As soon as you walk in the establishment itself is so cute & clean. The agua de horchata was the best one I’ve had since moving here & the detail they add for each order makes this such a great experience! Definitely coming back !

My wife and I have visited this place several times and enjoyed a variety of items on the menu. Today, she was craving something sweet and sour, so she ordered a sour pickle snow cone, which includes pickle juice, diced pickles, and gummy candies. Everything seemed fine until we got home. My wife suddenly exclaimed, "What is this?!" On closer inspection, we discovered a roach leg in her snow cone. We were both horrified and disgusted. Despite our numerous positive experiences here, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I immediately threw the snow cone away. This incident has seriously shaken my trust in one of my favorite places, and I’m not sure if we’ll ever return. In the pictures, you can see the roach leg on the rim of the cup. Originally, the leg was inside the snow cone.

Wanted to take my kids out for Dia de Los Nino and brought them to Refresqueria Zona Tropical im Splendora tx for some ice cream and it was amazing. The ladies were really sweet. I will definitely be back again! I highly recommend this place they have so many different items to choose from!!!

Based on my experience, this place has a lot of variety. I visited the one in Splendora. Their mangonadas are very delicious. The service is excellent. If you are in this area, do not hesitate to visit the Zona Tropical soft drink shop.

Our family loved our experience here at their Splendora location! The ladies were very nice and helpful, especially Gemma. Definitely try the coffee frapp and strawberry cheesecake Icecream!!

Great drinks and customer service. The mangonada smoothie is the best I’ve ever had. They actually put a generous amount of chamoy. The rusa and chamoyada are also great. I’ll be coming back here for sure.

Tropical Zone is a must try!!! las aguas frescoes were DELICIOUS watermelon water, and cucumber with lemon 🔥, strawberries with cream my toddler enjoyed very much 😋 and the mangonada with the fruit toppings on top was so cute and tasty Also they have so much variety here All cravings are fulfilled!!

There is a raspa that is eaten in El Salvador that is made of lemon, salt, chili, and alguashte. This is the only place where they make them similar. If they had alguashte they would be the same.

I ordered a champurrado, very delicious for my taste, it was perfect with the sugar, I could taste the cinnamon and its thickness was perfect. The flan is super delicious, the milk gelatin is also very delicious and a fresh hibiscus water is very delicious and refreshing! I recommend it 100%

Never had a complaint about this place for their food, maybe once or twice when they didn’t give me my order, but other than that. My go to refresquera on a Sunday evening. I recommend the nachos, agua natural de limon y pepino, the choriado, and elote en vaso 😋

So excited I found this cute little place! I came in for lunch. Really helpful owner to know their menu and customize my lunch order. Got Tostadas and a fruit smoothie. Big portion. Such fresh flavors!!! Smoothie was made with all fresh fruit. The chicken tostadas were delish!! Thank you and I will definitely be back a lot!

The food was exactly what was described by one of the workers. It didn't take long for us to receive our order. It has been one of the best Refresquerias I have been to. The Mangonada was my favorite!

Refresqueria Zona did catering for our daughter’s wedding April 1. They provided individual serving sizes as well as additional toppings etc. It was fabulous and the guests thoroughly enjoyed everything!! Everything was fresh and they were very helpful in being available to serve and help the guests. They were very easy to work with to fit the needs of the venue as well. Gave our kids a wonderful & unique wedding experience. Would definitely hire them again!! Hire them for your event. Thank you German & your sister (sorry I don’t know her name)💕
