Raised in NYC , when I moved to Florida. I was in a mission to look for a pizzeria that tasted like NYC pizza. My daughter introduce me to this pizzeria. I highly recommend the pizza here it's delicious and the atmosphere is great. Staff is welcoming. Plus the prices is great too. My next trip I will definitely try something else. Bone appetite !

I have had NY Pizza. This place is great every time. The meatballs are amazing come with sauce. The pizza is the real deal. I ordered eggplant parm and they put some ricotta mixture in it this time. The portions for entrees are amazing. I don't go back to many places but I keep going back here. Nothing fancy just simple good Italian food!

I'm from New Jersey and this is one of the best pizzas around I have been going here for quite a few years now yes it has changed owners but the recipe has not if you're looking for New York style thin crispy pizza this is your place they're on Osceola Parkway

I pick up an other to take out when arrived to my house found out they give me a burn Stromboli. I never seen this before. I can't belive they can surve this to a customer.

I can’t express how much I love this place. Been coming here for about 11 years, and they never fail. Best pizza in Orlando hands down! Amazing service and a charming atmosphere.

I like to try local places as they are typically better than chain restaurants and I like to eat from small businesses. I wanted to give this place a try. I ordered for delivery, a half cheese and half pepperoni. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt on the bottom, and that flavor overpowered most of the pizza. Because of that, I feel it wasn't as good as it could've been. Edit: Thank you for your response. I ordered through Slice. I ordered two desserts, mozzarella sticks, and the pizza. I've attached a screenshot of my order to show the location I ordered from. I have no explanation for the way the pizza was packaged, I was delivered it as pictured, except I flipped the pizza to show the bottom. We tried but really couldn't eat it all due to that bottom. I appreciate your courteousness in response to my review and I hope to try your pizza again, maybe in person next time. If I do, I will update my review. Thank you.

Tell me how these clowns have the door closed. I dont think the owners would appreciate this service. Ok! I still drove 15min away, a simple hey we cant ring ppl up would have avoided this post. "Like many companys" ppl are cross trained. Maybe this should be implemented in your company. Btw thanks for the apology

Unfortunately I didn’t get to snap any pictures but I wish I had. We order here all the time-pizza is usually pretty good but the last few times it’s taken a decline in quality and after yesterday’s experience, we will never order from this place again. The pizza was extremely greasy and completely burnt. By the time my husband came home it was too late and inconvenient to bring it back. We ended up throwing it away..Wish they were more consistent with whoever is making the pizzas and allowing them to be sold that way.

Great pizza! Great freaking salads! The service was great and everyone ate well. Don't let the small storefront deter you. Stop in sometime and eat, or take it home. Either way, you'll enjoy it.

Good flavor good service and the real Ny style 💯 recommend

I arrived at the establishment today at 7:30 pm, I went to the counter to order and the cashier hostilely told me that they were already closing and that they were closing at 8:00 and that they couldn't serve me and that I had to arrive earlier because they had already turned off everything but the pizza man's look said otherwise. I don't recommend it at all.

The pizza is actually very good but the service is terrible and the schedule management is even worse. The schedule says they close at 8 but if you arrive at 7:20 they only want to sell you the reheated pizzas they have left.

Great place to have pizza. The owner is pretty cool people I talk to them all the time I go there bring me good memories of the best pizza I used to have in Connecticut.

We arrived at 7:05pm and the place closes at 8. Can you believe we were denied the right to eat in the restaurant? Take home only, they said. Sorry, but you just lost my business.

Overall I love the pizza! Only reason I don’t give this a 5 star is because of their garlic knots, it’s not a garlic knot, if you have ever been to New York then you know what a garlic knot is, theirs is just bread with garlic seasoning on top of it. It’s kind of false advertising. It’s garlic bread mostly. Other then that I have no other complaints!

We decided to eat here after going to Gatorland. Garlic twists were good, but pizza was burnt. I would recommend other restaurants in the area, unless of course you like burnt pizza.

