Went here for my first time to have some takeout for dinner, and I wasn’t let down with the Pad Thai and Thai tea! I had it with medium spice and added a little extra hot sauce (not like Tabasco, but like salsa) from a table with condiments and I loved it! I will need to try more items on the menu, but so far this place has my 5 stars. The ladies are very friendly, and it was a nice little hole in the wall restaurant.

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The way they layer the flavor creates incredible tastes and textures and I loved how friendly and relaxed it felt inside. I heard several guests praising the food while I ate which is so rare! This place is a gem.

I was in the area for work and found this place and thought I’d try it for lunch and I was not disappointed. The crispy garlic chicken is amazing. I asked for spicy and it wasn’t very spicy but it still had amazing flavor and was cooked to perfection. The summer rolls were very fresh also. Very friendly service! Was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and everyone was very nice. Very lowkey hole in the wall spot for authentic Thai cuisine. 10/10

This is the best Thai place I have ever been to. Our server, Aung, was so sweet and recommended me a delicious meal. They have a good variety of options. We will return!

The food seems to change, and I believe it has changed hands several times since we started eating there over the years. The current “owners” have it going the right direction….tasty food, improved the inside some, and very fast and friendly service. Our go to Thai place!

My husband and I Love eating at this Thai Cuisine. we come quite often and love the food. Every meal is freshly made and delicious. Well worth a try and visit.

We ordered Crab Rangoon and pork spring rolls for appetizers. They were just OK. Sauces and rolls were almost flavorless. The garlic pork was burnt, had ZERO garlic, and was beyond tough. My meal was nothing more than boiled, flavorless, beef in a broth with overly cooked vegetables. The food quality was what I would expect from a hospital if they tried to cook Thai food. Nothing personal to the staff, but they seriously need to hire a chef that has taste buds. I have NO idea how they have a good rating.

Tom Yam Gai is some of the best I've ever had.

We love their food. Substituting doesn’t bother them. Just need to dim the lights at night. But highly recommend this place.

We got our food to go the first time we are here and did enjoy it. The apps spring rolls were excellent and very true to there Thai style. I also ordered Thai beef salad and was disappointed that it was made with cheap lettuce instead of romaine. In my experience from other Thai restaurants romaine stays crunchy and fresh in the sauce. Also the beef was kind of strange in color and a bit bland. Everyone else said there entrees were good. But no one raved about them. I was also surprised to see on several of the entrees that should of came with sticky rice they charged an extra $2 dollars. Overall is was good nothing to go out of my way for. I will give it another go for inside dining.

Had a girl’s day with my two adult daughters and decided to give this place a try and happy we did! We started with tea rose dumplings and they were good. We each ordered an entree but wanted to try the Tom Ka Gai soup, so we ordered a bowl and asked for 3 bowls so we could each sample it. That soup was so good. Each entree was good as well. Friendly people too.

Was in the mood for some Thai food this evening and decided to try this location. I usually order Massaman Curry as this is one of my favorite dishes among Thai cuisine however, what I received was a pint of mystery liquid with nearly raw chunk vegetables. I wishI could post a video of how liquidity it really is, consistency of water. This not Massaman Curry. I had my son pick up the order or had I picked up the order, no way I wouldn’t acceptable the food. I cannot eat this. I’ll never return.

Lived in Niceville for a while and just ordered for the first time. This place is a hidden gem. Some of the best Thai food I have had in years. Ordered 6 different dishes and they were all amazing. What a great find!!

I'd rate Sawadee Thai Cuisine with 3 stars. During my visit, it felt quite average, possibly still adjusting its recipes and flavors. The food lacked that distinct Thai taste. If you're craving Thai cuisine and flavor is a priority, there might be other options worth exploring, especially if distance isn't an issue.

Wonderful visit, definitely one of the best places in niceville we've found to eat. They had a mango Thai rice dessert and it was incredible!

Very good Thai food. I tried many places before, and this is the best place so far. Pad thai may look like more sauces than normal pad thai, but with some lemon, it was very tasty.

