Great Publix! Very cleanly and always organized. The Assistant Manager Sean is a terrific employee and hard worker. He always says hello when Im in the produce section and he always offers help with anything I need. His customer service is something to be noted by every Publix employee!

This is my go to Publix. Nice layout and no complaints on fresh produce and meats. If the store doesn't have something the management will consider stocking it. Only negative is the prices are mysteriously higher at this location than the one up in New Port Richey.

No more butchers available anymore for meats

Associates were very kind and helpful. I walked in on my walker with my little neice and needed one of those motorized riding cart. I found one and I put my walker upside down in the basket and the customer service associates told me I could leave my walker there and pick it up on the way out.

Megan, the assistant manager is wonderful. She was so kind to me when I was having a party and needed help picking out what to serve. Actually, I have found so many helpful people in this store. Everyone seems to be happy to go out of your way. I always lean on them when I am having a party and need to come up with ideas. Thank you for amazing customer service.

I like all the Publix stores, where shopping is truly a pleasure. However, finding a parking place close to the store at this location, was difficult.

Clean place to shop with a fast checkout service.

Publix is going down hill Fruit bad lemons bad oranges disgusting onions flys on or in them and some of the employees are miserable especially meat dept and some of the cashier's too. I'll go here only if necessary to pick up water or juice Target on Gulf to Bay cheaper and has great fruit and veggies. Shopping here is far from a pleasure.

Try to not get run over. People don't know what stop signs are

Large, immaculate, organized, well stocked, modern store in the heart of East Lake. Very popular store. The store is extremely clean and always well organized. There is never any clutter nor debris in the aisles. Well stocked and organized inventory. It is unlikely you'll ever find a cleaner grocery store. This store is larger than the average Publix store location. In fact, I've been told this is the largest store in the entire Publix chain (not 100% sure about this fact). Due to its large size, you will find everything you need and expect from a Publix store. This location also includes a full service bakery ( I highly recommend the Carmel icing for birthday cakes!), deli, butcher, and floweral department. The checkout staff is always very friendly and efficient. Bakery associates extremely nice and helpful. Stocking personnel are somewhat indifferent and aloof. The parking is plentiful, with very easy access to East Lake Road and Tampa Road. Consistent with the Publix brand, pricing is higher than local competitors. If you desire a pleasant, safe, organized and clean shopping experience, you will love this Publix location! UPDATE 07/31/2023: Extremely nice store. Immaculate!! Well stocked. Pleasant atmosphere. I had an extremely pleasant shopping experience today. My favorite cashier, Sochia, was my check out assistant. Always a joy when I check out with Sochia! UPDATE JUNE 10TH 2024: Another excellent, pleasant shopping experience! This store is ALWAYS IMMACULATE!! Well-maintained and well stocked. Of course, my favorite part of my trip; Sophia!! It's always a pleasure to shop here. The people are nice, things are in stock and it's right near my home. If I had to say something, the sandwich/sub counter is a little slow or I go at the worst times? Outside of that, it's our favorite Publix in this area.

Ordered 2 12" subs today and both were terrible. The bread was stale on my husband's and mine both. I got white he got Italian. Plus I ordered Xtra ranch and they put mayonnaise on it instead and definitely not Xtra. And they didn't wrap them correctly, so the tomatoes put a whole in the sub bag and the bottom ripped out of it, and half my sub ended up on the floor. I'm wishing I had ordered Jersy Mike's instead. I never had a bad sub there.

What can I say? It is Publix, when you want the best!

Twice within one week purchased 8PC Fried Chicken Mix - both times mix was incorrect and lacking breast. Spoke to Todd in deli who exchanged yet, had a cavalier attitude - Publix is lacking the Jenkins family motto of “Where Shopping is a Pleasure” - prices to high, self check out and you need Publix more than Publix needs you!

Had a free hotdog and lots of overpriced items.

Very helpful clerks at check out. Aways there when there is a question, ussually no waiting.

