I just ordered two orders of rice with chicken via Uber, and I only got one, and maybe I'm going to eat with my fingers, because I didn't add cutlery to the order, and I didn't order fries either, and I got an order... To finish the meal absolutely cold.

The bonus bread is very bad and cold. The watered down coffee. If the owner reads this... Family, work on the recipe.

This place is not the same as it was years ago when Sprint store was there. The place was dark and empty, the croissant cheese was over cooked and rubbery. The empanadas had no flavor only thing good i had was the buñuelos. What a shame i was craving the croissant cheese and will never go back.

Only two saleswomen, serving.....One chatting with the customers and the other perhaps chatting with the coffee machine, because they don't move... Thank you! And the tamale, very poor in everything... second time I've gone and noooo, that super old meat, burnt pork rinds, what a shame that they serve such a terrible Paisa tray... it's better to close and leave and not sell a dish like that, everything in the trash, sin, food should not be thrown away, so batteries, owners.

Very inattentive place. The girls who serve always have a bad temper. They should be trained in customer service. Greet, offer products, be consistent with the fact that it is a SERVICE and that is what they are there to serve. On a good weekend, not cleaning the place wouldn't hurt.

This bakery is no longer the same as it was a few years ago. The empanadas were delicious and the blood sausage was also delicious but now the empanadas are tasteless and the blood sausage is terrible.

So let me start of by saying I have been going to this bakery for three years. In the last 2 years I have consistently ordered the pan de Bonos. I order 10-30 pan de Bonos at a time. I usually freeze them and reheat as needed (in the air fryer). The flavor is on point and the size is great, so why leave a one star review? The last three times that I ordered I have found egg shell pieces in the bread. The egg shells were not in one bread but in about 7 out of 12 breads. Now while I am not a large scale baker, I always pass my eggs through some sort of strainer or crack them open in a separate container and then add them to the bowl. I contacted the restaurant about 1 week ago, I left my name and phone number and the lady who took my information stated that the owner will call me back if he knows me??

We arrived as a family. Everything delicious. And when I say everything, it means that we ate everything. Meat empanadas, cheese empanadas, corn sand with cheese (costeño), fritters, the stuffed potato is a sweet sin. Juices in milk and definitely the best coffee I have had on this visit to Orlando. Congratulations

This bakery will definitely disappoint you, it doesn't look like a Colombian bakery, completely empty, we came for a walk with my friends from Indiana, I tried to show them a little of my culture and I'm embarrassed, if you can go somewhere else

Very bad, I bought butter bread and it was not in optimal condition, the first and last time I visited it. I do not recommend it.

The empanadas are not very nice, I couldn't even finish them, the coffee is average.

I never miss coming in for Colombian make good when I'm in town...simply wonderful & flavors that take me to my childhood.

We like this place. Parakeet eggs are delicious and the chicken empanadas are my favorites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet atmosphere.

Not colombian food, to much cumin. We order a calentao (no good, to much cumin on everything), empanadas super grease and again to much cumin. Bad the worse of everything was the coffee. Worse place ever!!!!! Definitely not colombian hands cooking.

My husband and I went to breakfast and he ordered a warmed and I ordered some fried eggs. Additionally, we ordered a pandebono and a buñuelo. And definitely nothing to do with it, the warmed one was more rice than beans, it had no flavor at all, it had grilled meat and it was literally more marinade than it was meat, the parrot eggs were terrible, the onion cut super large and raw and the tomato the same and all that comes accompanied by some arepas that didn't taste delicious at all. What I rescue is the pandebono and the buñuelo. They were OK. The experience was not pleasant.

All I know is that after searching all over poinciana and kissimmee for Hoogie Bread it was the ONLY place that had some,

I only go for the coffee and the sobado bread for a little over a year. They made a creamy and very good latte, the last few visits are not. There are customers who are just looking to drink a creamy coffee. Thank you

Pésimo lugar, servicio, empleadas, mandan mal las ordenes, pido delivery y tube que ir a devolver la comida,por que no fue lo que pedí, y me dicen que no fueron ellas las de el error…y quiénes son las que preparan y entregan las órdenes? No se el dueño del bakery que clase de empleadas tiene.

Hoy sep 18/23 he pedido un tamal, terrible!!!!....parece Que llevaba quien sabe cuanto tiempocongelado Que Al calentarlo estaba fresco...la papa terrible...el pollo paresis caucho de l o duro. La atencion funesta...la chica Que me atendiò desde El mostrador como de plaza gritanto tamales...tamal.....por favorrrr!!!!! Atiende bien Al customer y llévale su comida a la mesa y verà como cambia la imagen. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE PLATO.....no es comida fresca y Mal presentada.

They also sell tasty coffee ☕ with your morning meal to start your day fresh. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I hope they continue to make delicious Colombian baked foods and will definitely be returning and recommending for anyone looking to get a quick bite. -update I ordered from Uber Eats and got 5 buñuelos, 5 empanadas, and 6 pandebonos for only $20(Special promotion from Uber One). Once again they were delicious and my family loved it!

Cuando llegamos las vitrinas estaban casi vacias, la atencion fue muy mala pedi un relleno de arequipe y le dije que lo dejara tibiar nada mas un poquito muy poquito y me dejo quemar el arequipe que estaba dentro, muy malisima atención, demoradas y espero que las personas no crean que en verdad asi son las panaderias colombianas eso no tiene ni un 1% de parecido que decepcion.