An average place overall... Location was convenient but a nice atmosphere was lacking. The place was clean but the food was mediocre at best. Not real sure you could do better elsewhere.

I have lunch or dinner here at least once a week. Never disappoints!! The peanut salad dressing makes you want to lick the plate!! Love the noodle dishes the L3 I think with choice of meat, broccoli, carrots, egg...I order medium American spice ..if not spicy enough they have ground Thai peppers you can add. They will make one springroll on request if you are dining alone and can't eat a whole order and an entree!! The tearose is a nice starter and is NOT a deep fried option... Food comes out quickly and is perfect. To summarize, they do a great job and are very friendly, helpful and nice!!

Thai at this location is just what we wanted. Easy to get in and out. Very large menu. Lunch specials before 2:30. Five levels of spicy 🔥. We must return for a dinner selection. Everyone's food that passed by us looked so tasty. Tasty with great price. 2023 and we're back in town, first stop is this place. We practice being hungry. We get medium spicy, cleans up a stuffy nose quick. Got it to-go today, very well packaged. And very good amount. Wow, it was tasty back at campground.

I always get the Thai Chicken Salad. Never disappoints!

Nice place. Enjoyed the meal. No complaints but there's a few things I was hoping for. I ordered the mixed vegetables in brown sauce with fried tofu appetizer. I ordered the peanut sauce instead of sweet and sour sauce. This place has the absolute best peanut sauce I've ever had! The portion of veggies was a little on the small side and the brown sauce, although delicious, was liquidy and didn't stick to the veggies like typical brown sauces. I'd definitely go back again. The server was super kind and helpful.

I ordered a Thai BEEF salad. I've been eating these for a very long time. I know what beef looks like. I got what looked like pork. I said something to my server, who was very nice. She took it back, then brought it back to me saying that the cook said it was a beef mixture. Excuse me!?!? It seemed like they were giving her a hard time, so I kept it and ate everything, but the meat. I've gotten several from this place in the past. Never was it not beef. If you are out of beef then say you're out, don't try to sell something else in its place that the person doesn't want nor ordered. That was my only complaint.

I visit this restaurant EVERY time I'm in Niceville. Delicious, without fail! If you're not familiar w/ this restaurant or Thai food, Try thr Pad Sew Ew (sp) and the appetizer Spring Rolls. Thai food heaven! AND a lovely, dignified staff.

Red curry chicken medium was amazing.

Three words: Just. Do. It. My fiancé and I have been loving this Thai restaurant! It is definitely the best one we have found since living in Florida. We have tried Thai restaurants in PCB, Destin, and Crestview. This one has treated us SO well! The food and customer service is everything and more!

Not sure why everyone loves this place so much. I ordered a curry dish tonight and it tasted like they warmed up leftovers from the day before. It was freaking nasty! Even the rice was a brick of hard goo. I tried sending it back and they still charged me for it. The atmosphere is dingy at best along with ripped up seating. Reminds me of a front store for money laundering.

Not terrible but the curry is very watery and flavorless and the papaya salad was small, with no shrimp or peanuts as is usual.

This is a little tiny whole in the wall type place. And those are typically the best. This place did not let us down. Their food was a homerun! Lots of spice with the Thai hot but great flavor. Pork, chicken and beef were all great. Their Thai fried rice was phenomenal. Beef with vegetables, delicious. Even their Thai beer was delicious. Highly recommend.

Ordered online and picked up in store. It was ready quickly and easy for me to grab when I walked in. The Pad Thai is the delicious!! I would definitely recommend this spot.

Get take out soup every once in a while they raised the price 4 dollars more not worth it for appetizers soup won't be back

Got a lot of stuff the other night. Pad Thai was decent...Thai Beef Salad was terrible...beef had an uncooked texture and flavor was all fish sauce. Wonton soup smelled bad and tasted off..and Matsuman curry was thin like soup with the same horrible textured beef...just bad all the way around. This is not a place to eat unless everything else in town in closed.

