Always clean. Great customer service and products are always in stock. If they don't have something you want, they will order it for you! They are the best publix around and one of the larger stores.

It's a great Publix other than them always approaching me about my (actual trained and certified) service dog and my disability. I come here several times a week every week because I shop for food every couple of days, I have my service dog with me and every single time I get bothered. I even had an employee ask me what was wrong with me! Mind you my service dog is always vested. It's becoming a real hassle and it's embarrassing to have to explain what's wrong with me and why I need my service dog there and prove he's an actual service dog. Publix is hitting the borderline of a lawsuit if this keeps happening.

I still love this store, but I am knocking off two stars due to unPublixlike behavior by the brusque, middle-aged blonde in the pharmacy. This morning at 9:30, the store was empty and there were three clerks in the pharmacy as I arrived at the pre-paid counter to pick up a prescription. The lady in question didn't look up from her computer and said she would be "right with me". Several minutes later, she asked, "Do you have a drop-off?" I responded, "No, a prepaid pickup." "What's the name?" she asked. I gave her my name, she retrieved the item, asked my address, and then gave me the package, saying something like "you're all set" and turned back to the computer. I said I had a question about a pending order, which I wanted to ensure I would get before I leave town on Monday. She went back to the computer and then brusquely asked, "Where are you going?" I told her that didn't matter. If she had asked me in a friendly Publixlike manner, I might have told her, but no clerk should be grilling a customer about their personal business travel plans in that tone. She responded, "It DOES matter! I wanted to know whether there is a Publix where you're going. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT!" I was incensed, and my glare should have given her a cue to stand down. She compounded the disrespect felony by not only asking me an inappropriate question in an unfriendly manner, but also by berating me for MY rudeness. Pharmacist, heal thyself! This is not the treatment I expect from Publix, who have had the lion's share of my grocery and pharmacy business for five decades. (I was too incensed to read her name badge, but you'll probably know who I am writing about. I can't believe this is an isolated incident).

Always enjoy shopping at Publix.

Deli is a disaster. Employees need training, meats need to be properly labeled and wrapped along with a designated employee for the deli so that customers don’t wait half an hour for half a pound. Customers should not be waiting while 5 employees make pre-packaged food on the side that no one buys. Why do I never see any of the managers? Is that why you post their pictures on the wall? Just so we think they are present. Produce is usually spoiled. Potatoes have sprouted and most of the apples are soft and brown. Kale is already wilted. Customer service continuing to decline.

Favorite market when I am in town!

Thank you Kiana for taking the very long 4 feet walk on a very dead sunday morning to the car registration kiosk to check to see if it was working so I wouldn't drive 20 minutes out of my way. Really appreciate you making me take the drive to do the work myself.

Its variety of items is very wide.

The best store in the Longwood area. No other comparison. They got bars of soap made of goat milk in the center isles before the registers. Cuban and puertorican bread (some locations don't have because the area doesn't have the community as much of them around). The staff is friendly and helpful like all publix do. Very reputable company. Local fresh farms from a regional franchise. GO PUBLIX ✊🏻

First and foremost, I want to thank Ashley for her assistance with the boutonniere and corsage for my son’s prom. She made a point to contact us several times to let us know if the vendor had delivered the shipment and always kept us in the loop. Finally the shipment came in and she called us letting us know that we can come and pick them up. We were kinda struggling because we wanted white flowers but also was teeter totting with an orange set instead. Considering that it was last minute she came through. Need I mention the price is much more reasonable than other locations. Ashley I can’t thank you enough for helping us.

Only 2 miles from my home. All the associates are wonderful. It's small but they have almost everything the big Publix in WP has.

In a 13 year old prospective a publix with no free cookies is not even a Publix. I felt like I was walking through Walmart. I was hungry when we were shopping but there were no cookies. I was so excited to come in for a cookie but you didn’t have any.(great costumer service)

I was visiting from out of state in for a family funeral. Your store was clean, friendly and I loved 💕 that you do not have "self-check". Back home in Michigan I myself work in a grocery store, and I run self-check. 14 terminals all by myself with just a phone for a lifeline. Thanks for such a great experience!

When this Publix branch opened in Springs Plaza, I was impressed by their decor and the variety of food offerings. SADLY, my opinion has changed since shopping their "deli sub/ sandwich items. I placed online orders for the famous Publix subs from this location a few times, with estimated pickup time shown as half hour after placing the order. I always gave them an extra 15 minutes to make sure the sandwiches were ready when I got there. Unfortunately, at least 3 times they were not ready, and I had to wait in line behind other customers to get my order prepared. The last time, I ordered a "chicken tender" sub and 45 minutes later, I still had to wait while they prepared it. I should have just left and gone elsewhere, because the chicken "tenders" were cold, tough and chewy... tasted like they had been overcooked, then frozen or refrigerated until they had an "Old Leather" consistency! The rest of the store is nice, but I'm never ordering subs from this deli ever again!

Always extra clean and organized

As has been the case the past 45 years of my life, Publix stands alone as being the very best supermarket chain in Florida. They have the most sincere and polite employees and customer service and their produce section is leaps and bounds above all the rest. Every aspect of the Publix supermarket chain is superior to their competitors.

They never have mashed potatoes at the hot bar.

My neighborhood market always nice for the most part. I remember a girl on the register acted out about a month ago just very negative but that is unusual! Love the bogos!

Chocolate lovers should go and try the great variety of flavors, beautiful and delicate presentation, exquisite cakes, pleasant and cozy with tables and sofas where you can sit and enjoy an American or European Hot Chocolate with wonderful attention

On Thursday, they had trivia night, and it was kind of crowded. It was fun, though. The food was good. I would definitely visit again.

This is a great choice if you are staying at Wekiwa campground. You can also pickup some firewood while you're there!

Wonderful experience, from the minute you walk in, you will notice the cleanliness of the place and the hospitality of everyone we encountered very welcoming and willing to help with a smile. My husband and I will continue to purchase our groceries, especially their delicious strawberry shortcake, including their already hot and ready chicken for those days we all have with our busy lives after work. If you're on a rush with little ones at home and dont have too much time to cook-- this here is definitely highly recommended.

Most of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The cashiers and baggers are some of the most polite and efficient out there.

Friendly and helpful people work here. I don't think I have seen one person upset or stressed. Their seafood market is fantastic with the variety and freshness. Love this Publix

It's not just a pleasure to shop here, I love to shop here. Great sales and BOBO's Staff is so helpful. It is very popular and can get very busy. Opens at 7am. That's when I shop because I pretty much have the place to myself and can get in and out fairly quickly. Love their app, can create my shopping list from their flyer and BOGO list, and it guides me through the store telling me which items are in which aisle. More importantly, I have access to digital coupons.
