Ice is perfect on a day like today when it is so hot and humid. The experience was just as expected. Great!

Absolutely delightful! It was my first visit to a Rita's "water ice" 😜 and I learned you can get more than one flavor of ice in a gelati! Lol. Loved it! Looking forward to trying more flavors! (Cotton Candy and Coconut go together very well!)

This is a great place at a very convenient location. I arrived just as they were closing for the night and the were happy to take my order. They will be closing for the season on October.

This is the best Rita's I've been to as far as aesthetics go & the server's are very pleasant. You can't beat sitting in the shade eating Rita's on a beautiful day!

Rita's Italian Ice is the best choice for Water Ice

Good place to stop for a quick treat. Staff was happy and attentive. The parking lot can be a little tricky and the roads can be a bit intense during rush hour.

What's not to love about Rita's? Friendly staff, enough parking, yummy treats.

Delicious ice and custard. I had the Gelari which was a mix of both. The ice is really smooth with no big chunks.

Rita's is yummy! Prices are on the high side, though, and cups are not insulating. On hot days, custards and water ices melt very quickly and usually become drinks.

The good thing about Rita's is no matter which one you visit you know what you're getting. It's always a bit sad when it gets late in the season in the north and they close for the winter.

Best Rita's in the area. Large selection of custard. Hard to make a choice. All are very good. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great place to stop and get some water ice

Dropped my ice and they were nice enough to get me a new one. Gets a thumbs up from me.

As advertised. The only downside is the location. Its on the corner of a major road. I have actually witnessed a car enter the parking lot and hit a parked car at high speed. I wish they would do something about the safety there. More of a pickup and get out type Rita's. Maybe add some poles to protect the parking lot.

Staff doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Been getting the same thing for years then out of no where what I’m ordering is wrong? I hate to be that guy. But it’s just annoying, and it’s insanitary as well. If there’s a Rita’s 5-10 farther. I’d recommend going there

Staff was accommodating, polite, and service was timely. BUT its highly unsanitary that even though that staff are wearing the face masks required I noticed the girl serving my order touch and readjust her face mask several times while talking and actively serving water ice. I observed a second employee also constantly touching her mask and it not even covering her nose. If you're going to touch the mask that many times while fulfilling orders, or wear it improperly, what is the point of you even wearing one? Highly unsanitary behavior during times like these. I love supporting the local businesses but I won't be going back unless they learn the proper way to wear the masks and stop touching and readjusting them while serving customers. Very disappointed.

Just the happiest girls working there very polite loved the new icy flights I got swedish fish, mango, rootbeer, cotton candy and banana custard in the middle it was just delicious and a soft pretzel. I would go there again nice little shop right off of route 263 its was just what I need for the humid day

Perfect place to stop for a cold treat on a hot day. It's Rita's, everyone has been here, everyone knows what to expect. Lemon is the best flavor, so definitely get that if you're unsure what you want.
