The staff, products and store is great!

I dont like that store and the customer service is really bad

Excellent facilities, everything very clean and tidy, friendly people, it is one of my favorite places, clean bathrooms, they give free cookies for the children, everyone has an impeccable appearance.

I shop at this location regularly, today at approximately 5 pm I requested a piece of salmon be cut from the front @$13.99 per pound. The male working assured me he was placing the piece in the bag. Upon my arrival home the end piece was in the bag. Unreal! May be Tim to change stores.

Publix is always great in general but I wish they'd remodel this one. Newer Publix's have so much to offer for hot food and salad bar. This one is very lacking in that department plus they're cold drinks in coolers don't have very many options. Like why have prime over Gatorade or Powerade. But regardless, it's still a Publix so good overall.

Super recommended, I love it and even more so the one from Southchase, my favorite because of the attention 👍

This place has some of the most attractive men behind their deli counter. And the usual, Publix is the best pub subs are 10/10 no complaints all around.

The place looks fancy for aesthetic purposes but once you get inside the room it's an absolute nightmare. Window units in a hotel are so 1990. The stoppers on the shower don't work so you can't take a bath if you wanted to. The pillows on the bed are extremely thin and when you call to get a couple of extras they give you a hard time about it and then take forever to do so. God forbid you actually want to go to sleep. The rooms that do have central air have one vent located on the far corner of the room and do not get cool at all, so bring a fan. For the price you pay for one of the rooms, you would expect better, but you certainly don't receive what you pay for.

With the amount of things I was looking for and couldn't find, I thought I was at Walmart.....

The so-called servers (waitresses) all women do not speak English at all They feel that ONE should speak Spanish to them since this is a "Colombian" restaurant, and they feel you are in Colombian territory and spanish is the Lingua Franca. They are rude, loud, and disrespectful, gossiping among each other about the clothing and look of the diners. Some of them are "grazing" eating in the bar right in front of the diners. No manager was to be found,they seem to be all doing arbitrary things. Such as charging for refills of Ice Tea $4.90 each refill. So I ended up paying $10,00 for two Ice teas? which is ridiculous. They hustle you to inflate the check They need to be trained in dining room etiquette and learn some English. less eating while working and pay more attention to the customers who are paying your salaries!

This place has so much and is so easy to navigate. The staff are all friendly and helpful and they have the best sandwiches.

It's Publix. So hit or miss. I know inflation sucks and Publix is fleecing it's customers, but there are still deals to find (picture) Also the bathrooms (at least male) are always disgusting for a grocery store. Crazy that admin uses it.

Upon learning that Publix reported a significant rise in net earnings, from $2.9 billion in 2022 to $4.3 billion in 2023, I am deeply concerned about the impact on customers like myself. Despite the company's substantial profit increase of 49 percent, the prices of essential groceries have continued to climb, placing an undue burden on shoppers. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profit margins over the financial well-being of its customers, especially during a time when many people are struggling with the rising cost of living. As a long-time customer of Publix, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the service provided by your staff. However, the current pricing strategy makes it challenging to justify continuing to shop at Publix. I urge the company to reconsider its pricing policies and take into account the financial strain being placed on loyal customers. Until there is a noticeable change in how Publix balances profit-making with fair pricing for consumers, I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere. I hope that my concerns, along with those of many other dissatisfied customers, will be taken seriously and prompt meaningful action.

Amo Publix is ​​a little more expensive than other supermarkets but the quality of its products is incomparable. They have some gondolas at the entrance of the supermarket with many products on sale and they are super good offers, pay one and get one free.

I recently moved to Hunters creek and love this Publix. Each team member is focused on providing high quality service. And I sense a general sense of craftsman ship or pride in workmanship from each team member. From the fish monger to the shelf stocker they all are active, helpful, and engaging. They do tend to get busy during peak times like after work, but I think they actively manage that by opening and closing registers accordingly. You will obviously notice that they lines are at capacity, but the wait times are generally low even in these situations.