I’m sorry to say I looked at the reviews today is March 2 Saturday 2024. I looked at the reviews I took a chance the reviews weren’t bad but this is my honest opinion I drove over there four minutes from my house to make sure that I got the right flavor fresh out the oven. Sorry to say this is not pizza. I don’t know about the other food, but this really was kind of greasy no real flavor and it had cheese and pepperonis. I can’t even taste the pepperoni slight spicy pepperoni. I’m sorry not to blow up this business again I don’t know about everything else but I do not recommend a pizza.

My wife and two kids love to come here and have lunch or late night dinner on the weekends, my wife grew up in Washington heights so it's safe to say she knows a thing or two about New York style pizza. This is as close as a New York style pizza that you will ever try in Orlando. We have tried other New York style pizza, restaurants and none of them taste as close to the pizza in New York. So go ahead and do yourself a favor. Come by this establishment and try their New York style pizza. I've tried their calzone as well and their wings, both have always satisfied my taste buds. Their food is always made to order and is always fresh and hot with a beautiful crispy touch to it.

Their Honey BBQ wings are so GOOD as well as their calzones

For a quick slice this place is perfect. The crust is so good and their cheese is real, not plastic. It doesn't look like much but the bathroom is very clean and that says EVERYTHING about a place. And their pizza crust really is that good. Thin and crispy without being cardboard it is doughy and flavorful.

This place used to be really good. We order from them all the time. This last time we ordered we received the pizza under cooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was still damn near cold. The sheets garlic pinwheels also undercooked. The dough was mostly raw. I called in about it and the female I spoke to sounded like she didn’t have a care in the world about it.

I ordered a pizza xl 18" wings and the bread with garlic. When I went to eat the pizza it was exaggeratedly burned, it couldn't even be eaten, it was noticeable that it wasn't done at the moment. 12-28-2023.

Best New York style pizza in town.

My pizza was burnt, no flavor, hard .they also have no concept of time 20mins turned to 1hr. Waste of money.

We decided to get dinner here for the first time on 10/16, I placed the order in the Slice App. I waited until it the app said it was ready, however when I spoke to the lady at the counter she said no I only just accepted it. I do understand the Sicilian takes a while to cook but the app should not say your order is ready when it has not even made it to the kitchen. When the food was finally ready she did have someone help me carry it out, as I use a wheelchair. Thank you so much for that. We had the Large Sicilian Pizza, The Bronx Bomber (Meat Lovers) - Large, and Cheesy Garlic Pinwheels and Marinara. Everything was great. We will definitely be back to try more items off the menu.

LOVE this place! This is definitely a “slice” of New York 😄. The service is amazing and the aesthetic of the place is very city-like. The pizza always comes out hot and fresh, which makes it even more enjoyable. You also can’t beat the amazing prices! I will continue to bring my family every time.

I Tried the new Alfredo and had it with ham and pineapple. Was sooooooooo good. The staff is always so nice. We will be back soon

We were traveling to our Airbnb and was looking for something to eat. We found this place and was pleasantly surprised by the food. Being from Jersey, there food brought me back to that time. Great food and service. We will be going back before we leave.

I've gotten food from here for years. Never had complaints but it taste like you guys changed the eggplant Parm recipe and the tortellini. The sauce taste right but something definitely different.

I left and went to La Granja restaurant next door.She should not be up front handling customer,the guy standing next to me said would you rather her be here working in a pizza shop or in the medical field taking care of sickly people,I said here lol

TERRIBLE!!! Closes at 9pm, but they tried not to serve us just because. The lady with the glasses, very nasty attitude. She kicked a bunch of people out, just because, no explanation.

