2nd time I go through drive thru and there's a girl at the window with a attitude , wanna fight over a sauce I didn't get and I put in online Order. Blaming corporate not wanting to give sauce

Ordered my food at 2pm got it at around 2:45 ish was not busy at all and the employees were yelling curse words at each other the ice machine was not working they didn't really want to give you ice

Always check your order before you leave. Staff were polite and respectful.

I’m just upset cause I ordered two beats boxes and was only giving one candy bar. Also the funnel was cooked too hard we couldn’t eat it. Waste of money. I noticed when we got home. The employees are very nice tho.

Extremely rude staff, one guy threw his headset on the floor and screamed “this is why they’re never sending me back again!” And the girl who was taking my order was throwing my change and receipt at me. She wrote my name as “j” and was screaming it throughout the restaurant. When I looked down at my receipt I noticed she put my name as “j” but that was not my name. I came to pick up my order and she barked “I was yelling for your name a dozen times!” In a rude tone.

Never going here again. Waited 15 mins for my food then they told me they were out of sauce. Next time say that before you make me wait 15 mins.

Casual eating. Their crispy chicken is tender and juicy as is their grilled chicken. I ordered a chicken topped salad and was pleased. The salad was fresh and it came with a slice of garlic toast, fried onions (like French's), and shredded cheese. Fast food nicely done.

ask for well done fry’s and they where cold burnt toast and small tender and my chocolate bar was cover in ranch bc work throw it at me

Ordered a large fry but tbh looks exactly the same if not less than regular, I asked up front and was told it's a large but it's barely a handful. And all frys were undercooked

I was at the drive through and we were their for 15 minutes and we were the only ones in the drive through and it was empty inside too if u could give this 0 stars I WOULD.

Upon arrival at the restaurant, I was informed by the lady at the drive-thru that there would be a 20-minute wait to place an order. When I inquired about their closing time, she responded with a question about my willingness to wait. This type of response is not conducive to good business practices, as it may discourage customers from placing an order due to the perceived long wait time.

The manager at this location is amazing! So professional and pleasant! Food is always good! I recommend the southern fried shrimp and any of the salads

ALWAYS A 10-14 min wait!! Just to place an order. No communication on the intercom. It's been consistent the last 4 months. Do better. A drive that takes 25 min in total is insane

Always out of items, Victoria seems to have an attitude!! Probably won’t ever come back!! Plus this is the second time I came here and they were out of items!! But the attitude kills me!!

After an hour ride home my family and I just wanted to get some chicken. I cannot understand how on a slow night with limited menu options we get home to see our chicken sandwiches had no chicken. What a joke we will never be eating at this location again

Food was great everything was hot off the press but asked for french fries to be extra crispy and no seasoning but got soggy fries with seasoning on fries. I guess the register person didn't add that to the ticket going to the cook needs to pay attention more. But otherwise food was great.

I usually try to find something nice to say about any aspect of a restaurant but this one just had nothing for me to like about it. Apart from the depressing exterior of the building that I didn’t even know was a restaurant until I went. The two times I’ve gone the food was subpar and they never have any line at the drive thru but seem to take their time hunting for the chickens to make our meal. The interior has always been empty with maybe two cars in the parking lot. I guess that can tell you how popular a place is.

It was my first time at a zaxbys. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice but they went a bit light on the sauce thus the 4 star rating. The buffalo sauce was good but I wanted like 2x the sauce.

Worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. You can visibly see them violating health codes. Girl with exceptionally long hair swinging and draping her hair over the fries and every order she prepares. Staff that ignores you. Go anywhere else, not here.

I rarely do negative reviews, and I waited all week to post this one but the bad feeling just Stuck with me. From the very start of when I walked into order my food, the vibe was very negative and aggressive from the staff behind the counter towards customers . I'm not sure what happened but watching guest services get attitudes with people who were asking when their food was going to be ready was very distasteful. Even when I asked for where my food was after waiting 45 minutes for it I received an attitude. I did a mobile order. I watched other customers come and go with their food and never received mine. Just for my food to have been sitting there the whole time. So of course, when I received it, it was cold, but I truly was afraid to even ask for a refund or new food. I love the Zaxby's brand, and I'm pretty sure this is not how the folks over there are trained. Perhaps it was just a bad day.

