The food was fresh & good. The sauce seems to provide the flavor with everything from bowls to quesadillas. Staff was helpful with our order & great service!

It was Saturday night shift 9:28 pm. It was almost closing time. The guys received me with a smile on their faces. They made me feel welcome and the food they prepared was delicious. We love to order from this place. Keep the great job.

This is my "go to" for fast food. The quality is ALWAYS consistent and fast! The options for healthy eating are phenomenal. I use the online ordering service and they have always gotten my food right! Thank you for helping me stay healthy.

Wish I could give 0 stars restaurant is dirty there were rats and Roches running around everywhere Food had no flavor to it tasted old

Incredible service and tasty food 5 stars!

Just watched employee cut my fruit order with his bare hand. He had a glove on the hand holding the knife but no glove on hand that handled my fruit. I don’t want skin cells seasoning! Needless to say I threw it away. Also, you have to scroll through the menu yourself to order, very unsanitary! Then, they want you to tip. What am I tipping? I did everything but cook. Luckily, the food does taste great! I just know to not order the fruit ever again!

The steak quesadillas with ranch dipping sauce are legit. I’ve also had the zucchini noodle warm broth bowls a couple times and substituted the corn, onion, carrot for baby kale, broccoli and chick peas for no extra charge and added blackened chicken breast…it’s pretty legit if you’re looking for something that’s not trash for your body. My only small issue with the broth bowls are the awkward to eat with rectangle-like spoons. But yea, definitely recommend the place and the wraps are also pretty fire. I’d rather sit at the outdoor tables than the inside at the location in Westchase. It’s not dirty inside but it’s relatively small, I prefer more space.

I have Uber eats at this place twice. First time, my order was wrong. I gave them a second shot tonight. My order is wrong again! Missing specifically requested items that I paid for. Sorry I tried but won’t be a third time.

No exaggeration on this 5💎 review. I don’t live here and it was my first time and the salmon wrap I built.……delicious would be an understatement! And the employee was extremely helpful and courteous. I’m in town for 2 days and think I found my lunch and dinner spot!!

Delicious warm bowls. My favorite is the greek bowl with garlic chicken. So fresh and good size portions. Just tried the asian noodle bowl today, I have a new favorite!

They are cutting costs. I had a ton of rice and not so much veg. I didn’t even get meat. It tasted good, but it was once amazing. I don’t mind paying extra for organic and wild caught, just saying.

Cashier was extra friendly and helpful. I was leary about food, first time here, as I am a junk food person but he explained everything explicitly. We actually enjoyed it alot. Food was good.

I usually make online orders and pick up. The orders are always completed on time and the food quality is great.

What a blessing this place is for casual healthy dining. Dairy free, and gluten free options. They use avocado oil and not corn oil.

I got the Cali warm bowl with grilled chicken and it tasted really good but they don't include the sodium in the nutrition values which is important for me when picking sauces/dressings.

Undercooked brown rice, dry black beans, and literally not a dash of seasoning. If you like really bland, expensive, hospital food this place is for you.

I grab food here very often. It is fresh, healthy, and delicious. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed .

The first time my husband brought it home it was delicious. This time it was okay. The salmon was cooked perfectly but the rest of our bowl was not so fresh. The beans were sad and looked like they had exploded. I don't want to say that they were put in the microwave but they kind of look like they were. There was no bean sauce so that was kind of a bummer. Not sure how it's supposed to be served but it would have been nice if everything in the bowl except for the avocado was hot and fresh. I will say that we did get great customer service from one of the guys behind the counter who helped us with the menu. That was helpful. I appreciated that.

My go-to place!! Never disappoints. The poke and teriyaki bowl are my favorites as well as the smoothies! Breakfast lunch or dinner I can always find something on their menu that I will love. The staff is always so nice and helpful as well.

We used to love your broth bowls but in the ones we got today the zucchini noodles were just julienned rather than the nice thin texture that absorbed the broth so well back when we used to get them. Please bring back the old zoodles!!

Very fresh food and awesome service at the counter. Meat quantity is on the small side for the price, and the chargrilled chicken thigh was super dry and over cooked

Place was clean, food was good. Ordering was easy and the wait for food wasn't bad. Menu options were plentiful, and the Greek bowl was excellent. Looking forward to eating there again!

The food at So Fresh is usually good, but the price of the meals are high. I'm only leaving two stars because on top of paying a high price for the food, I paid with a credit card on the app, and they automatically added a 15% tip. This is ridiculous. They aren't even serving us at a table (we got take out). I was going to give them a couple dollars when I picked up the food, but we were not given a choice. The company thinks we should pay them extra to make the food we pay a high price for in the first place. Will think about going someplace else next time.

It’s been a while since I last ordered from SoFresh. This time it’s wasn’t that good. Had maybe half of the portion I used to get.

It does lives up to its name, SoFresh it is. Have tried different bowls but personal fav is the power bowl with herb chicken. Pesto sauce is amazing, never short of freshness. Staff is super friendly, wait time is really small. If you are looking for healthy meals, this is your place. I just hope they open few more locations.

Went for lunch, the food was amazing. Cooked well and seasoned perfectly with the spicy sauce. The guy working was really nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend for a healthy food option.

I just had the signature salad with wild caught ahi, my wife had the kale Caesar salad with blackened salmon, and we both loved them! So insanely delicious and very nutritious too! Their app is fantastic too, very easy to navigate. We love so fresh and will definitely order again soon!

Always busy here but quick service and great food. The kids even enjoy it. It is always clean inside the dining area and the restrooms have also been clean.

Food quality is second to none. There was a little mistake and they instantly made it right. I would recommend eating here everyday if you want to increase your quality of life

I got the poke bowl, and it was just...so bad. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, and the avocado was under ripe and hard. This was my first purchase from so fresh, and will be my last
