the new owner & employees; needs improvement on customer service. i received my snowball, noticed it was dry! when I received my second one I asked for more juice because the thing was white. i had two colors, so even the blue side still had white Ice showing. now it has juice. this is how it looks after letting it melt & pushing the ice down

Very fast and friendly customer service. Snowballs are good ice that is soft and nachos are always fresh with one set price no matter the toppings. Great snowball stand.

It was grate they had lots of ice and they are super nice and sweet and have very good fast service and there flavors are good.

Definitely, without a doubt… the BEST snowballs in the city. Amazing flavors. I typically get Polynesian pineapple, mango, and/or peach. The customer service is always on point. I’ve been visiting since 2015 and quick to recommend. Also, if you like hot sausage poboys, you would love theirs. They only accept cash & cash app! Go and tell them Marshall “Boss” sent you.

1st time eating a snoball as just moved from Ohio. This is the georgia peach flavor with milk.....ummm....yeah.....let's just say i will make SURE i have cash with me at all times from now on b/c if i pass by?.....a stop in will be a MUST!!!! (yes, they are cash only and some of the friendliest ppl you will meet!!!)

Black family owned business in such a high crime area is amazing. There are many flavors to chose from and great food as well . I use to stop by every time I seen they were open 😫 I will be visiting again REALLY soon
