I absolutely LOVEEEEEEEEEEE this Skillets. When we walked in we were welcomed by Jocelyn's bright, beautiful smile and we walked in at 1:30 and they close at 2:30. We were seated immediately then met the most sweet, friendly, kind, amazing waitress Denise. She welcomed us brought coffee over immediately and gave us time to review the menu. When it was time to place our order Denise helped us with options, we were blown away with all Skillets has to offer. Our food came out fresh and quick and it was soooooooo delicious. When we were leaving Maidelin thanked us for coming and wished us a great rest of the day. This was an amazing experience. We live 2 hours away but we are always in Naples, we will definitely be back in the future. You all are amazing

While on vacation, we heard this place was great for breakfast. I had the strawberry and blueberry waffles with eggs and bacon. Kids had regular pancakes, and wife had french toast. Very delicious, everyone was happy and full. Great service and atmosphere. They accommodate nine of us. Didn't take long for food to arrive. Overall, it was excellent from start to finish.

I called in my order today and this was my first and last time visiting this establishment. The first red flag was the person answering the phone holding conversations with other guests while trying to take my order. She cut me off each time I spoke. When I was sure I had her attention, I specifically advised her that I could not have tomatoes with my dish due to allergies. I also requested rye toast. When I arrived to pick up my order, they decided to not only cover my dish in tomatoes, but went the extra mile to add extra tomatoes. When I called back and spoke with the same person, she reviewed the ticket and confirmed they made a mistake and offered to remake it. Of course I declined, as they also gave me the wrong toast. If employees can't read and follow their own instructions, obviously I'm not patronizing their establishment. She offered to refund it off of my ticket, which I agreed to, and while I was waiting for clarification, she hung up the phone. So if incompetence and rudeness sounds like the perfect Sunday morning experience, by all means, Skillets is the place for you. If not, I'd suggest finding another place to enjoy a Sunday brunch.

So bad, even my dog didn’t want it!

First time eating here; stopped here after the beach and was in mood for a nice breakfast. I was greeted by the hostess and asked what she recommended. I ordered the corned beef hash skillet and it was very good. The hash is homemade and not what you get in a can. Was a bit pricey for $15 but that's the norm nowadays. Next time I'm gonna try the Denver skillet. I recommend this place for a good breakfast. Staff are friendly and welcoming!

Great food and service. Both my friend and I loved our food. I had pancakes, and my friend had French toast, and both were delicious and very large servings. The service was fantastic. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. The only downside was that the coffee isn't the best, and they didn't have any unflavored non-dairy creamer. Otherwise, it's a fabulous breakfast experience.

Ordered the Mediterranean skillet, it was delicious and food came out quick. Service was very prompt and cheerful.

My husband and I stopped here after an early morning flight. I had the blintz platter with strawberry sauce and they were to die for!! Seriously one of the best sweet breakfast dishes I’ve ever had. Didn’t even think to take a picture until I was halfway through eating. My husband ordered the bacon chicken Caesar wrap which he said was great. Staff was pleasant and service was great. Back in Ohio now wishing we had Skillets locally!

I ordered the simple Pancake platter that came with eggs and a meat. All items were on point and very tasty! Service was so fast and very friendly. Mariah is wonderful! Food was out in minutes! It was a Monday and not busy but still. My goodness!

Great sausage omelet and biscuits/gravy combo. I often want to add a side of biscuits & gravy to my breakfast menus, but I know it's too much. They add it as a 1/2 side to their omelets- brilliant!!

This is one of the best breakfast restaurants in the country! The skillets are perfect! The waffles are perfect! The potatoes are perfect! And the service is perfect! You must stop for breakfast here when you are in Southwest Florida!

Great food, and our server Karah was a delight! With her suggestion, I got the pecan and cranberry waffle with multigrain…not something I would normally order. She was right, of course, because it was INCREDIBLE, and my wife was very satisfied with the crepes. Great service, tasty food with lots of options, and fun setting! Now I just have to find somewhere closer to home that also serves a pecan/cranberry/multigrain waffle…

