We had Sidewalk Chef cater a family dinner and they did an outstanding job. They took the time to go over the meal options for everyone to also include several vegan options. The food was ready as promised with clear instructions of how to warm the food prior to serving. Not only was everything exceptionally prepared, but the food itself was beyond tasty! Everyone could not quit commenting on how wonderful each and every item was and many of them even had second servings. The staff and owners at Sidewalk Chef are beyond helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Sidewalk Chef to anyone whether it be for a dining out experience or catering event for either a small or large gathering!

So I ordered meatloaf but sadly had no idea it was impossible meat, as it just said meatloaf on the online menu. Distinct taste of soy and curry and I only noticed it until I tasted it, but the veggies and mash potatoes were really good. A little expensive too wish I had known I would definetly like to try something else 😢

A young woman stopped me on the street and offered me Sidewalk Chef Kitchen menus and a baked treat. I was apprehensive, but they looked beautiful. Between cookies and a macaroon, I chose the gluten-free choco chip coconut macaroon. It was delicious and I ate the entire thing! I hope I don't die from accepting food from a stranger, but at least I'll die having eaten something really tasty. (not pictured: the already-eaten macaroon)

Stopped by for lunch at this spot with my favorite person. Most certainly a hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale. The ambiance is very homey, Bri our waitress was amazing she has a great personality, charming, charismatic and very funny. We were able to do food tasting prior to ordering which is very different and unique. We ordered veggie soup, salmon, yellow rice and eggplant, my person ordered same salmon with white rice and spinach. The ice teas were delicious as well! If you are in the area it’s a must for breakfast and lunch! We recommend you to go have your own experience and thank me later 😊

If you want healthy yet very tasty food, this is the place!!! Absolutely everything tastes delicious here!! Best part, they offer meal prep menus so you can take the taste home as well. Highly recommend!!

Last week was the first time I ate here, and I’m very happy I did. Was greeted very nicely and taken care of well. On top of that the food is extremely healthy and freshly made. Exactly what I was looking for.

Where do I begin? I have now come to this restaurant three separate times and I have to say, I was not disappointed on any of my visits. Bree helped me out to decide what I wanted to order when I first checked out this restaurant and she was so helpful. Bree let me try the soups and chili so I could figure out what I was feeling or craving, and gave me so many options to choose from. The food each time was really fresh and delicious, and to top it off there are so many healthy options you would not believe it because of how flavorful the food is. Chef Shashank has curated many delicious recipes, I am excited to try more from this restaurant.

Today was our first of many visits to come. We were greeted by Bri, who is far more than a waitress. Her personality made you right at home. The food was outstanding. My chicken salad is the best I have ever had. My husband had salmon and he said it was delicious. The owners were so kind and welcoming. I love it when the chef comes out and he is smiling....In a world of hurry up attitude, we definitely felt welcome and received as guests. Thanks again ,we will be back!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. If you are looking for healthy meals look no further. They have clean, tasty and affordable food options. The staff is extremely friendly; Brie is always smiling and Chef Shashank is very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend.

Amazing flavor healthy food !!!

A good friend turned me onto this place, and I’m so happy that they did. When I got to the restaurant, I was greeted by Shashank, the owner and the head server, Breana Winston. From that moment on it was pure delight. The head server, Bree, took me for a tour of the food that was available that day, and how it was prepared and the aromas that were coming out of their steamers was incredible. The atmosphere was very comfortable and very clean and well set up. Breana took my order after taking me through the food that was available, making some fantastic suggestions, and I finally settled on the salmon special of the day. I can only say that everything the salmon, the vegetables, the salad were absolutely incredible and beyond belief. This is definitely a diamond in a rough and if you want food that just scintillates your mouth and your taste buds you’ve got to get there sooner than later. I will definitely be a regular and thank you to Shashank and Breana for giving me a fantastic experience. James

The Fresh Express is a great option for lunch during a busy day. Chef creates new lunch specials everyday and they are hot and ready for a quick in and out. You also have the option to order off of the menu if you have time.

Food here is amazing ... always fresh and healthy. I've eaten in, ordered take out and done their prep meals and every dish from their egg salad to their chili to chicken w/ rice to impossible burger etc. has been delicious. I was surprised that their prepped meals were only 500 (+/-) calories and some I had to divide into 2 meals. Secret is the healthy ingredients minus the additives that keep the calorie count low. I highly recommend and they also offer office / events catering!

This place is a bit off the beaten path but well worth a lunchtime visit. The minute you walk through the door the atmosphere is light and cheerful, and the aroma is warmly enticing! If you’re looking for healthy and clean food that is also delicious, you’ll not be disappointed!

Chef Shashank is fantastic! The food is healthy, delicious, and energizing. The Cafe itself is a chill spot to break up the day and grab lunch during work. Teresa and Nathan are also super helpful. Favorite spot in the area, no doubt.

Wow!! the mushroom bisque soup! Scrumptious & non-dairy. Plus, roasted vegetables & seasoned eggplant. Really welcoming owners & staff. Outdoor seating, large open immaculate indoors. A little circuitous to find but worth it. Been here 5 Years!

From the service to the food everything was amazing. The fresh express is the way to go so you can try a little of everything. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