Only giving 2 because I can’t speak for the quality when they actually have food. Their manager apparently needs to be replaced. They were out of fries (only sub being coleslaw), salad, buns,… How can you conduct business when you don’t have the product? We won’t be going back to this location. Not worth the risk of them not having anything to serve.

They get my order wrong on uber eats 100% of the time and it's always cold. They owe me lots of money in missed food and sauces.

As a customer I’m highly upset. I ordered from this location and honestly I wouldn’t recommend 0/10. Customer services horrible. I placed my order for the location in the amount of $69.83. Upon receiving my food.I noticed immediately I was missing items. They never sent over my 6 cookies, the large and x-large tea barely had ice when I ordered extra ice. They forgot the nibbles. The lettuce in the salad was brown. The salad was missing ingredients like the fried onions. The tenders and fries were like warm at best it’s like no love was put into this and I hate that. Like I think people forget they are customers outside of work. Upon calling, let’s make this clear I never wanted a refund I wanted my order to be replaced but upon talking Micheal the rude manager at the store, he asked if I would like a refund or my order replaced I then ask would I have to come and pick it up because if so then I couldn’t be able to due to the fact that I’m at work. He then said they wouldn’t be able refund due to the large amount of the missing items which was confusing. Because he had just stated he could process the refund. I then asked for his GM or cooperate number because at this point I’m highly upset. He stated that he was the highest it went. He stated that cooperate number should be on the receipt and it was not on the receipt he then put me hold for about 10mins before another manger getting on the phone. She was super sweet but didn’t really solve my issue. Called cooperate as well.

Not Bad Place For Family Dinner

It was cool . Went there late night to get a family bundle and it did the job . O yea they zaxby sauce is top tier 👌🏾

One of the wings still had blood in it. Tried to call, emailed and messaged them on social media and nobody wants to take responsibility. Waited 2 weeks and nothing. They’ll take the credit for the compliments but for complaints, they want only the location to responsible for it 👎

I was on vacation and stopped by here and the people and food was amazing, they have the best tenders and the zax sauce is now my all time favorite

I hope this reaches someone in management. There was a young gentleman there last night I asked for his name, I believe it is Gio he had air pods in but was trying to hide it with his hair. (def not safe to be wearing in that environment and very unprofessional) The alarm was going off for the food and he obviously could not hear it. There were several in the back laughing and ignoring the loud buzzer. It took another coworker yelling above the loud laughing and talking from the group to get them to turn it off. It was very loud and got to the point where my family and I wanted to leave because we could not even hear each other speaking to one another. Not sure if there was a manager or supervisor on duty but it was like a bunch of kids hanging out..

They have lots of great foods especially the boneless wings plus when you add Zaxby's Zax Sauce and Spicy Zax Sauce it tastes really great and delicious, so come on down and have a meal of a lifetime and order takeout orders with friends and families.

First time trying and the Texas toast was so good, chicken was juicy and tender, fries very well seasoned that it tasted a bit salty but still good, and the coleslaw was the perfect thing to finish my meal.

The store decoration is cool and interesting. Everything was too salty. Cheap on the fries. Reasonable price. .

First visit. Speciality sandwich was pretty good, fries nicely seasoned; cheddar bites good too. Easy to deal with and friendly staff.

Second time in a row fries are not seasoned here at all and they are skimpy on the fries. Burnt bread. Smallest chicken strips than any other Zaxbys so far. Go to another one.

I call the restaurant to let the manager know that there wing has blood running out off it. I hope I don't get sick. Horrible this is not right.

