Yall need to get it together. Me and my bf order almost weekly and last 3 times it's been fd up. He gets pb strawberry and I get the hulk. Last time both tasted completely wrong. So bad we tossed them. This time. His was ok. Bit mine taste like straight banana.. it was supposed to be a chocolate hulk. And yes i know they put banana in there. Lol. But usually you cant taste it. Because its made properly. It was missing something yall are too expensive to constantly be messing up..

The sour attitude really does NOT pair well with the poor quality of the smoothies. Every visit is met with condescending remarks from the owners themselves who seem like they don’t even want to be there. If you aren’t a part of the local suburban clique, be prepared to get treated like a peasant in the medieval era! I don’t get the logic in treating paying customers like trash for no reason but I guess they hate making money. As for the smoothies - that could be an entire other review on it’s own. It’s custom tradition there to skimp out on every ingredient possible. The end result is just a bunch of water and ice. Trust me when I say just get a blender and make your own smoothie at home because it will always be better than whatever mystery liquid it is that they sell here!

All of the workers provide a fantastic environment and always figure out a way to put a smile on every customers face, with also saying to some customers “have a great day 24/7”

First time visiting this Smoothie King location and I must say I was a little bit disappointed, I wasn’t greeted upon my arrival and the young took her time taking my order…I ordered the Get fit PB smoothie w/almond milk, the smoothie was delicious, she did a great job on that but she needs to brush up on her customer service skills.

I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Cameron and Lilly! I had some questions about the difference between the gladiator protein, the high protein coffee almond mocha etc, anyways I get a little turned around with my questions, and they were so patient and honest about the protein differences and such. Great smoothies with a great staff! Thank you both!

Smoothies not filled as much as other SKs, ratio of ingredients seems off. Have gotten the kindness in a cup many, many times but this time tasted very different than typical. Staff was nice, respectful, and cordial.

quality at this location is not as good as others. The smoothie bowls consistently seem to be pre-made now and frozen. It’s annoying waiting for them to thaw when I am ready to eat now.

The menu can be a little overwhelming, but they do offer a wide variety of smoothies for different "purposes," and many are customizable. Very pleasant staff.

Drove all the way to this location and was literally just refused service due to them not accepting large bills. I didn't realize paying with US legal tender was such an issue...will not return due to trash customer service!

Best place to get a smoothie. Been there several times and never disappointed with my drink. I love their mango kale smoothie. I come here almost every Friday before I go to work. I like the $5 fridays. I tried to use my $1 off code for doing the survey and I was told they can't accept it. I asked was it their policy or where is it documented and they said the system couldn't accept it. I don't blame the employees the company needs to have this stated or documented on their receipts or policies of they can't use the discount on their Friday promotions. One other in our party had yogurt, and liked it. Our other member had a healthy chocolate cookie. He gets that all the time and prefers that even over the smoothies. I visit this location every Friday morning for the awesome $5 smoothie deal!! The staff in the last month has become young, rude and not experienced at all. This morning however, was the worst i have seen it in a long time. I believe the guy that was working register was new but still didn't understand that the $5 smoothies were the 32OZ cups, not the smalls. Which in turn was making it confusing for the girl making the smoothies. They messed up 4 orders before me, no communication and the new guy was making it exceptionally hard for her. My suggestion would be if you are going to hire someone new and start them on a Friday, to have back up to help out.
