I would consider myself a patient person. At Birdfish tonight I was informed it would be a “25-30 minute wait for my food” from the truck…it was AN HOUR AND 40 MINUTES. Not an exaggeration! Just beyond unacceptable. AND to top it off they somehow still messed up mine and my friends order? I really don’t know how it’s possible to make a meal that disaster-full but they pulled it off.

I could eat that rice all day! Everything was perfectly executed yet could have an interesting twist with the various sauces and sides.

Everything was very fresh. We could only eat 1/2 our orders so we had the rest the next day.One of the highlights of my visit and order was the many different sauces. It's going to take me about 20 or more visits to try all the different combinations. We took home extra hummus and pita chips. I wish there a Sauceeino closer to Cleveland.
