I've been here many times. Service was slower than it's been in the past, but to be fair every seat was full in the restaurant shortly after we sat down. The food is great and not super expensive like nearly all other restaurants nowadays. Even with the wait to order, etc. It was a 5 star experience.

I just need everyone to know how much I love this establishment. I stopped here on a road trip once in 2021 and I was immediately sad knowing I would only be able to have it every once in a while! I tell everyone about it. I compare all other pho restaurants to it. Everything has such a depth of flavor and I’ve never been disappointed. I feel lucky to have found it because my life has improved greatly since. Love you Saigon Spring <333

I can not emphasize how good the Pho is here. I have been getting pho every other week and always get the same dish 99.9% of the time because it's my #1 choice here. It is the Pho Short Rib!! The ribs are tender and savory. And the broth!! Hands down the best broth. The coctels are so delicious and highly recommended the wings for appetizers. They are so crunchy.

One of my favorite local restaurants in the Capital Region! Excellent food, excellent staff, excellent price. The Shaking Beef & Spicy Beef Salad are 2 of my favorites, and all of my friends rave about their Pho. Highly highly recommend. If it's not on your list, add it now.

Wife and I were in the area for an overnight stop on a road trip and craving some Vietnamese food. We couldn't have been happier with Saigon Spring! All of our food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Some of the best pho I have ever had with amazing meatballs. If you're in the area and craving some fantastic Vietnamese food, go here!

Friendly, clean, quick. Cleared a booth for us immediately on a crowded evening. Our tofu dishes were incredible!

I don’t know why every review on here say that this is authentic Vietnamese food. These reviews read like they’re bought and fake. No, the food isn’t authentic. Vietnamese food is not supposed to be flavorless. It is extremely flavorful with rich umami of fish sauce and multiple spices. This place had the most flavorless Pho I have had. I felt like I was drinking boiled water with MSG. No star anise or cinnamon taste. I bet they didn’t even use an onion in there to make the aromatics. The vermicelli dishes were oily and the beef flavor was weirdly sweet with no hint of lemongrass and the umami of fish sauce. The rice dish was extremely oily. This is at best a rip off of actual Vietnamese food for people who don’t know better. I rather just make Vietnamese food at home.

If you are even considering trying Vietnamese food, this is the place. If you’ve been to Vietnam before, this is the place. You won’t be disappointed. There’s nothing I haven’t tried here that I wouldn’t order again. Green papaya salad, rare beef and brisket pho!

So delicious! I have tried several dishes from here by now and they are always so incredible and full of flavor. The spicy beef salad is so incredible, I crave it constantly! The chicken wings are crispy and delicious. The curry is an absolute must! Service is incredible, servers are kind and friendly.

Saigon Spring is my go to for pho in the area. They get busy so make reservations or expect to wait during peak times.

Authentic Vietnamese food. Generous portions of bean sprouts and condiments for your pho. The summer roll is also yummy. A little bit pricy but there’s probably not many Vietnamese restaurants nearby.

Really good food. The broth is super flavorful. The crispy spring rolls are everything I crave in a crispy spring roll. Definitely recommend! Much better than 90% of restaurants in this area! Edit: My second time eating their food I decided to actually eat in rather than order out, and I'm so glad I did. That was one of the most pleasant eating experiences I've ever had. The food is truly exceptional. The staff were all super friendly, attentive, and polite. They got pretty busy for the lunch rush and didn't seem fazed at all. I will reiterate that this place is better than 90% of restaurants around the Clifton Park area, and add that I think they might be *the* best restaurant in Clifton Park.

We came here from out of town on a rainy night—this place hit the spot! We ordered their soup as well as crispy spring rolls and stir-fried noodles, and everything left us greatly satisfied.

This restaurant was on my recommended list for years. We happened to be in the area and after our meal we will now be heading out that way just to eat here! Super fast service. Deliciously fresh food. The place was packed but you’d never have been able to tell by the wait time. We will be back!

I was quite amazed by the size of the short rib. $20 for a bowl of pho is not cheap, but in this case it is definitely worth it. The meat was tender and the soup was flavorful. My wife ordered rare beef and meatball she was quite happy with it too.

we had 2 pho，there’s a human Hair in my bowl, then I ask a service say is that hair in there and their service say it’s a not humans hair, Then he got me a new bowl and then they were short of my beef balls and I had to ask them for my beef balls again. They didn't handle things very well and lied to me that it wasn't human hair.Never come back!

You are paying for the food which is excellent

Before 2023. Great pho, papaya salad and dumpling soup. Have been eating here the past 3 summers/fall and will continue to do so. Friendly efficient service too. Enjoy! Update August 2023. My favorite pho has changed. The last 2 times I ordered the thai chin pho, the broth had so much cinnamon and perhaps other spices it completely overwhelmed the beef flavor. I have enjoyed the pho here for the last 3-4 years and am very disappointed it has changed so much. I told one of the servers last visit, I truly hope they fix this. The green papaya salad dressing has also changed with more fish sauce than before. It too was much better. Will try one more time and if the same I will need to find another pho place. Sad really.

This is by far, my favorite Pho spot in the capital region. This and Van’s. I live in Latham and this is the closest place to authentic, REAL, Vietnamese food. My only con is that they don’t carry hot chili oil. But I am hands down a BIG FAN. Love this place.