So I want to share that @ 7:30 pm I arrived at the pizza place. A waiter is cleaning tables and states we can order but cannot sit to eat. Your website states your open to 8:00pm. So she goes to order our. Food and the chef says he ain’t cooking anymore. She apologized and he walked away. Very disappointing for the lack of customer service. If you ain’t staying open or cooking then change your time. Very poor for business and they ain’t the owner. So I share this so the owner knows how his business is being ruined by his employers.

Horrible!!!!!! This is the closest place to NY Pizza and we come here often to eat but today I decided to try their chicken parm dinner and it wasn't an adult size meal. The size of the chicken was so small not enough to feed an adult grown man and a side of a whole lot of spaghetti's.. We called about it and the owner refused to get on the phone and kept telling his worker to tell us that was the size he always serves. We insisted to speak to him and he finally got on the phone but it was very apparent that he was too busy and didn't really care. Last time I ever order here again.

First time, very good pizza, 2 slices and a drink approx $6.71. Great value. Pizza had a nice undercarriage, a bit oily but tasty. Will be back.

Pizza was delicious! We got the wings and they were ok nothing spectacular about them. Customer service was awesome the woman behind the register is so sweet. Restaurant is nice & clean. We will be back.

Pizza is decent but today on a Tuesday I got there at 735pm and was told it was closed. The website and sign outside the resturant says they are open until 8pm. The girl at the counter said that the website was wrong and they close at 730pm. I would love to see a response from the owner.

30 mins still no sun. Should’ve taken a lot less time to build a sub then to bake a pizza and get it out of the oven box it and hand it to someone. 30 minutes I’m standing for pick up still no sub over. It asked for my money back, they hadn’t even started.

Really disappointed with this place now. I have been buying pizza from this place for years and I sent my daughter's to pick up a phone order today and waited 25 minutes to receive cold pizza. Call to speak with the owner and was put on hold and was told the owner may be in later .

We were trying to get some food we got there at 730pm cause we check online they closed at 800pm as soon as we walked in they were looking at us like here are more customers and we want to go home they told us they are not taking more orders so we had to leave even when it was half an hour before closing time just wondering how many customers were declined after we walked in ???

I called because they sent the wrong order and I asked for the manager his name is Alex and he refused to come to the phone that is very unprofessional, and then the girl that answered the phone asked if i can go pick up the order hello why did i do uber eats ...will not ever order from there again and make sure that I let everyone know how Nasty there service is ...thank you for nothing

This is the best pizza place in the Kissimmee area. Seriously. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful the garlic twists are very good and the Stromboli is incredible! They also have a very affordable menu. The place was clean as well. My wife and I will be returning here often!

Good pizza. Horrible service. Calling in an order is torture. Tonight was the worst. Called ahead on our way home from work. Took 6 times to call before someone picked up. Then quickly said hold. It was about 15 minutes on hold when we got there. Instead of ordering there and waiting well over an hour for our order. I hung up and called another place who actually took my order. Imagine that.😲 I wonder how long I would've been kept on hold if I didn't hang up. She probably wanted me to hang up. My wife agreed. So now we will be avoiding that place. Service is not good.

My husband was happy with his pizza, but unfortunately my baked ziti was a disappointment. The sauce was fantastic not gonna lie. Dipping my garlic knots in it was great, but the pasta itself was mush by the time I got it to my table. Baked ziti should not be a soup by the time it gets set in front of you. Stick to the pizza. I ate it in the restaurant so it’s not like it was sitting in the package for long before I started in on it.

Like an oasis in a tourist town! Mom and Pop restaurant with an awesome selection of Italian treats - on display, fresh and delicious and plenty to choose from! From Stromboli to Calzone and its namesake, New York Style Pizza - all are yours for the asking! VERY affordable. Happy people work here! Grab a slice and a soda before you hit the highway! Or, if you’re really hungry, get one if they’re XXXLarge Pizzas (24” I believe)!

