’s this or they don’t have any glaze donuts and the only reason I go here is because it’s literally 1.2 miles from my house. The deli is also just as bad, you can wait, and , wait and wait for someone to even acknowledge you even though they see you standing there. I will drive to Mount Dora, or Leesburg Publix from now on. This is not Publix standard and if it is now, this will be the next Walmart. My daughter and husband ate these, I bit one and threw it away in disappointment AGAIN. These three are going in the trash..

This is my favorite Publix by my house. It is really never super crowded, Tony is my favorite Pharmacist however some of the previous pharmacy tech staff were rude but that was a while ago and had since improved with a change in staffing. They could improve the deli at times I feel like I am being ignored while I am standing there four to five employees are walking around behind the counter without anyone helping me. The only time I purchased crab legs I asked to have them cooked for me. When I brought them home and opened the bag the smell and taste were both terrible. I think the seafood staff should have known they were bad prior to my purchase. That was a huge waste of money. Everything else has always been a great experience.

I love Publix and the quality food it offers , but the prices are higher in Publix than other supermarkets, so I go to Walmart more frequently than Publix, Publix is good but Walmart is cheaper

Publix at Eustis Village is the second location that I will visit usually when I am near David Walker like today when I went to Great Clips. When Publix Shoppes of Lake Village was being renovated for one year not that long ago, I went to Eustis Village. When I compare Eustis Village to Shoppes of Lake Village, there are some differences in the layout ... which makes me kind of like Eustis Village more. Today, I saw several associates that were familiar and made me smile to think they are surely long-term employees. I am certainly glad to have these two Publix stores so near to me ... they have surely spoiled me and other customers over the years. Clean and neat, friendly associates, good prices, and wonderful products.

The deli here is the WORST and SLOWEST deli in all of lake county. It’s truly horrendous. You would also think if they’re so slow that they’re get every order right; false. Publix needs to fix this problem.

Publix is always great. This trip I was visiting my mom who lives in Mount Dora. I just went there to buy some lottery tickets. No matter which Publix you go to the employees are always very friendly and professional.

It's only 530. I waited 15 minutes at the sub sandwich counter. When it got to my turn I ordered and was told they don't have any white rolls. Wait, don't you have a bakery. How is this possible. Can't you grab rolls off the bakery shelves. Wasted trip. Publix will be my last sandwich option next time.

Scrambled eggs had brown on them. Grill was too hot or butter burned. Rest of meal was just okay. Server was nice.

You've got to love the handmade Pub subs! Create your sub with fresh toppings, your choice of meat and cheese. You can create a sub with (any selections sold in deli, as well they have )! You can also get toppings in the grocery section, have them add it, and pay for with sub at front. They have hot soup too!

Slow as far as Publix goes. No self checkouts and consistent lines due to understaffing. Also frequently out of stock of items.

What can I not say what about Publix.? Nothing the foods are always good prices are fair considering the times and if they sold clothes they probably turn into Walmart which I don't go to.

Great place to buy your groceries...always well sorted,clean and all employees always with a smile on their faces...the deli and "cafeteria" are great...sandwiches and chicken always good...also has a ATM machine at the front of the store..nd nice clean parking lot with parking lots for the disable...the produce dept...always has fresh fruit and vegetables...and they display them beautifully...for me is the best place to get all you need! I ordered some California Rolls with cream cheese and crab with no seeds but that's not what i got when I got home so Very disappointed, I couldn't eat the one he gave me so my Son ate them .

Long walking if you have no walker in the big store. I have others do my shopping for me. I also shop on line for delivery to my home.

Sushi n subs everything else is overpriced but it's way less nerve wracking to shop there (until you get to the check out counter).