Love this little vietnamese place. I am a regular at this spot. I always get either a fresh summer roll or crispy roll with shrimp and pork plus a bowl of pho tai which has thin sliced beef and I sometimes add tendon. I have been many times and have had the ribs which have a great sauce and there meals with rice or noodles without soup. You can't go wrong with whatever you order. They make all there food great.

Some of the best food in the Capital Region. Could use a better ambiance, but it's clean and the food is delicious. Chicken Curry, Pho soup, shrimp summer rolls, and Sriracha butter wings... sauce comes on the side

I don't want to exaggerate how good this establishment is, but food hits the spot, and bringing guests from outside the area (business travel) have never been unsatisfied. ..and I'm a rice noodle soup fan, and the other dishes are pretty great, too. ...k, I've said too much.

My son, his wife, and the grandkids kindly treated my wife and me to a dinner at this establishment. Today marked the inaugural visit for my wife and me at this restaurant, and it was truly exceptional. I savored the delectable SPICY LEMONGRASS BEEF paired with fragrant Jasmine rice. The flavors were exquisite, and the attentive staff catered to our every need. For anyone who adores tasty food, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Rest assured, we will be returning in the future. The food was incredibly delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture of it. My apologies! 😋

Tried pork summer rolls, cơm sườn nướng, and bò lúc lắc. Great flavors. Not too salty. Bò was grilled medium rare, which was amazing and tender. Cà phê was great too. Better than most Vietnamese food in NYC.

This is my favorite, favorite restaurant. I drive 45 minutes one way almost every week to eat there. I’m boring and get the same meal every single time but my more adventurous husband almost loves their food. The atmosphere and people who work there are just as wonderful.

Just an uncomfortable feeling when dining there. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all. On one visit hostess yelled at us to wait for her to seat us because we stepped toward the dining area to make room for other’s coming in the door. Staff can be very abrupt and not friendly. They seat people right next to each other even when the place is empty. When bringing our main course the waitress looked at the dirty plates cluttering the table from our appetizers and proceeded to leave them rather than taking them away. We were told twice that Pho “meatball” soup has beef meatballs in it but it definitely doesn’t look or taste like beef or meatballs, it’s some sort of pale looking chunks of sliced meat with a casing on the outside like sausage would have, couldn’t eat it.

Decent bowl of Pho, but far from the best I've had. Service was good but not overly friendly. Spring rolls (or what they call "summer rolls") were ok but not worth $10. Most places sell for $5-6. Would definitely come back to try some of the other items on our next trip to NY.

Absolutely love the food here! We mostly get takeout, but it’s still amazing. The flavors are perfect and it’s healthy so it checks lots of boxes for me. Not the cheapest meal you’ll have, but 100% worth it. Definitely my go to for healthy and delicious food for a good night of take out.

We’ve been here multiple times, and it’s one of our favorite restaurants in Clifton Park. All of the appetizers are really good (Shrimp summer rolls and spare ribs are my fav), and pho with briskets and beef eye round is always mouthwatering. We’ve never been disappointed with the food here. My only wish is that they open til at least 9pm.

The food was great as always! Service was a little slow. Our table was off to the side, and I think they forgot about us for a while. In fairness, the service is usually excellent. I highly recommend Siagin Springs!

It was our girls' lunch, which we do every month. We try a different restaurant or a favorite. 4 of us .We order 4 different appetizers. They were delicious. There was just the right amount of food for the 4 of us. I will go back again for dinner.

Genuinely lovely experience tonight dining here with a friend. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, even answering my questions easily. Food was very good and I definitely recommend if you are looking for Vietnamese cuisine.

Respectfully, we've visited this place a handful of times. The first visit was excellent, it was over a year ago but after that it was just OK. Here's why-- it could have to do with the supply chain, a different chef, or service. I'd reluctantly go. Pho is a healthfood so, if you really need it, you can get it here but it's just OK.

Only came here for pho. The first was so good, I ordered another. Servers were attentive, food was good, the place was lively. The one small thing I would change is the dim lighting, however this didn't impact my experience that much.

We oily get take out since Covid, but I can testify that the food is 5 star worthy. Man, that ginger sauce they make... I get Cravings for it. Lol

A favorite of ours for a long time but recently we sat down to order and a completely new menu was give to us. I asked about the change and the waitress said it was the only menu they had. Prices were up. In some cases over 30%! Over $40 for lunch is a bit toooooo much. Not sure if we will be back.

The BEST Pho in the area! Staff is always friendly and professional, and their food is amazing! We drive over half an hour to have their delicious pho! I'm so happy I found this gem over 8 years ago! Life changing!

The food is amazing. Everything tastes fresh and the place is clean. At first I would always get the Pho Tai, but I started trying other dishes and so far they all taste great. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

Saigon Springs is my go to for when I crave Pho! Their Pho Saigon is my favorite! I always order that along with the shrimp salad & shrimp summer rolls. This place is so clean, the staff is extremely friendly & the food as I mentioned is beyond delicious. I’ve dined in with my family and also do take out and it always taste the same. To say the least I am obsessed and this restaurant deserves way more than 5 stars! Yum

One of the best pho I've ever had in 20 yrs of living in the US, and I've been to 50+ pho restaurants in CA(Fullerton, Anaheim, Irvine, LA), WA(Tacoma, Seattle, Federal way, Puyallup, etc), PA(Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Philly), Portland, Chicago, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens NY. Their broth is AMAZING
