I've been going here for decades; amazing sandwiches and always friendly!

First time in and will definitely be back to try the deli, it looked yummy. It was full of interesting treats and beers.

Great Reuben sandwich! Lots of German beer!

Such an adorable hole in the wall place. Very unpretentious and wonderful selection of German beer. Delicious Rueben sandwiches. My toddler son loves the adorable chocolate at the register wrapped in cute shapes like a bumblebee or a plane. Highly suggest for lunch.

It's such a wonderful family-owned restaurant! We have been going there for 20 years. We always get the bratwurst on a toasted crunchy roll. Grat with or without kraut! Don't forget the mustard, though! Great selection of authentic German food as well

Great Germany Deli, I will take a weekend trip just to get lunch

This is the only picture I could snag before finishing my lunch. Most German food I’ve eaten here is somewhat Americanized. Not so much here. I had a brat on a hard roll with sauerkraut and mustard then the sandwich pictured is the U boat. The first bite of the brat instantly transported me back to Idar-Oberstein. I’m going to have to prevent myself from going back daily. This place can’t be beat.

It was my first visit and I only went in to check out a few groceries. I was happy to find some rustic rye breads I was wanting to try. I also found some European treats I didn't know I needed. While I was shopping there were several people who came in for sandwiches. They seemed to be regulars, so I guess they're pretty good. Everything was nice and tidy. I hadn't realized that there are tables to sit and have your sandwiches right there. That will be my next trip.

Amazing German food! I ate the Bratwurst meal (incl. 2 bratwurst sausages, sauerkraut, bread, and mustard), and the Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. The meal was fresh, and delicious. I was very impressed! I recommend this great German deli to everyone!

Went straight there when I landed and was not disappointed! Fresh cut German rye-had a bauernschinken and Black Forest sandwich with the chive havarti. The woman who helped me was so kind and the staff answered all my questions. Picked up some goodies to take home, wish I lived closer!

This is one of our “go to” places in Tampa. Generous sandwiches, silky delicious German potato salad, excellent sauerkraut, and more! The folks here are so nice and helpful. The inside is rough around the edges- but it s a deli, not a 5 star dining room. The only flaw/downside I wish they would change is serving food on styrofoam plates. It’s “ok” for cold sandwiches, but NOT ok for hot dishes - please stop serving hot food on styrofoam, it is toxic. I’ll ask for something different next time.

People where nice and sandwiches very tasty , just wish the prices wasn't 2x more than everywhere else.

I used to go to Schiller’s as a child, then spent that last 30 years in Germany. Schiller’s gives me the products and tastes tastes that I miss. Overall a great place.

I deliver here once in awhile and they treat you amazing we unloaded the truck and they made us lunch for free and food is amazing love this place

Family owned. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything on this menu is so yummy. My favorite is the schillers club and their German potatoes - a unique take on potato salad. It’s vinegary and savory. I love coming here!

Delicious authentic German fare!

Attentive and helpful service. Food was well cooked and flavourful. The brats and schnitzel were very good, and the beers fantastic. Lots to look at, and plenty of imports to peruse. Tight on space with so many things and people present.

Specialty Grrman cold cut and bottled brews here. Home salads as well, great stuff to try. Sandwiches too! Give them a try, support local businesses, not the conglomerates!

I've always loved this spot and after years of not visiting, treated myself to my favorite, Westphalian Ham on rye with a slight spread of butter. And much like the cafe itself, it was simple, delicious and soul-satisfying. This is an institution and definitely Old Tampa. There are not a lot of these treasures left, so fet yourself there soon.

Just got some food here. Very good but this review is about allergies! They were amazing! We had dairy and sesame allergies that resulted in multiple calls to check ingredients. They checked everything they weren’t 100% on and took time to read me a label. Also patient with each call and didn’t act annoyed at all even though we called right at lunch time in accident. We put an order in online and they even called us to verify a couple things to make sure the allergies were handled correctly! Huge win for an allergy family!

One of my goto spots when wanting a Reuben sandwhich with sauerkrault. Mr Schiller and his wife are getting up in years, but no decline in quality. Also pick up Stollen there each Christmas.

This is my favorite place to grab breakfast or lunch. The sandwiches are amazing, and the staff warm and attentive. I love shopping their selection of German treats and pantry items.

The only place I've been able to find Leberkäse in Tampa bay! Delicious and I can't wait to go back for more.

I was very pleased with thus location. As always with these places, prices are higher end on items you can find at a large Publix. But service was great, deli was good AND THEY HAD REAL BROCHEN Rolls. If you ever went to Germany if lived there... you know these real hard rolls can not ve found easily I. The U.S.

They don't need your business. But, if you decide to visit, there is no more genuine, pleasant, or courteous establishment in Tampa. And, by the way, the sandwiches are a slice of heaven. Period.