This review is based off my most recent visit here toward the end of 2022. For your money, Sawadee used to have the best curry in the entire area including surrounding cities. What I received last night was not great. I ordered the Massamon Chicken curry. In days past, the curry was filled with vegetables and chicken. It was a meal in itself. What I received last night was solely about a quarter of a chopped cucumber and 4 small flat pieces of chicken in really tasty curry broth. I would have gone one star, but what I ordered did taste great. It is still the best. But value for money is completely gone. Had I known, they would not actually be putting a variety of vegetables and a fair amount of chicken in the meal, I would have ordered a different dish. Sawadee, it’s hard to find really good flavor. Stop skimping on ingredients and start feeding your customers. This was my monthly treat and I feel ripped off.

Delicious Pad Thai and Tom Kha soup. Takeout was ready quickly and staff were very friendly. Prices were very reasonable.

Sawadee is our go to for Thai. We have been able to order online the last several times.. our food is always done when they say it will be done. The garlic pork is 👌

Service was fast and friendly but the takeout I received was bland and watery. Decided to give this place a go since it was rated pretty high for Niceville. I got the green curry, crab rangoons, and chicken satay. Curry was bland and watery, the satay was not on skewers and wrapped in foil, all of the juice and moisture from the chicken leaked out making the chicken dry and rubbery. The one positive was that the crab rangoons were crunchy and fabulously done, best if had here in 5 years. Overall, I would not recommend.

Amazing Thai food. Best in the area hands down. A. Little expensive at times but totally worth it have spent about 50 for two people before. A must visit if you like good Thai food. Tea rose and the pad Thai are a MUST. Can also get your order Thai spicy as well to keep it more authentic as well (only way to go tbh).

It was very good. I'd echo other reviewers in saying that I like spicy food (like, really, I do) and "hot" (on a scale of mild, medium, hot, Thai hot) was honestly too hot for me but even still was tasty. Medium would have been sufficient in retrospect. Had the chicken pad Thai.

Sawadee is fantastic each and every time I have been. Fresh rolls are a must, and be sure to get extra peanut sauce because it's delicious. Great food all around and very generous portions.

Best Thai food I’ve had in the area. Delicious and authentic

This place couldn't be any more plain-as-an-old-shoe if it was in a podunk town in north Georgia. But they add a twist by playing soft jazz instead of the usual oriental music (or nothing at all). It gives the place a fascinating ambiance. The food is delicious! Don't order it Thai hot unless you're prepared for it. I like my food on the hot side and their medium was hot enough for me - although I couldn't resist trying some of the Thai hot sauce and peppers that are freely available. And unlike some Thai restaurants, you won't leave hungry from this place. Definitely recommend.

A very pleasant surprise. Driving through Niceville and decided to try this restaurant. The service was friendly, fast and the food was so delicious and fresh would highly recommend it and will come back again when we come through Niceville

Ordered carryout and everything was done promptly. I am only giving three stars because I didn't get my hot tea and that's one of my biggest pet peeves is not receiving all that I ordered. Food was okay.

Best Thai food in town! Will go back over and over again! Loved eating in the restaurant as you get different kinds of decorative bowls when you order soup, noodles, or rice. Pad Thai is delicious! If you've never had Thai tea, you must try it!

The food was nicely made, but I ordered thai hot(the hottest they have) and barely felt any spice. Once I added some chili paste the chicken fried rice great.

Food was Ok. Flavor was rather lacking but overall freshness of the meal was really good. Was not overly salted or drenched with sauce.

I would have scored them higher,but they did not have chicken wings on that day. While doesn't keep chicken wings ready.

Their food is good to a point. Im not accustomed to the way they make their meals but my guess is different regions of Thailand makes different types of Thai food. Anyhow, I wasnt a big fan of the curry because it was more soupy than a curry paste. I do love their tom kha soup and pad thai noodles though. It was great. The prices are a bit high in my opinion unless its their lunch menu.