I have had to ask for assistant manager Megan for help a few times. She could not be nicer or more friendly. If you have a problem she will take care of it with a smile. She is a real asset to publix. Megan makes it a pleasure to shop at Publix in Boot Ranch

Great store until you want a sub. Usually see Bob there, last week he took 30 minutes to make 2 subs for me and my wife. This week I almost passed out waiting for him to find the olives. Some younger staff in the subs would be amazing and so efficient. Save customers from a headache. In my opinion Bob would be a great bagger, sweet fella but doesn’t understand that no means no when he asks if I want extra jalapeños. No Bob I didn’t even ask for jalapeños.

Publix has been going downhill. The bakery department used to be the best, now cakes are dry. We bought a carrot cake and threw it away. Fruit is rotten, and quality is way down. Rotisserie chicken? Now it is baked and Dry. What happened to the Publix I used to know? I have noticed that Publix sausage has bone chips in it at times and their ground beef does also. Terrible.

Love this store because it is very open and friendly. Love the wide aisles.

If you know anything about Publix, you know that it is a five-star shopping experience. Their bogos alone are worth the trip. Their employees are the epitome of professionalism. The quality of their food is top-notch. Can't say anything negative about this place. Even their shopping carts are kept in great condition. What's not to like about Publix?

This store is huge, clean and the staff are always so friendly!

Mr. Sean Cannon is a unbelievable employee. I’ve never been consistently greeted by a Publix worker like he greets me. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Any question I have, he has an answer. I find myself having the expectation of this kind of customer service now when I go into other Publix’s/grocery stores but it’s no where to be found. Give that man a raise!

Currently, due to convenience, I shop here the most of all publix stores. Most recently the customer service has been superb, but it has actually been the store I prefer the least, where the employees seem more Grumpy and less helpful than most stores. Other Specific issues include, the deli has run dut of bread for subs, they refused to make substitutions on a sub sauce and would only give tiny sides of dressing. Additionally, a cashier literally argued with me one evening over something very minimal. Just interesting and uncharacteristic of Publix.

There was three sheriffs SUVs sitting out front right in front of the store when I got there. Made me feel very safe.

The store is well kept, and staff are friendly. I took part in the bakery section to enjoy desert. The chocolate chip cookies were not good for my taste. The cookie was not good, the chocolate was present but the body of the cookie was missing a sweet but subtle flavor. I had my family try the cookies, they came to a similar but stronger response of displeasure. I will shop the store as needed for other items but i am not using the bakery services.

Publix grocery stores are always.grwat. But the Brooker Creek location is especially wonderful! 💲💙

Visiting FLORIDA for the 1st time (I live in Seattle and we don't have Publix up there) I was pleasently surprised by the quality of the store and employees. Would highly recommend!

Deli review: There were two people in front of us in the deli and it took 15 to 20 mins to finally get help and then it took another 15-20 mins to get our wrap and sandwich. The deli employees were slow and incompetent and forgot to give another couple their sandwich and left it on the counter as he returned to the back to wash dishes and not attend to the deli where a line was forming. When it was my turn, I asked for a falafel and she didn't have the bread I wanted so I asked for a wrap instead she said it will be on two wraps in a very quiet voice. She kept saying stuff quietly and I couldn't hear her. At the end she gave me two sandwiches and charged me individually for two instead of the price for one. There was no deli manager to assist and another manager was unhelpful and expected us to wait longer for assistance. Please look into more competent employees that won't take 15 or more mins to make one sandwich. The manager pretty much gave us the impression that online orders are more important rather than helping the people who are waiting 20-30 mins in line. This occurs quite regularly so there needs to be a change. Pretty disappointed in this Publix. I should of walked out. Maybe have the employees that were making sandwiches be preppers or baggers since they can't make a sandwich. Shouldn't make people wait that long.

Since writing this review, the pharmacy manager has worked very hard to make our experience a much better one. Quite possibly worst Publix pharmacy. They make it ultra complicated to pick up curbside meds (I have to do curbside as I have small child and elderly mother with dementia in car), I call and ask for rx to pick, they tell me when to come get it, I arrive at that time and then told it’s still not ready need another 20-30 minutes. I can’t wait that is why I asked for a ready time. So infuriating when you rely on a pharmacy like this to as a caretaker

Publix prices are high but we go for the bogo's. Their milk is much higher and never on sale.