Previously I had high praises for this place, but in more recent times I have been put off and do not think I will be returning with my business. My husband and I went in to order a pie and some apps to go, we didn’t realize they close so early for a pizza place (8pm) but it was just before 7:30pm so we went in to order. The OPEN sign was lit up, the door was not locked, and there were several other patrons in line waiting to place orders. We got in line and waited just a few seconds before the lady behind the counter started asking the others in line closer to the counter if they were there for pick up, they stated no that they were there to order. She threw her hands up in the air a literally made a shooing gesture and said "We're done! No! We are closed!!" She was extremely rude and aggressive in the way she said it, like how dare we be there to order food. My husband and I turned around and walked out. We ended up at Pienezza in The Loop, and that is where my business will go from now on. We were so shocked and put off that paying customers would be treated this way and with such disrespect and attitude! I understand if there is a cut off time, but then turn off your open sign light and lock the door. It’s your fault that it was still before your cut off time and you decided to shoo people out the door that you had open. We will not return.

Ordered cancelled twice no explanation

Great food, owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. I regretfully have to put three starts, as I’ve come on many occasions and had to wait upwards of an hour standing in line just to be handed a pizza I’ve already paid for. The owner works hard to both cook and assist guests at the counter, but the young woman working the register seems reluctant to do her job, and it’s common to have a line full of others who are equally as aggravated by the lack of service. I usually disregard the wait in order to continue supporting local businesses, but after recently showing up to pick up three orders as a Dasher and having the girl working the register ignore me for over half an hour (even though the food was ready and had been sitting on top of the oven the entire time), I was finally handed the food by the owner. Even the others waiting in line were disgusted by the blatant disrespect from the cashier, and expressed that they are always treated the same when they arrive to pick up food. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and has me reevaluating where I’ll be taking my future business.

I’ve tried so many places to try and get my NY pizza….this place has been the best one so far! Keep in mind…Not every NY pizza is the same as far as my favorite pizza place in NY this place comes very close to it.

Just ordered the special 2 XL cheese pizza from here and when it got here the Pizza tasted stale like a stale loaf of bread like the dough was old.

Food was good and the prices were fair I would come back.

I have placed my orders through Uber eats and twice my order has been canceled by the restaurant this time I placed an order early around 11am for a 5:00 delivery time just as the driver is going to pick order it was canceled same happened prior times if they can’t handle the work order they need to hire more personnel not good when you are waiting for your orders and the restaurant cancels at last minute at least have the courtesy to let you know early so you can order someplace else not professional at all so be aware if you order through Uber or DoorDash they will cancel your order if to busy

I visit the place each time I go to Walmart just because I am a new Yorker and i love their pizza.

On three separate attempts, I've tried to give this small business, and unfortunately each time either the service or order was unsatisfactory. First attempt, did not receive full order but was charged. Returned the following day and order was still unsatisfactory. Second attempt called in the order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. If I would have know it would take almost an hour. I would have canceled the order on the spot. On the third attempt and again unsatisfactory customer service. It's just pizza, seriously. To say the least, I can no longer return to this place of business.

Just purchased a Buffalo chicken pizza but it seems that there’s either very little buffalo sauce or none at all I called to buy another pizza but they stop answering the phone even though I called 40 mins before close would not recommend atleast don’t buy the Buffalo chicken pizza if you have no other option very upset

The pizza here is really good. It’s priced right and when I reheat it the next day it tastes even better! I love the mushrooms they use and they know how to put just the right amount of cheese and sauce. If you like fresh, simple, great tasting pizza—eat here. Don’t let any negative reviews deter you because some people are honestly impossible to please!

This was ok but not the best NY pizza I've had in florida. It wasn't quite done so the crust was way too chewy. The order was ready upon arrival however, they had forgotten an app, which is not on the menu (and I forget the name of them) so they made up for the delay by doubling the app order...which was nice of them but they were not good so having 10 of them wasn't good. They looked like mottz sticks but were breaded ham. It was mostly breading inside and crust. They were not filled with much ham. I would not order them again.
