On the Happy Hour menu I wanted Artisan Chicken with Brie cheese and mango chutney. They didn’t have Brie cheese nor did they have mango chutney. The chicken was very dry. The drinks were good and the service was great.

It was very nice and professional. I really enjoyed the food very good.

The seafood tower was simply incredible!! The fiance' and I loved it! They offer a half/large order. We opted for the half size. It was enough seafood for two people, but next time we're going for the full order. What an experience!

Excellent food and service. I had only been here once before many years ago (Pre-Google LOL). I am thinking this might be my close to home, special occasion place from now on! Steak melts in your mouth and sides are enough for several people. We each ordered a side, shared and even brought some home. The Goat cheese artichoke appetizer is wonderful!

So this post may be a little late and long but still well deserved, I'd like to give a big shout out to our awesome and outstanding server Olivia R! My family and I were celebrating my sibling's job promotion and acceptance to LSU and have always heard great things about Ruth's so we decided to make the trip. High quality atmosphere, class and decor definitely make this a staple in the fine dining scene, the food was divine!!! Never in my life have I had such a flavorful filet mignon and the sweet potato casserole was life changing! So shoutout to the kitchen but, mainly a great "thank you" to Olivia! She definitely made our first fine dining experience one too remember with her well rounded knowledge of etiquette as well as being well versed in wine pairings. Though the night we went was a bit busier she still made sure that we were taken care of while tending to other tables, maintaining a clean and tidy environment so, if you want the best service for your next meal stop by Ruth's and see Olivia in action!

Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The atmosphere was relaxing. Our server, Hannah, was awesome. We had cocktails, appetizer, entrees, sides & dessert. Everything was delicious & cooked perfect. Mr. Don greeting us at our table was a nice touch. Our dessert was on the house!

I was in LaFayette for a real estate conference and we decided to dine at Ruth’s Chris. This was my first dining experience here and the reputation of being an excellent restaurant with excellent quality food and service remained true. Jessica, our server, was pleasant and attentive. The food was superb!

Me and my daughter Byroneisha decided to stop in at Ruth’s to get a quick bite to eat. When we arrived at the door, we were greeted with the warmest smile from the hostess at the front desk. The food was outstanding as always. Our server Kevin did not miss a beat. Im really taken back by the new management team, they are really hands on. Brittany specifically stopped by throughout the evening and made sure we were fully taken care. I’d give the experience an extra star if I could and we’ll definitely be returning in the near future.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by three smiling ladies at the host stand. We were waited on by Markese and he made everything about our visit amazing. Bread was fast to get to the table and our the steak came out sizzling like always. After we were finished our food was immediately boxed and bagged. This place never lets us down. 10/10 will be back again!

High disappointment. I drove from katy tx to come here only because this is my favorite restaurant . Steak was under cooked , told them about it brought it back after cooking it and will not cooked right . The manager tells me by it being on the plate it could cook more . TF IT WILL . I go to Ruth Chris way way too often to know the difference in my steaks and the way it’s cooked . After that experience i won’t be returning !!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner at Ruth’s Chris this weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our waitress Michelle as well as the other staff members were all so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. The veal osso bucco ravioli was amazing!!!! We shared the cowboy ribeye and it was literally melt in your mouth tender as well as seasoned to perfection. We do not live in there area but will definitely come back when we come this way!

Took my wife out for dinner. We have always enjoyed going to Ruth's Chris in Lafayette and when I go out to dinner in other cities and take some of my customers out, we usually end up at a Ruth's Chris. My last visit in Lafayette I sent my steak back which I have never done before because it had no taste to it. When they brought me out my new steak, I had told them to please just box it up because I was just going to eat it at home. When I got home and opened the box the steak was pretty much raw, so I called them, and the Manager (Nice Lady) told me she was sorry for the inconvenience, and she remembered who I was and if I could email them pictures which I did. She told me that she was going to mail me out a gift card for all that had happened. It's been 2-3 weeks and I have not gotten anything. We will not be going back and will now be taking my business customer to other steak houses.

WOW, what a great experience! Finally had the opportunity to try Ruth’s Chris, and they did not disappoint. From the warm greeting to the kind farewells, everyone and everything was amazing!! Of course, I expect the food to be great, and it certainly is, but even the service was over the top. Alexis is one of the sweetest young ladies I have had the pleasure of meeting. She helped guide through the menu, made wonderful recommendations, and laughed with us all night long. I absolutely love Ruth Chris. The food, ambiance and service are always top tier. Hannah took care of myself and my friend Ariane and she was simply amazing. Constantly checked on us and made sure we were good. Highly recommend the blueberry mojito; super delicious and not too much mint, the garlic crusted seabass, with Brussel sprouts and au gratin.

My 1st timehere and almost everything had gone Wrong! 11-09-23 From my husband making Reservations the day before requesting our table to be set up and ready for when we arrived for our anniversary (nothing was done upon his request) too Not getting what I ordered (poor service)!! Right after we was served our bread, our waitress put confetti on the table afterwards, which my opinion should had been done before we arrived and before giving us bread. Our Waitress didn't ask us if we wanted to start with any appetizers, my husband had a 1- glass of wine she never asked him if he wanted another glass nor did she ask him if he'd like something else to drink. I didn't get my dish of lobster mac-n-cheese, also was out of Tomahawk Steaks, we wasn't even offered dessert after finishing our meal. Due to her not asking my husband would he like something to drink after he was served, I generously leaned over the table and asked my husband did he want my drink. Because He didn't want it, I told him I was finished with my drink so he could have something. He than drank the rest of mine. I'm extremely Disappointed in the Service and Preparedness ahead time! At the end when we was about to leave a gentleman came to our table and ask how was everything. I wasn't honest, only because Our night already wasn't going well, I just wanted to pay for our meal and leave. I've seen the reviews before coming and I was Happy to see so many good ones. Unfortunately for Us we only had Great Food. That's It!!!! This was our Worst fine dining experience ever
