This store sometimes has items the Southchase Publix don't have. It's convenient to where we live. Staff is friendly.

It’s partly my fault I didn’t check that date while shopping. But they need to do better man. Didn’t notice until I got home and already threw out my receipt. This was for my daughter too. Glad I caught it. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but the Walmart across the street is so much better. I’m Not coming back here no more. Miss the good old days when it was actually worth paying extra for Publix.

I had an unpleasant experience with the bakery today as they completely ignored the request I had written under the “special instructions” comment when placing an online order for a custom cake. I addressed my concern with the employee that helped me at the customer service desk and she was extremely helpful and understanding. My issue was when I spoke with the bakery manager and she practically blamed me for the fact that they didn’t do as I requested for the cake which was simply to not place frosting on it or to put as little frosting as possible. The manager said it was my responsibility to call them and inform them of my request or to order a different cake, when I in fact gave them written instructions of what I wanted. She was rude and clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation, she even told me that she’d see when she could correct the problem as she was too busy when it was their responsibility to read the instructions and get in contact with me if there was something they needed to inform me of and not the other way around as she implied. The store manager was informed of what happened and they quickly corrected everything. I’m giving Publix the 5 star review because of how they handled the situation after the encounter with the bakery manager, she herself deserves 0 stars. Myriam (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) was especially helpful and understating, so special shoutout to her for the excellent customer service

I always get mixed fried chicken or chilli beans. Fruit and vegetables fresh

A different supermarket with a lot of quality and many promotions, but if you are looking for offers or economy, it is not what you are looking for, it is more for products that you will not find elsewhere and the quality of the vegetables and fruits is excellent. I think that if you are going to buy something like fruits and bread is very fresh and very quality

When I am in Florida it may sound lame to seek out and practically treat Publix as a tourist destination but it surely is that for me. Now if only they would make their way to AZ. It is the best grocery chain I have experienced in the country.

Love this place!!! They have amazing subs and I always have an amazing experience with the employees. Clean, fast, and super friendly. There is even a little Latin bakery connected that serves fresh coffee and treats!!!

Love shopping at Publix. But ever since I moved to this area. I been so frustrated with my local Publix. Most of the workers DO not speak English ! Or know anything when you ask them!! Even if you ask them in Spanish. The Spanish women at the deli don’t speak English and the ones at the coffee shop too. Which I don’t know why they need two None English speakers serving to the public and they do it without any joy. NO ONE at this Publix says hello to you or smiles. They are all stank because they have zero customer service. Can you all hire people that speak both languages who follow rules and protocols and likes to serve the public ????

This Publix Supermarket is one of the most joyful places I ever visited for doing groceries. I’ve never been tired to go there in my time living in this area.

I've been a Publix customer for 30 years, this is consistently the worst location I have ever visited. The last straw was last time I was in a hurry and picked up some wings from the deli, only to get them home and discover they were dried out like shoe leather. The box was marked "sell by 2 PM", I bought them at 8 PM. If they aren't bothering to check the hot case who knows what other food safety they are ignoring. I would not eat anything made in this store.

Lots of options but aisles could be better organized

Horrible organization... Ordered a sub and waited for 30 minutes at the pick-up location only to waste my time. I had to walk to the deli to figure out what was going on and then had to wait another 20 minutes for this lady to make an excruciatingly slow sub for a customer. Didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. Once she finished making that sub slowly, I asked her, where's my sub while showing her my order. She went to the back and said, here it is. So, what's the freaking point of having a pick-up area if y'all aren't going to use it? Am I a mind reader? No signage indicating to go to the deli or anything regarding pick-ups. Thank you for wasting my time...

Don’t believe the good reviews. This Publix is one of the worst around. Deli literally NEVER has chicken. It’s like BK running out of whoppers. Avoid this place like Walmart

Workers are weird but publix is great

First time to this location and probably my last. I don’t like the way they have the deli area set up. Everyone stands directly in front of the prepared food and salads while they wait to order subs and deli items. It’s a very poor design. Got into an altercation with another customer because my mom needed some items in that area and people are just standing in the way and won’t move over even for a second so other people can get through. Then the girl working at the self checkout had a very rude attitude. This was on 5/17 at around 2pm. Felt everyone was very prejudice towards us because we aren’t Latino. Not the usual welcoming to all vibe that Publix is known for. Shopping was definitely not a pleasure. Also there is very few cart returns in the parking lot and no one picking up carts.

Not very happy with the way they handled my cake, they left it out in the shelf in front not in the fridge, frosting was melted and smudge and the fruits were all soggy. Usually I have high hopes but was disappointed with this order.

This Publix has the best sushi from other Publix in the area.

The Deli was terrible. It took 45 minutes to have the Philly done! No help from the management for those pp at the peak time .

Good afternoon, When I arrived at the deli I was served by young woman and she was rude and not helpful (she didn't have her nametag on). They also didn't have any white bread . She seemed a little bit rude and was gossiping in Spanish with her other coworkers. When I asked her to put sauce on my sub, kindly, she just looked at me, and I repeated myself again. She just looked at me again, and she STILL didn't hear me. The last time I did, she did ask which sauce, and I told her buffalo, and she didn't even mix it together with the pieces of the chopped up chicken tenders separately like they usually do. She then proceeded to arrange my sandwich terribly. Pieces were falling out, and it just looked terrible. The ingredients looked like a mess with order receipts everywhere, and there was even a receipt in the tomatoes, which looked unappealing. The line is always long at the deli, so they either need more workers or need to pick up the pace. I feel as if the customer service was not good that day at all, and at the end, when I tried it, the sub didn't even taste good.