This place is great if you like good music and racing to the toilet before paying your overpriced bill. This is my 4th morning in a row dining here (only because there is literally no other option within a 3 mile, walking radius) and dis gurl gets da shizziez EVERY TIME! I always enjoy having a morning run…unless it's in the bathroom. I know I'm not alone in this predicament because while I'm in there, at least two or three other gals always come a runnin' making the unmistakable, universal sound. Alas, at least this place is good for the laughs. This morning, my guest had the same issue, and the only menu item we shared in common was the coffee… So maybe it's the water or maybe it's the creamers… who knows? But it's definitely something! Might I suggest a bathroom vending machine stocked with baby wipes and air freshener? I always order the eggs over-easy. They are pretty good. However, the hashbrowns are hit-or-miss, and I'm an expert. The waffles are average at best, and the French toast is nothing to write home about. As for the "famous scones"...meh. The only thing more disappointing than the food is the service. I've had a variety of the servers here, and nearly all of them, with the exception of a few, have a permanent expression of aggravation. At SKILLETS the guests have to work to earn the servers smiles. I tipped 25% - 30% each visit, so I don't get it. Maybe it's possible to special-order a smile, but I didn't see it on the menu. In a train wreck such as Bonita Beach SKILLETS, the only one to blame is the conductor. The owners & management should take responsibility for the lack of standards and the poor training. Also consider adding turkey bacon to the menu…duh. Finally, If I could recommend one thing it would be to put speakers in the bathroom because SKILLETS plays a great mix of music and also it would drown out the other disquieting sounds. Alas, until there's another breakfast place nearby, I guess I'll be coming back and rolling the dice, or maybe I'll be fasting. I just hope next time, I remember to bring a diaper.

We only had to wait 10 minutes to get a big table for 12 of us. The sunrise Benedict was amazing!!!! Everyone loved the food.

Great place for excitement as far as breakfast goes! Well worth the prices. Portions are great, service is on, and food is absolutely delicious. There's something on that menu for everyone to enjoy!

This restaurant was very busy, there was a wait, however we opted to sit at the counter which sits 14 people. We had a waitress who was efficient and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The food was awesome and the prices were very reasonable for the amount of food they give you. You also get your own pot of coffee to serve yourself as you go. We sat with people from Florida, Maine, Indiana, and Minnesota. It was amazing to have a conversation with all these nice people over breakfast. I would recommend you try this restaurant if you ever get the chance.

First rate breakfast in every way.

My first time here in a long time. Didn't have time to sit and eat so I got the "whole pig burrito" to go. Had 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, ham and sausage, and it had a splash of sausage gravy on top and a little cheese inside. Also a Tiny side of potatoes and cup of fruit. You'd think when you hear whole pig,you get this massive busting from the seams burrito. It wasn't very big, tasty but not big for $15. This place was jammed up, not surprised because the food was very tasty.

Sooo busy here - but once you taste the food you see why! Great service and very organized. I wish it was a larger restaurant- they could definitely fill a bigger place.

Great breakfast! You definitely won't leave hungry. Note: The skillet potatoes are more of a hasbrown casserole, delicious, but not what I was thinking! Staff is always friendly and they have coffee on the tables so you dont have to wait for that "first cup"!

Food was absolutely spectacular! I got the potato pancakes and my partner got the potato egg skillet. Both came out surprisingly quickly for how busy it was. Ian was a fabulous waiter, very friendly and sweet. We will definitely return for a wonderful brunch when we are back in the area!

Always look forward to the BLT but this time it only had 2 skimpy pieces of bacon on each section. Waitress was not pleased when I complained. Very disappointed.

After reading reviews on this place we chose to visit for breakfast. Our server Aimee was off the chart awesome. Food was tasty. Love the avocado toast with poached eggs. Our fav breakfast place in Bonita Springs. We are locals. I know it's a chain but always consistent. They have gluten free pancakes and waffles and they are delicious. We enjoy eating here and the coffee is really good. Grab a bag to take home, as they sell it!

Went there for breakfast here today and was slightly disappointed with the food and coffee. The coffee was weak and for 3.25 that is highway robbery. The food was just ok. Temperature of food was particularly problematic and cold.

Food is average, coffee has a bad aftertaste, OJ is great, service is great. I had a small power salad with a scoop of chicken…tasted good but $17 for a small salad? My guest had 1 choc chip pancake $8.95!! and a side cup of grits $5.50!! One pancake and a cup of grits for $14.45. Skillets prices are sky high…diner just South on 41 offers a side of grits for free. Maybe Skillets mistakenly has their Peak Season prices going versus off-season. Not worth it. Tax & tip = $47….for a small salad, 1 pancake, side of grits and 1 OJ. Crazy!!

Literally the BEST BREAKFAST in Florida. I'm in shock and food coma. 🤤 WOW! Im a breakfast guy. Just moved to Tampa from Chicago. Only breakfast I liked there was Walker Brothers. But this place. AGAIN WOW! The skillet was so fresh with amazing east scrambled eggs. The pancakes were magical. They even have Dickinson's jelly. The syrup was warm. Coffee was steaming hot and fresh just like I like it. Fresh squeezed OJ.

Ian my waiter overcharged me, in the menu it was one price and he charged me separately so the amount can be higher and the tip service too. This is dishonest and it’s not correct.

Megan was a wonderful server with a great spirit, she added to a great breakfast with terrific food served in a pleasant place. Not all Skillet restaurants are the same. I have been to others in our area that aren't as pleasant, not as good food and less than happy servers so this was a noteworthy change and decided to give it a review.

