We were having lunch today, our server was Eduardo, even though it was raining a lot, he served us very well the entire time, helpful and with a sense of humor that earned him a good tip.

The food was amazing a little bit on the pricey side though.

the food was amazing. I had the churrasco 🍖 with sweet plantains and rice 🍚 and beans 🫘. my wife had 🐷 pork and yuca and rice 🍚 and beans 🫘.

I went for breakfast and they have a fairly extensive menu, the food was very delicious and the service spectacular. We were served by Carmen, a very pleasant and helpful waitress with exquisite attention, 5 stars for her service.

I like the food from Sergio’s but I just don’t understand why they packing the hot drinks like this! This is the second time it happens and I’m very disappointed.

My friend and I (visiting from NY) had our first meal in Miami here! We walked from our AirBnb and stumbled upon this gem in the night with great hunger and excitement. Spacious outdoor seating with lots of open space and huge fans. Lots of people eating and mingling. Lively and full of vibes. The server was attentive and friendly! He didn’t speak much English but understood what me and my friend were trying to communicate and went well beyond trying to make our experience wonderful. Food was great, wish the chicken wasn’t so dry. Beyond that, it was a lovely experience and they open late so it’s a perfect place to go for dinner if you’re in the area.

Juan Carlos was the best server. He was polite and attentive while we were at the table. I would definitely be back and request for him to be our server.

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is very good although the temperature is a little hot and as for the service, VERY BAD ON THE PART OF MRS. MARTHA. VERY BAD AND RUDE. YOU LACK CHARISM TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. WE REQUESTED MILK AND IT WAS NOT COURT AT ALL. HE SCREAMS AT HIS COWORKERS IN THE KITCHEN AND CAN BE HEARD THROUGHOUT THE RESTAURANT. You should not work at this place. IT AFFECTS the image of this great place.

This was my first time eating at Sergio’s restaurant, it was recommended to me for a great Cuban food. I cannot complain my food was great, but my husband's soup no so great, it was cold !! I noticed the lady next to my table was having delicious mango shake, so I asked my server (Yordenkis P) for one .. he said they only had Mamey !!! Politely, I said okay, then I ordered lemonade !! .. I noticed all the servers passing by was having small conversations with the table so it got my attention.. I asked one of them if they were the owners.. he said Yes .. no wonder !!! No mango for the customer 🥭 and preference for the owners !!! Very very 😞sad and very disappointed ☹️ with this restaurant!! Never again !!!Sergio’s restaurant !!

The food was spectacular, the service from Juan Carlos was very professional, "the best", but my appreciation to those who have to do with it is that I would like them to include in the written menu all the variety that he explained to us and that I didn't find it written in the MENU..THANKS..

I was told to sit myself. People came in after me and when letting the server know that I had been there and didn't need a menu, that was ready to order, I was met with a bad attitude and walked away, not even offering water out of the water pitcher she was carrying. Worst experience ever at Sergio's.

The food was very good and the waiters were friendly, although sometimes they talked a little loudly or forgot something I asked them for...that's why I don't give 5 stars...but overall good. The food was great and in good quantities. We ate outside on the terrace. The area is very good to then take a walk.

My family is here on vacation and it was suggested by the hotel concierge. The food is spectacular and we recieved very friendly service. Carmen was especially prompt and welcoming. If you like cuban food, this is your stop for breakfast or lunch.

We ordered an order through Uber Eats and they did not send the desserts, we called to complain and the treatment was the worst, they are not attentive when placing the delivery orders.

This was the first time eating Cuban food...delish delish & delish... the server Juan is awesome...I can't say I'll be back bcuz I live in Houston Texas... but if u live near here...u must eat here at least 3 times a week

I went there about 7pm and since I wasn't hungry, I ordered 2 meat empanadas. The waiter, who was very nice, said about 12 minutes, which was fine (I didn't know they were oven baked since he said 12 minutes). After about 20 minutes, I said I didn't want them...I asked for cheese pastelitos and coffee. The assistant manager came and said the empanadas would be out shortly. Well, another 15 minutes went by (BTW, there were no pastelitos). I told the waiter to forget about the empanadas and to get me a café con leche and some buttered toast. After another visit from the assistant manager bringing the empanadas , I told her I didn't want them anymore and that I had ordered another thing (she left them anyway and we weren't charged for them). When the coffee arrived, it was tepid, and the type of toast was not what I had ordered. By this time, the people I was with had already finished their dinner. Needless to say, I can't recommend this restaurant. Oh, and the flies?? All over us and the food. Very bad experience.

Food is great. BE AWARE OF THE SCAM THEY ARE PULLING WHEN PICKING UP FOOD. They put the max tip option and hand you over the screen just for you to sign. Sergio has definitely changed, more for the tourist trying out cuban food now. But they do have a robot to serve your food, so that's pretty cool. The flavors are bland and the prices have spiked. But they remodeled from the last time I've been there several years ago. Looks nice.

Service is great when you eat there but ordering out or pick-up is a mess. Never get the order right always something wrong unbelievably crazy how many times they vould get a order. No one speaks english when you place a order. Not once not twice but so many times my order comes out wrong. I will never oder out or for pick-up cause I'll be wasting my time!!! Horrible service on phone calls. With all the employees you have you need to get people that know English and managers doing there job the right way.