Good evening, I rather take the time to write reviews because as a retail worker myself I understand is hard to please everyone all the time. However, after spending more than a hour of my time waiting on a line for 20 chicken wings I feel that as a regular customer at this specific location I need to speak out for several reasons. Let me start by saying that since I moved here this Publix has been my favorite and I shop here regularly including at the pharmacy. Sadly, today I came at 6:20pm to the Deli looking for 20 pieces breaded chicken wings. The sweet lady informed us that we had a 20 minutes waiting time so we went to find other items that we needed (she was also by herself taking care of every order, even though her manager or leader was right next to her just bossing her around instead of providing any help). When we came back to the line there were more people waiting for others. Now let me just explain the situation clearly, this “manager” or “leader” which I’m assuming she has that type of position by the way she was bossing everyone around, wouldn’t even move. In fact, she stayed in front of the register continuously chit chatting with other coworkers while the sweet lady was trying to make everything she could to the deliver the orders by herself. Finally another manager came to help and tried to provide the best service possible at that point. After waiting for more than an hour we were finally ready to go. When we came towards the Customer Service station, this lady (the so called manager) was talking to the ladies on the station and we decided to leave. I’m really disappointed about this experience and I hope this is a one time kind of thing. I really appreciated the help and service provided by the sweet lady who is obviously more knowledgeable and experienced in customer service than her manager will ever be.

Publix is very family oriented. When I can’t find my stuff at my usual places I go to Publix and of course I love their Spanish bread

I like Publix. The only issue I have with them is the BOGO deals. Most are good however the meats are always marked higher then they actually charge so the BOGO deal ends up being the same as the standard price. Again it's only the meat that I noticed they do this. I used to cut coupons and save them for the BOGO deals so you get even more. The store is clean and they have a verity of fruits and vegetables that always look fresh.

It is my market for more than 20 years. I love it.

I love shopping at Publix however at this location I ordered a sandwich for my husband and the bread was hard and stood online for approximately 15 minutes to get a sandwich that he couldn’t eat , second I ordered a whole Mojo chicken that was so dry that I refuse to eat so basically I wasted my money on lunch I do not recommend this location.

Went to Publix to get my prescription and the pharmacist Jennifer filled my wife’s prescription right on the spot…. Awesome customer service. Thank you again so much.

I visited here one time but I still try not to visit Publix. Every time I visit, it keeps coming back to mind that the supermarket heir supported the Jan 6th infamous day in Washington DC. Nothing else to say and why I give the one star review. I understand that for some people this doesn't matter or maybe they're glad this was the case, but for me, that day seems unreal and unforgettable.

So yall really out here selling expired food and BABY FORMULA then when we calling corporate it's OUR RESPONSIBILITY to not buy expired sh? Absolutely insane I'm glad I won't be going to publix anymore cause baby i can afford lawyers. 💃 out here trying to kill women and children for what like this world is insane.

I needed some party favors for a get together. Nothing better than a Publix, they always have everything. I mean that in a good way, even Walmart has empty slots in their aisle but God forbid not Publix. The Fruits and meats my choice is you know it Publix.

The deli is an absolute nightmare to try and order a sub from. The ladies have no sense of urgency when it comes to a line. I’ve been standing in line for around 30 minutes when I only have an hour break for my meal. It’s absolutely insane when there are two lady’s working the subs and one of them just leaves to just walk around and not on her break.

Store is very clean and bright. Carry just about all your needs. But only 1 issue tbey are very over priced. I only shop here when deemed very nessassary. Staff is very friendly and so are supervisors.

Honestly, blown away at how bad the deli dept was on 12/11. We were probably 3rd in line. After 10 minutes, the 1st guys order STILL wasn't done. It wasn't complicated either. So instead of waiting another 10-15 minutes for the next guys order we grabbed some ready to go popcorn chicken which after we got home had a sell by date on 2:10pm and our reciept has us checked out at 2:36pm. So overall, it was not a great trip.

The Pharmacist was great. He worked very diligently to get my meds after I lost them.

Celeste IS the best worker they have in this deli. She does a lot, and always has a wonderful smile for all customers. This deli needs more people like her helpful, kind and fast.

Pleasant visit clean store. Clerk with long hair watching over self checkout was not friendly and was not greeting guest. Went to visit the Deli with my daughter for a sandwich. David was kind and offer multiple options. Loved the customer service he provided.

It is really nice when someone listens to your requests. One day I was looking for guacamole with no jalapeño added and I couldn’t find it so I told Mr chad the manager and helped me look for it but he said he didn’t have any without jalapeño but next time I went he had ordered three different brands . Guacamole without jalapeño and two other brands of just avocado in small packs wich is so convenient because it doesn’t go bad quick. Now I don’t have to go to Walmart to buy it there. All the produce employees do a great job and have great costumer service and and always have the freshest fruit 🍉 Thanks so much guys 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