The staff was very unprofessional and did not put forth their best effort in represent the Zaxby brand. There were several people walking behind the register starring at me as I waited to place my order. No one greeted me or said , "ma'am, someone will be with you shorly." Some of the staff was sweeping, stocking, and cooking. Then there were those just wondering back and forth and never said a word but made eye contact. For the life of me I would no understand if they hated their job or if they were just that rude. It was almost four minutes before a young lady from behind the counter asked the busser if she would come and take my order. The busser moved slowly as if she was being asked to do too much. She was the first to greet me at the counter. The food was was at a descent decent temperature but the service made the experience unpleasant, uncomfortable, and distasteful. The restaurant was clean, well stocked, and the restroom was clean although it was noted that there was no soap in the big stall. I love to travel and try new places then write reviews. I drove my family 40 min to check out this location and will not be back.

They took forever with my doordash order and didn't even acknowledge my presence while I waited and they got the sauces al wrong. TG I checked as instructions directed to do so. Guess they must frequently do.

3/2023: Wings barely had any sauce on them, the fries lacked seasoning, they forgot my toast which came later (after I asked for it) toasted on 1 side only. What's going on? Cutting back on expenses. Also, bathroom was disgusting, hand sanitizer dispenser not working, & trash cans were overflowing. I don't think I'll be visiting this location any time soon. 🤨

This Zaxby’s doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Don’t waste your time, horrible service, horrible management. Cooks can’t even get the orders on the screen right. Worst Zaxby’s in central Florida

The place was dirty in the dining room. Waiting for food was too long. The food was good. I hope they can improve.

Drive thru ridiculously slow. Waited over 10 minutes just to place order. But when it was finally my turn, done in minutes.!?!?!?!

Chicken tenders were moist inside and perfect on the outside. Fries were hot. Choice of drinks. All in all, a very good lunch.

Chicken was tough to eat. It was kind of rubbery and not very tasty.

The guy at the window, Jose F (That’s the name that was on the receipt) was so nice and friendly! The food was good too, the sweet and spicy sauce is amazing.

Hadn’t been here in years and was extremely disappointed to have returned. They had no napkins, no ketchup, and when I asked for more ranch they asked me what I ordered that I needed more when they only gave me one for a table of four people!

got the big zax meal for my hubby bc he wanted to try it. im writing this review for him, taste wise. he said the food was horrible. i did a curbside pickup on the app, theres no instructions or signs on where to park for curbside pick up. my order took like 30 min to even come out. im sitting in the parking lot while im watching cars go through the drive through and get their food. also, the forgot to give me the zax sauce. it was a free reward on the app but still… disappointed ☹️

This place is disgusting; the let dogs go inside which it wasn’t a service dog-. I ordered online - and we choose curbside when we got there is no place to get curbside orders and the parking is dark . I called and the employee said to drive thru then they said we need to come inside because the drive thru is too busy. Whats wrong with this place . If you like the food ; go and order inside.

Been wanting to try Zaxbys for the longest time. Every time I pass it I always say I have to try it. Well finally we stopped in. First I didn't know that it wasn't a sit down restaurant and second I thought there would be more of a selection. Ordered a chicken club sandwich meal and chicken tender meal,which we thought was a little overpriced. Similar similar meal and kfc was 4.00 less. Anyway, any club sandwiche anywhere comes with lettuce and tomato. This only had bacon and pickles. What a letdown. Came with fries which were very salty. Back to tender meal. Came with cole slaw and fries, still too salty, and both Came with a drink. For the amount we spent we could have gotten a larger better meal at kfc. Ironically there is a zaxbys being built a bit closer to where we live but I highly doubt I will be going there. Sorry Zaxbys, we really wanted to love the food but it failed, for us anyway. I am sure there are plenty of people who like your food but not us.

My 1st time there and was not disappointed.

Had to wait over 10 minutes at the counter to get service. Then oredered a chicken deluxe sandwich (includes drink and fries) and after I paid for it the cashier took my name. Had to wait another 20 minutes (cause they were making it fresh) after I stood up and asked about my order I was told, sorry, another 3 minutes. Afterwards sat on the table to find out I waited 20+ minutes ans I'm missing my fries. Back to the counter and had to wait another 4 minutes to verify if it comes with fries, oh yeah hold on, sorry here you go...really!? You be the Judge!
