This publix charges a dollar or more for the same exact items that can be found at the publix 3 miles away. At least 5 items i have personally seen. Matts Orange Juice being one of them. This is not ok and i already intend to write corporate about it.

This is my local Publix and we frequent shopping here. We have always had a good experience, but yesterday was over the top excellent. I brought my toddler to the store with me to grab a quick couple of things for dinner. She was falling asleep in the shopping cart and as I went to check out, I realized I forgot my phone and my wallet at home. I went to customer service with $18 cash that I had on me and had the cashier ring me up. My total came out to $19 and some change. The cashier (Sherry) was so kind and applied a coupon to my purchase that I did not have, so that I could afford my groceries. Sherry went above and beyond for me and my family and I think she deserves recognition for that! This Publix truly is where shopping is a pleasure .

Pricey but good for a quick trip if needed

While on vacation we visited the store multiple times. We utilized the deli services for lunch options while staying near by. Store was super clean and friendly associates all around but one stood out. A young man by the name of Robert checked us out on Saturday around 12 or 1 and was super outgoing and friendly. He generated a conversation with my son and was sharing some great local advice. Nice to see a young person know the meaning of going above and beyond ! I was a store manager previously with Publix and appreciate an outstanding associate when I see one. Well done Robert! He for sure made it a pleasure even for my 14 year old son. You have a great future! Patiently awaiting Publix to hit the Cincinnati area!

The deli kid got mad when I told him I wanted my prosciutto shaved with paper in between (how you are supposed to cut it , because it turns into a ball of mush if you don't)...and took it upon himself to charge me 28$ a pound instead of 18$ a pound( I called the store and confirmed 28 was wrong )...so basically, if you make the deli people mad, they over charge you, and that's stealing, and nobody in the deli gets in trouble for it...PURPOSELY OVER CHARGING IS STEALING ...and btw ...it's not the 1st time this has happened

The deli sucks. They are always understaffed and rude. No orders are ever made on time and if you get in the line don’t expect to be acknowledged for at least 10-15 minutes even though they are standing right in front of you

Publix is a good store I've never had anyone rude to me or send me on a wild goose chase here I much rather shop here than Walmart any day.

I choose Publix for my main grocery store because of the professionalism. I ordered a cake in June a week and a half prior to when I needed it done for my mother's birthday. The morning that I was supposed to pick my order up an associate called my house at 6:30 in the morning saying that they didn't know how to decorate my cupcakes because the associate that took my order was not there and she did not have the picture. Long story short she ended up coming up with a way for me to give her the pictures without me having to travel there and also offered me a discount because of what happened. There are many Associates that do not carry such professionalism with them and their job. And she did and I appreciate that. Leslie is a great associate and I appreciate her help. Even though it was an inconvenience to go through she fixed the problem. Nobody's perfect and situations will arise but it matters how you handle it. She represented Publix very well

The prices are so high. Just go to Aldi.

Some of the prices were a Lil confusing but we managed. Watch carefully for the big one get one vs buy 2 get one lol

The best overall supermarket. Sure, there are specialty "organic" markets out there and they're good too. You can't beat the prices and specials at Publix. Now their subs... Well they beat every sub shop out there and their subs are way less expensive even when the use Boar's Head products.

In the neighborhood, and they always have fresh produce. So any easy and convenient place to shop for items other stores don't carry!

The wedding cakes here are phenomenal.

Generally fine. Sometimes, they don't bag our groceries correctly, and if I want to bag my own, I've been met with an attitude on the occasion. That's one of my biggest concerns is the attitude sometimes. Sometimes, the people here act like you are inconvenienceing them. If I'm going to pay Publix prices, I should be treated kindly and be able to bag my groceries if I would like to. I don't want to go home with smashed produce, broken eggs, or chips.

Easier and more cost effective to get a delivery service to shop and drop off what you need. This store is at minimum 2x the cost of most items

The prices are outrageous. It was the first and last time going to a publix

Visited Navarre on vacation and came here a few times. Long story short, my wife lost her ring inside the store. We called up the next day and they actually had her ring in the lost and found. Thank you to whoever turned that in and took the time to make sure it got back to us.

My go to place for literally everything food! I moved from California and there is no place I've ever been besides whole foods that has customer service like this place. Love it and the kids love the free cookies!

If I could give zero stars I would ! I went to the customer service desk yesterday, April 22. A young lady with prominent eyebrows and forehead assisted me and failed. She was very rude no people skills at all.

You get everything. But it's more expensive like Win Dixieland and Wal Markt. Wal Market is definitely the cheapest.

Nice clean supermarket, plenty of fresh produce but oranges lacked flavor for Florida. Meat prices high $15/lb for ribeye but maybe that's the going rate in Florida.

Not once but 3 times I have had problems with this store. 1st time I ordered a sandwich online and went about 15 mins after pick up time to only find no sandwich made. Next time I went in to order a sandwich and young man started to make my sandwich with no gloves or washing his hands…no thank you. Then tonight I went to pick up my Mardi Gras wings (Cajun) which I ordered night before for a party. No wings, no where is my order. I now attended a party with no plate in hand. I’m so disappointed in this store anymore. Guess I will travel a few miles extra to the new store.

I just moved up north, already I miss my Publix stores... Their customer service alone I miss the most, the store layout and welcoming atmosphere is a close second. The bakery is my third, the baked bread and is.... Is unfortunately the food I missed most. If you live there, don't take it for granted.

Publix is one of my favorite places to shop. Customer service is always excellent, and their food variety is better than other grocery stores. I love their bakery. Prices are higher, but you get better service.

Everyone that works there is so nice and super helpful. Their produce selection is fresh and lasts the longest of all the stores I have purchased from.

This store is clean and the people are nice. However, after living here for three years and shopping at this store. Not once not twice not even three times but getting closer to 10 times my fiancé, and I have bought stuff that was either expired, or within a day of being expired. We’ve even found expired stuff still on the shelves. The only answer we get “sorry about that grab another one”. It’s not about getting another one. It’s the fact that this has happened A LOT. This store and the store up the road both have issues, keeping something as simple an organic chocolate milk in stock. The pharmacy is great but if you shop healthy in organic, make sure you check your dates on everything when you shop here.

Main reason is the produce, the other is how clean the store is kept.

If you have a lot of shopping to do and need variety. This is tour place. If you need meat and more basic stuff. Hit Aldi just up the road. Publix here is bug, clean, and friendly staff.

Love the selections but way more expensive then others around! One example 2 other stores had Screaming Sicilian pizza for $6.00 or lower( not a sale item) while Publix is close to $12.00! We find this thu out the Publics Store!
