Never had a good experience here. Cashiers are so judgmental and rude. They won’t even greet you back. So sad this is the Publix closest to me.

This Publix comes very close to hitting a home run. The place is always clean, ever employee I've met there has been professional and friendly. While the selection is great, it really depends on your palate. Sure they have Tahini and Ghee, but no ground clove or zaatar. They are are both listed on all the delivery apps but even in person there is none. Same with fresh parsley. They have enough cilantro to make an swimming pool full of salsa, but no parsley for me to make tabouleh. It's great to have a store so close, but I hate constantly having to shop out of my area or online for these things that are staples in my and many others homes.

Like any Publix, customer service is great. But it's small size and resulting lack of inventory means you are lucky to find more than 2 brand options for most items, and sometimes you are stuck with just one. Overall, it's fine in a pinch, or if you are not very discerning in your brand preferences. But if selection is important to you, consider going elsewhere.

As a newcomer to town, I’ve been impressed with my experience at this Publix. All the employees are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The sub station is a particular highlight—the sandwiches are delicious! I love this Publix for its great atmosphere, excellent deals, convenient location, and outstanding service. However, I did notice that they don't carry propane for BBQ grills. It would be great if they could offer this in the future. Overall, this Publix has quickly become a favorite spot for me, and I look forward to continuing my shopping here.

This is the worst publix I’ve ever been to. It’s unfortunate when I have to stop here, it's on my way home. The employees extremely rude acting as though customers are a burden. I went through the 10 item isle, I had 3 items over and the lady is already making faces counting, then she had the nerve to tell me "oh I will try to get you out as soon as possible just in case" I told her we can do two separate orders and it wiill be less than 10 items, she said absolutely nothing and then started acting nice. With the managers attitudes it’s so wonder they hire such miserable people. This store location deserves 0 stars.

Great service every time I go there

I wanted a cashier's check for $7k but I was refused when the staff called their boss he was extremely disrespectful to me and if you think you did me a favor by coming out you are wrong! The staff is extremely incompetent!

Fully stocked, and lots of specials. Clean inside and out. Plenty of parking, easy use shopping carts, friendly worker's.

This publix is so frustrating. it's all on the management and the right side of the store. The right side is where the deli,produce, and meats are. These are the 3 areas that are nothing but problems. You may ask, what kind of problems? Let's start off with the meats. The meat department has poor quality cuts of meat. Their t-bones have no filet side nor do their porterhouse steaks. That alone is terrible, but I have noticed that during the weekend, they put out limited amounts of certain meats, and all of them are either poor cuts,going, or already gone bad. What they do is limit your options so you only have between bad and worse to choose from. They are keeping the good cuts saved until they move the other meats, but that means they are stopping us as customers from buying quality food and expecting us to feed our families this subpar, poor quality food and still pay a premium price while they keep the good stuff just outside of our reach. Now lets move to the deli, The deli slicing stations are great. They know what they are doing, but The sandwich and fried chicken areas are a constant mess due to poor management and laziness. Trying to get a sandwich made is like pulling teeth. The people making the sandwiches seem so confused as to how to actually make the sandwiches. Seem confused by the whole process. If you want a sandwich be prepared to wait about 20 minutes. The grab and go area with the fried chicken is also a constant disappointment. The rotisserie chickens are only lemon pepper, they do that because they know nobody is buying that chicken. They do that because that will give the presentation that the area is full, just so they don't have to make more. So if you want MOJO or regular rotisserie chicken, too bad! they only have lemon pepper! Maybe you want some nuggets, oh wait they only have the spicy nuggets because they sold out of the products we actually want and they put it in the same container as the regular nuggets, so that's not confusing. The fried chicken is always taste stale. let me tell you about the produce. If you came in looking for something, you're probably leaving without it. Their peaches, plums,and nectarines are hard as rocks. They don't have greenbeans or broccoli that you can steam in the bag. They don't have corn on the cob. They don't have English cucumbers. The blueberries have mold on them. And why wouldn't they? I got them from the publix in westchase. Even parking is a nightmare. they also don't have enough handicapped parking either. This store has gotten so bad that we had to start going to other stores so that we can actually buy food that is not rotten and complete our shopping list. They say we're shopping is a pleasure, but what's pleasurable about?

The store is clean and well stocked. Great service and staff and great customer service.

Management***Please educate sandwich workers that it is not sanitary to touch receipts and then touch the food people will be ingesting. Receipts are coated in a chemical that easily enters the body. I'm shocked to see multiple workers doing this- touching receipts and seconds later, grabbing food with same glove.

Love this Publix. Always very organized and clean. I'm usually in and out without a long wait. And the staff seems friendly. Only thing I would have to say is we order wraps or subs pretty regularly, and I always seem to notice those poor employees get way too bombarded between in-person and online orders. Get them some help from somewhere.

Always the freshest food, always polite service. There is but one exception; a mean, surly woman in Deli who refuses to give customers what they ask for at times. Quite bizarre.

I was just in there about 15 minutes ago. Went though Jake E. Lane. (Express lane 9). Jake was too busy talking to the lady in front of me. He didn't even know he was checking me out. Made me feel like I was a bother.

Love shopping at this Publix. They have a good hot bar,easy parking and majority of staff friendly minus a few rude ones that shouldn’t be in a customer service job! Hint: bakery manager!

