Alfredo is a dancing-genius and he has the best outfita! You want to learn salsa? He is the one, trust me, loved it! ♡ had a great time there, had some appetizers, drinks and than salsa-lesson. Trust me, you will love it and you need it if you want to go dancing in little havana 👯‍♀️ Adrian the bartender is super nice and can Mix some very good drinks. (Not payed for that Review, I just really loved my afternoon there 😅) ❤️ I stayed for 1 month in miami and consider it of one of my little Highlights ♡

We had a Salsa dance class with Alfredo and it was really great, the bar is also really great, you can drink Moscow mules, mojitos... it's excellent as well as the food, I recommend going there

I had a really disappointing experience at Salao on Calle 8. We went there to celebrate a birthday, excited about the birthday discount they promise on their website. However, at the end of the meal, they refused to honor the discount, claiming that we needed to have a reservation. Nowhere on their advertising does it say this, and the waitress didn't even bother to mention it when we told her it was a birthday at the start of the meal. We were completely ignored and felt fooled. On top of that, the food wasn't even good. Overall, a really bad experience. Never going back.

I was visiting this beautiful place yesterday and I want to give it five stars. I fell in love with the food, the excellent food and the service and treatment of the waitress Yahitza was a ten out of ten. If you charisma the drinks that you recommended the main dishes everything was a success. Thank you for making us feel a wonderful moment.

I want to say that I have come to this place several times. So much for eating and enjoying a weekend of nightly entertainment. And I want to highlight the service of the waitress Yahitza. We loved it too much, she is a super attentive, hard-working girl, she doesn't miss any details. We loved the food which of course was recommended by her.. and we even tried hookah in the evening. Very nice person we will return soon!!!!

Food was ok and way overpriced. Lacked that zesty Latin flavor. I ordered the “Ropa Vieja” a typical shredded beef dish that everywhere else in the world comes with rice. Here, the $17 dish did not include rice. SMH! The service was fine, the environment was great.

Very delicious typical Cuban food! The ropa Vieja was spectacular as were the shrimp enchilados. The attention of our waitress (Michelle) has been great. He guided us through the letter with great kindness and closeness. Thank you very much for the experience!

The food is okay. The music was also okay, but a bit too loud. The problem is that they made me tip the waiter, the band, the host and everyone else. A member of the staff actually chased me down the road to tell me my tip was too low (15%). Tourist trap. Avoid it.

The food was delicious. And with a large variety as well. The staff is really friendly, helpful, and considerate as there is a photographer that would come and take pictures and state that each photo was $20, but the waitress informed us that it was actually $21.60 including tax. The atmosphere is fun as there is a band that plays and people get up to dance. However, I found the music to be a bit too loud as I could hardly hear the waitress when she was talking to us; she'd have to shout into our ears to communicate. After we were done, I was temporarily partially deaf on one ear.