Shopping at Publix is always a pleasure! The Hunters Creek Publix has a larger than average deli/bakery/ready to eat area than any other Publix I have ever seen, and being a native Floridian, there is probably not a Publix that I haven't been inside of. As always, the sub ŵas amazing, only outranked by the amazing customer service skills the young man working neverending sub line displayed. The fruit and veggies were fresh and ripe and the bakery does a great job of offering a huge selection of options to choose from, including several authentic Spanish sweets like flan and tres leche, which definitely tickeled my taste buds. No complaints here!

Older Publix store, but very clean and the Deli was recently updated within the last few years. The store gets busy between 2 & 6 pm. But the checkout/cashiers are very friendly and willing to help out.

Today as always visit Publix. And I cannot stop thanking the kindness of the human team that serves. Very good products on promotion 👍

A supermarket where you can find everything and its staff is very attentive. It is characterized by that, there is a variety of everything and, believe it or not, you can get very good cuts of meat.

went to get a sub and there was one girl in-front of me talking to the worker Samuel. it took Samuel more 10 minutes to make one sub. i was being patient until i realized the reason why he was taking so long. they were having a whole conversation and he wasn’t even making the sub. the line was starting to build up, I saw Samuel reach for another loaf of bread to make ANOTHER sub. as soon as i saw him reach for it I left the line. I was not about to wait 20 minutes for a sub. Imagine how many people have left the line because of how long it takes to make a single sub. DO NOT COME TO THIS PUBLIX FOR A SUB!

This is my regular Publix and I enjoy shopping here. Good prices and staff is able to scale pretty quick when it gets busy at checkout or when it's peak PubSub buying time.

They have a cart for wheelchair users, and it is amazing. I can be independent in the store, and that's huge! My husband and I will purposely drive a little out of the way just to visit this Publix.

I LOVE MY PUBLIX! So much that I always joke saying that the places I would considering moving to will depend on Publix's business area... I have lived in different states and no supermarket can compare to Publix... great selection, the best and friendlier staff, clean store, well organized... SUPER... The only reason I did not give 5 starts on this review, is because, at least at this location, many great products have been disappearing from the shelves to never come back over the past years. I have found myself in need to travel to other Publix locations to find some of the products I used to buy here :(

I only go here to play the lottery, very few personnel are nice and the others are stuck-up usually looking down on you especially if you are not wearing "frou-frou" clothing. Well guess what I love my short jeans, t-shirts, and flip-flops. FL is too hot to be wearing fancy clothes unless you work on a professional setting. I am retired & after many years working in uniform now I'll wear the comfiest thing I find whether others like it or not. I am not a $100 bill to be liked by everyone. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Not anyone can satisfy everyone. But if you ask me, I'd prefer Publix over those big ones. Yes, Publix probably a few percentage points over'em, it pays 100% by providing Service. I love those smiling employees. And as far as my philosophy (🥴) is concerned, I believe smile isn't cheap!

I like to have a Publix around for when I want fresh bread before going work, more importantly good CS. Edit 2021: I stopped going to deli and started ordering online and pick up in store because the workers are 80% of the times rude to me (for obvious reasons). Today I forgot to order, I was already there and I was treated really really bad. I wish I didn't like the deli products so much that I could NEVER EVER go there. Edit 2023: Sandwich makers please wipe the knife after use with another customer specially if it has mustard, dressings goes on vegetables not on the meat, and please use the knife to fit the stuff inside the sandwich. Ah if it is not asking for too much don't make us feel as a bother to you.

The best subs, as I have come to know them as being called ‘pub-subs’, are my go to and always make sure I got myself an order or two. Always friendly service and willingness to assist customers.

Ordered Publix Muenster cheese at 4.99lb as it was advertised on the glass. The sticker on the cheese was priced higher at 6.99/lb …I asked the deli counter employee about the discrepancy and they said they would do it at the check out counter. Upon which I went to check out…. they didn’t honor it until I requested someone to check. There is a clear label at 4.99/lb. The reasoning was the ‘weighing scale was off’. Wild being a deli that sells stuff by weight on the daily…seems it shouldn’t be off …in retrospect the deli counter employee was correct they did eventually fix it at the check out counter; must be a more efficient way to handle this…

Getting way too expensive, went there for the pharmacy and I was so pleased with the staff. Finally a place that im happy to go to. There used to be dinner deal with rotisserie chicken 2 sides and rolls but I noticed it was gone. Bummer. Was very convenient and price was good.