Las peores arepas que hemos probado eran secas desabridas y la chica estaba de mal humor y solo dijo q eran así estaban muy malas eran 3 y decidí solo darle una para q me la cambie por un pan y la hecho a la basura y me cobro el pan 🥐 no lo remendaría

Food was hot and fresh. Don't get mislead with the limited available at the window, there are additional items you can order and they will make in the back.

Food and specially the bread is always amazingly fresh, the only downside is that sometimes people jump ahead of you in the line without any consideration or respect. Everything else is great at this bakery.

El lugar es limpio, las personas son muy amables y buen servicio. Pero lamentablemente la comida no fué muy buena. Pedí un sándwich tripleta y la carne sabía a nevera, seca y recalentada. El croissant de queso estaba frío. De muchas panaderías que he visitado en Kissimmee, no es de las mejores.

Fui con mi esposo y hacia mucho tiempo no ibamos a este lugar, ambos nos quedamos sorprendida de ver el cambio. El lugar se veía sucio y desagradable, nada comparado como era antes. Ya no provoca comer ahí pero aun así decidimos no perder el viaje. Las empanadas super grasosas, ni nos las comimos 🤢 y los buñuelos estaba fríos y un poco duros, parecían del día anterior. Aquí no regresamos jamás

The place is very nice and well located. There's a nice variety of Colombian bakery and other food items, such as empanadas (fried turnovers), other bakery products and breads of different kinds. So far, my favorite is "pan de bono". The thing is delicious. It's like ball shaped piece of bread filled with cheese. Also, the staff is very kind and they greet you with a smile. We definitely hope to be back. About the prices, these are very reasonable. If you're in the neighborhood and want to grab a quick bite, this is a great place to consider.

El aliño sabroso, atienden muy amables, pero siempre me fijo en la limpieza y el baño no pasó la prueba

La verdad nada digno de ser llamado un negocio Colombiano, gente pedante y nada amable con el público... Creen que uno va para allá es a pedir, hay mil maneras de decir las cosas y la cajera escogió la peor... Aparte de caro todos, salimos maltratados por una señora rubia, por eso es que en los negocios debería estar al menos un dueño velando por el buen trabajo y trato al cliente...

This place has the best Pan de Bonos!! All the ladies here are so sweet and welcoming. I look forward to Fridays when my husband and I drive from Poinciana just to get our Pan de Bonos. My party arrived at noon, we ordered quickly and did not get served until 45 minutes later. They forgot an order completely. It was terrible service. By the time the food arrived, all of our coffee was cold. I would not go again. Food was not worth the wait.

Worse Colombian place I been to, let's start with this ain't really Colombian, is more like a cuban bakery that also sells colombian products, there is nothing authentic about this place, the fact that they claim to be Colombian just because they sell empanadas o buñuelos is insulting. Servicio demasiado lento. Pocas veces tienen surtido de pan. Poca variedad. El nombre le queda grande. Tiene bandera Colombiana pero no la atienden colombianos... Esa gente no sabe lo que es una panadería administrada por paisas, y eso que yo soy Caleño. Si no mejoran servicio y productos mejor cierran... Denle la oportunidad o otros u otro negocio. No los quiero perjudicar tomenlo como una crítica constructiva. Talvez no estamos en nuestro país, pero si sabemos lo que es y representa una PANADERÍA en Colombia

Excelente servicio al cliente y panadería pero los desayunos no recomendados los pericos con la cebolla y tomate crudos el calentado me lo sirvieron con carne sin preguntar y era para un vegetariano no volvería

Terrible customer service. I was waiting on a long line for more than 20 mins to get someone to take the order. They need more people working there if they still want to stay open for business. Will never go back. Plus bakery is overpriced and is not that good. Nothing better than La Fortuna Bakery. Zero starts is what they deserved

Clean bakery, the service is excellent, the food is good and the pricess reasonable. My favorite foods from this bakery are, the huevos pericos con arepa, chorizo con arepa, mogollas, pandebono, almohabanas and the extra-chesse bread. You can prepaid and order ahead of time, for Christmas they do natilla and mini buñuelos.

Always great place for Colombian deserts, and breads. I Love the cheese bread. My wife enjoys the buñuelos. Recommend this place for a nice hot cup of coffee, and your choice of delicious deserts or meat filled pastries.

First and last time. I asked for to go food and get to go freezing cold. No social skills and lack of communication with the customers. Always ask if they are done before charging the customer and ask if they want to eat it now. Not one smile from the workers and just not friendly at all. I thought it would be good based on reviews. I am still waiting on them to warm my food. I have been here for like 20 mins. Empanadas. Arepa de choclo.

From the moment I walked in I felt at home. The young lady that took my order was very helpful when I told her I didn't know what the pastry was. The empanada de pollo was very tasty and crispy. El cafe con leche, though basic, was delicious.

Very pleased to see what the employees from the Colombian bakery do to keep the community safe during this pandemic time. Every time I pass by buying bread or pastry all the staff members are polite and friendly, and their products are fresh just out of the oven. However, the coffee is a little praise on any size, the only thing I wish they can improve is to maintain service first come first serve basis.

Las empanadas y los tequeños están muy bien, quedé un poco decepcionado con los buñuelos, las papas rellenas. Los pandebonos están 2/3. La calidad en la atención de quienes despachan definitivamente es un punto que pueden mejorar.