The Deli prepared foods manager is simply incompetent & needs lesser responsibility. Its sad when you live across the street, and think lets walk to Publix to get food, how convenient, but instead every single day for 4 months you stop in and can never get breaded chicken wings. Simple stuff that every other location has readily available, and whats sadder is ive spoken to each member of management including the store manager regarding the lack of oversight in the prepared foods. At any given time you can walk up and find food with sell by times sitting on the shelf for people to grab that are several hour past their sell by time, including plain non breaded wings. You are always throwing away this product, and i brung it to your attention, but the response i got was that the breaded does not sell as well.. yet its never available, and plain is always expired. This is simple Profit & loss, now again i am driving to racetrack road to get what they keep on hand.. like you should. Management is just comfortable, and could care less about fixing issues. So instead of walking acrosd the street i have to drive to oldsmar. Thank you Matt for failing at your job. I loved you excuse “oh we just use random skus when we order so the system thinks we have the chicken, but we dont, im going to fix it” oh i thought it was the “it does not sell as good as others” excuse you used first time… less excuses, better prep & planning. If you need a manager that stays on top of things, give me a call. You know who i am.

Employees were really respectful and courteous, finally. Publix in Temple Terrace, most employees are not so professional, respectful, or nice!

The lunchtime sandwich makers are pitiful. Way too slow, it takes your whole lunch break just to order. I'm also very pregnant, and they have never offered to help carry my groceries. At other Publix this service is a given. Step it up Westchase!

What's not to like about Publix? They have everything you need for food in one location and everyone who works there seems to enjoy it. They are friendly and helpful! I've never had a bad experience in a Publix. You can even ask the manager to order you something specific if that publix doesn't carry it. Awesome!!

This is the worst publix I’ve ever been to I’ve lived in Florida for over 20 years & this is by far the worst location I’ve given this store several opportunities & each time it’s a terrible experience. Workers are extremely rude & standoffish you ask them a simple question & they act as though you are bothering them or a burden. I asked several workers how they are doing and they ignored me. Corporate needs to come stop by & re evaluate the people they have representing the publix brand shopping was absolutely NOT A PLEASURE!

Overall Publix is still my go-to! However I must say I am disappointed in the wings I have been getting from several different stores. Hopefully it's just a season or time frame and they will get better?

Amazing experience and customer service.

They get 4 stars for the broad range of available groceries. Prices, in particular for vegetables, are always higher than in most other stores. I don't like BOGO. I would rather get one article half of. If the price is attractive enough, I buy multiples but often the base price seems inflated.

I go to 6 different Publix supermarkets and this is my favorite.

Not very pleased. There was a violinist in the parking lot playing incredibly moving music and someone came out and made them stop. This has never been a problem before the several times someone has played. I don’t know about protocol or complaints or anything like that but I do know I always loved that music and Publix will never get cent out of me ever again.

Slowest sandwich making line out of any store I’ve ever been to. If you’re not here first in line get prepared for a 15 minute wait. 3 people behind the counter, 1 helping with in store orders, 2 doing online orders. Help the customers that are here not the ones that order online first. Not to mention how many people they have working in the back. Publix needs to work on this, Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, any other sandwich store in and out in 5 minutes. This store consistently 15+. Standing in line as I write this, it’s 12:43 I was second in line behind 1 person, she orders 3 sandwich’s it takes them 20 minutes to make them. This is ridiculous. Don’t come here. Publix learn to make them quicker. There’s a jersey mikes 5 minutes away on Linebaugh go there instead.

Publix is usually consistent with quality throughout all of their locations, with slight variances from time to time. This location is no different. Although it seems as most staff keep to themselves and often don't engage a lot of customers, there are some that go out of their way to offer assistance and be kind, including almost everyone at check out. Nice overall location.

I like Publix, I just wish it wasn't so darn expensive. I only come here for certain BoGos, the deli, barkery, and take out meals. The rest of it is way cheaper pretty much anywhere else you would choose to shop. Use their app for some special offers and coupons, which combined withe the BoGos can make it affordable.

Bar none now you're getting this information from a guy that travels all over Florida I'm talking about Naples Fort Myers Sarasota Miami West Palm Beach Daytona Beach there is no better Publix than this one right here they have different items to places Immaculate the people are super friendly

This is the fabulous supermarket much like Whole Foods. The one in this location is different than other ones that I've been to in Florida. This place is fabulous.

Have been coming to this store for the past 5 years and never had any issues, like most Publix stores. 3 different times in the past couple months i would get off work around 9pm and have to get some cold cuts from the deli, it seems that they are not willing to keep the deli open after 9:30 although the store closes at 10pm. This only happens every once in a while but when it does, it is very inconvenient for customers who's only time they have to go is after work at 9pm. No other problems other than that, still a great location for all my needs. Please correct me if I am wrong and the Deli does close earlier? But it does not state that anywhere, so I assumed the entire store stayed open unless said otherwise.

Best Publix I’ve been to. Everything flows seamlessly, making it super easy to find everything you need (plus some.. I never leave a Publix with what was written on my shopping list lol). The employees are all very friendly and helpful as well.

From my experience mom-fri at lunch time. You have to check your online sub orders before leaving the store as they forget to add the condiments to your sub.
