I’m a regular at Smoothie King and always look forward to Megan’s friendly and helpful service—she never disappoints! This time, I also had the chance to observe Paisley, whom I hadn’t met before, and was impressed by how kind and patient she was with the kids. What stood out even more was how well Megan and Paisley worked together, creating a positive and friendly work environment that you could really feel. Not only did I leave with a great drink, but I also left with a smile, thanks to the fantastic service from both of them!"

I was so excited to find this location! The açaí bowl is super yummy…but add to it the amazing service from Avery and Dorian who make this place an extension of home. They are friendly and welcoming. Avery and Dorian made recommendations. I followed their advice and was soon enjoying a delicious treat. I will be back. The food is incredible. The service is even better.

This Smoothie King is a hidden jewel! I’m so glad that there is one on this side of town! The staff is always so helpful and accommodating. I went in today and Lauren and Avery were so knowledgeable and helpful. Smoothie King’s nutritious options make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their diet. I definitely recommend this place as a healthy meal replacement option!

A great place to get your healthy sip on. Great customer service. Very prompt and good quality. Love coming here for my drink and getting the kiddos their blueberry lemonade.

Here we are which is too bad, I like smoothie king and my local store. I go to get my daily and my app order was canceled some sort of app problem. Let's try in store nope. App again nope etc. Have a seat while I try to reset. I'm there twice a day every day. I am sick and for me these help my roomate is too so hence twice a day i stop since i can still drive. I am on a very fixed income so I dash to keep gas in car and a few extras. I leave get to gas get to station, no money left. Hmm. I look i got charged 5 times I go back to store no problem all will be refunded by end of day latest. That was 3 days ago. Manager. Corporate. No solution. I have to wait till Wed to borrow my fixed money for gas. I'm not starving but it does suck. And no I do not need free smoothies I need my money back and this fixed for future people like me. Unless of course corporate doesn't care then just refund me and continue robbing people by all means. I suggest no one buys from any smoothie king, it's not just my one store.

I have been a customer of this store since it opened in our area. It used to be great. Orders were always correct and service was wonderful. That has all changed. When I order through the app, my orders are almost always incorrect. I ordered yesterday only to arrive to pick up my order and find that they had left early- no one there. I was still charged on the app for the order. (This morning I was refunded completely.) I ordered again today-2 bowls and 3 smoothies. The bowls are made with the syrupy, soggy blueberries and strawberries, not fresh. It’s terrible. I can’t even eat it. I also asked for no chocolate nibs or drizzle and to substitute peanut butter instead. They did not do this. They also do not answer the phone. When calling it says it cannot take your call. So, I can’t even call the local store and complain. This all started about 3 months ago when management changed. There’s hardly a manager in the store and regularly new employees are left alone and have no idea how to make the smoothies. This is happened on three different occasions. I’ve walked in, and a new high school employee has no idea how to make the smoothies and they’ve been left alone with no training whatsoever. This place is an utter disaster. I want my money back for the two smoothie bowls I ordered today. Very disappointing as this location has potential to do great business. In contrast, this was my review 3 months ago: We order online from this store quite often. It is wonderful. The staff is so nice. The store is very clean. Our smoothies are always delicious. The bowls are my favorite. We are glad there’s a Smoothie King so close to where we live.

Came here on Sep 7, 2023 at 130pm. Please fire the dude and the white girl. She's training the tall guy and she doesn't know what the hell she's doing!! Please get rid of these MF they don't know how to do a simple job

Ordered online for my husband to grab our drinks. Mine was made wrong and the wrong size. No one even answers the phone there.

This is my favorite store in Columbia, the drinks are good and consistently delicious. Now the staff are what make the store GREAT. Not only are they friendly, but some take the extra mile in being quite the character. They are always welcoming too!!! Thank you, I hope their salary reflects their great service because they deserve it!

Great staff, quality drinks, clean facility. Very glad to have this location open. There were two young guys working today when I went and I believe they had a manager working in the lobby bc she was on a computer and incredibly helpful about my keto questions and navigating the website. If she’s a manager like I think then you definitely have a knowledgeable staff working this location. The guys were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Glad to have this 3 miles from home I just wish it had opened during my pregnancy like it was supposed to but glad it’s here now.