Haven't been to this skillets in year's!! But had a vet appointment so we stopped for breakfast!! It was still really good!!

I love all skillets. Took my daughter here for breakfast. It's off season so getting a table wasn't an issue. Food is always consistent, and always consistently good. A+

What a shame...I was looking into a Skillets franchise and decided to take the family to try one out. Decor is very cute and bright, service was phenomenal and everyone was extremely friendly and then the food arrived. Belgium waffle had dark speckles and tasted sour, I suspect old waffle batter, what a shame, my wife wouldn't let me bring it to their attention because we were undercover. She was belching that sour waffle for the next 3 hours. The sausage gravy was almost as thin as milk and also had a strange sour taste (is the milk bad?) Worst biscuits & gravy I have ever had and I've tried Libby's in a can before so that's saying something. With a 4.6 rating on Google, I am shocked. I will try another location to see if it was a fluke, unfortunately that means that we will have to order the same items among a very, very large menu. Good luck!

The food and service here is great. Good size portions on breakfast. Good coffee too. I stopped here for breakfast by myself. I ordered a veggie goat cheese omelet, and chose grits as my one side. It also came with one slice of toast. I ordered a side of sausage links to go with it and had a coffee to drink. Everything tasted great. However, I was rather shocked that my bill, including the 20% tip I left, came to $30.00! For one person! I found that quite steep for what I ordered, and for a breakfast in general. So be prepared to shell out quite a bit of cash if you come here for breakfast, especially if you bring a guest/s.

Easy to give 5 STARS. Food always good.service always good. Just a great place for a good meal, take a break and relax. In my world it's a Down Home Diner 😊!!

I have not been to Skillets in years and this visit with my wife and mother in law did not disappoint. The hostess was very kind and professional. Our food was delicious and portions were plentiful. A lot to choose from on the menu. Great choice for breakfast or lunch if you are in Bonita Springs.

Always a great meal here. Specialty items of note are the hash Brown casserole and the homemade biscuits. Today I had the power salad which was just full of the tastiest healthy items such as Chia seeds, sliced almonds, onion, avocado, craisins, goat cheese, cucumbers and more. It's a very clean meal with a strawberry vinegar at the in a garret that is almost not needed because of how flavourful the salad is. Enjoyed breakfast on the outside patio today!

Nice dinner close to home. Good selection on menu. Belgium waffles with strawberries for her, ummm. Chicken salad croissant with Cole slaw for me. Portions were large and filling. Can get noisy and crowded fast. Overall, good visit.

A CONVENIENT BRUNCH PLACE BUT AT WHAT COST? If you're on a diet I recommend this place because you will loose your appetite before the food arrives on account of the service. The crabbiest female wait staff. Dennise (some female with a d name) absolutely lost her freaking geriatric mind when I messed up one word in my order. Incredibly vile old women. I don't know why skillets has the most hostile staff. This location's food is mid. Overall, you would have a better dinning experience at a McDonald. This location further solidifies my idea that Skillets is the crusty, low-achieving-degenerate-cousin-with-5-DUI's of First Watch.

Food was great, service was terrible. My family and I came here 2 times this week for breakfast. First visit, the food and service were both great. Second visit, we had Denise who was very rude, never came to the table once to check on us, and we had to end up taking jelly from another table, & then shook her head when we asked for a receipt at the end which is what ultimately led to me leave this review. I hope Denise’s day gets better.

Had the biscuits and gravy meal which came with eggs and hashbrowns. The gravy had a flavor I've never experienced before and hope to never experience again. It tasted like it was made with soured milk. The 2 eggs (scrambled) must have been made from tiny eggs, small portion. Hashbrowns were good but also small. No complaint about service. First and last time eating here

Fresh squeezed orange juice and a great cup of coffee! I had probably one of the best omelettes I have ever had! “ South of the Border” with Guac, homemade salsa and jalapeños. It was a flavor explosion on my mouth yet not hot! I highly recommend stopping here for breakfast!

I have been a Skillets customer for a long time and been to several of your locations. I have now ordered twice for delivery and the quality of the food has not been the best, and the instructions sent for sides / how it is prepared have gone unnoticed and uncared for. I am very disatisfied and you have lost a loyal customer over the quality issues at this location and lack of care.

The serve staff and atmosphere was great. I ordered the skillets special that included two eggs, bacon, home fries, toast and a fruit cup. The home fries were undercooked and the fruit cup was thimble size containing 5 tiny pieces of fruit. There was only one strip of bacon. Overall, I thought the serving was somewhat skimpy.

Chocolate chip pancakes were fire! Will be back, if I'm ever in the area again. Left very happy and full.
