I had the most amazing experience here! The frozen yogurt and ice cream is AMAZING! I had the pineapple dole, coconut, orange dole, and vanilla frozen yogurt. My husband had the ice cream and really enjoyed it. I love that this place is right next to a place that we frequent. We will definitely be back.

Kids that work here are awesome. Great service and super friendly. They give me hope for the future. Five stars on the Icecream as well.

Um I came here for frozen yogurt. The second the “chocolate” started coming out I could tell it did NOT look right. I sampled the vanilla and the coconut. Trash. Should’ve read the reviews first. Definitely frozen sugar water. 100% sugar, 0% yogurt. Disgusting. Even my 4-year-old wouldn’t eat it.

This was my first time at Froyo. I tried it because of the many good reviews. Sadly, it was a disappointment. I disliked this frozen yogurt and It was the worst I have ever tried. The taste was very sugary and so artificial.

Omg i drove 20 minutes to this place and boy it fell short. 😡 this frozen yogurt is the worst I have eaten in my life. Disgusting I don’t think they taste their stuff it tastes like nothing more like sugary frozen water. Yuck it’s my first Zero star ever. The only reason they get a one is because they were open. The three girls working here didn’t even explain anything not helpful at all. I would ask for my money back but not worth my time I through that nasty thing in the trash because thats where it belongs don’t waste your money go down the street to jeremiah its by far the best place. Just keep going don’t bother with this place.

What a fantastic fro-yo shop! They always have multiple sugar free options (mint is the best 😉!) as well as many other non-sugar free flavors! The owner is great…so friendly and personable! We love getting fro-yo here!

Went for a little sweet treat here tonight with a rowdy group of 6 and was in awe with how good this place is and how sweet the workers are! Alexa and Lexie were so helpful and informative (also the absolute sweetest people I’ve ever met) Go support this business, they’re awesome!

We visited Froyo on August 13th at 4:15pm. My wife was struggling with the faulty handle on one of the yogurt machines. I turned around and saw the girls behind the counter standing there watching her struggle. They made eye contact with me, and I finally had to tell them to come help. The brunette came over to help, but she was clearly annoyed and made sure we knew it. The "yogurt" that came out of the machine was some frosty paste. If this was yogurt, it was the poorest quality yogurt I've ever had. I've had frozen yogurt all over the country over the last 30 years, and frozen yogurt is our favorite dessert. Whatever this was, we couldn't even finish it. I would not come back here again. The service is awful, and the drywall paste they call yogurt is not fit for human consumption. We had been coming to this place for years, and whoever the new owner is has done a real disservice to the local community by running a business that has no standards for quality or service.

Froyo is the best! We moved away from Westchase and still drive back for the amazing ice cream and frozen yogurt! They cater to all my children’s birthday parties and do an amazing job. It’s the highly anticipated birthday party treat! Highly recommend!!!

We always enjoy the frozen yogurt here and the great service. There are always 3 sugar free choices that are delicious. There are also many other flavors along with regular ice cream. There are plenty of toppings for all ages.

Was not impressed. My husband and I did not like this place. They didn’t have a big selection of yogurt to choose from. I ended up getting regular ice cream and it wasn’t good. It was the worst cookie dough I’ve ever had.

I’ve been coming to this froyo for years and I love it. Really fun and inviting space and amazing staff.

My entire family loves FROYO FRESH. My wife and I go for the FROYO, but the fact that our kids can get ice cream is such a bonus. Although they love the soft serve froyo, they especially love the homemade ice cream with all the mix-ins that are actually in the ice cream! Even when the ice cream isn't a brand new tub, there are still loads of mix-ins (oreos in the cookies & cream, chocolate chips & cookie dough in the cookie dough, brownies in the fudge brownie.) So many choices! My wife goes everyday for her fix of sugar free froyo- they have the best in town and always have 3 flavors. a couple times the sign was off a sugar free machine, but we just asked and they ran out and are about to make more. Even if we are closer to yogurtology, she refuses to go there because they only have 1 sugar free flavor and it's the same gross flavor, and it's not even low carb or low-calorie like FROYO sugarfree flavors are. And, the other flavors at yogurtology are not nonfat- only 1 or 2 (not to mention it's ridiculously expensive there!) ALL of the flavors at FROYO are nonfat (probably why my wife lets me eat it!) We were recently on vacation- in big cities and we tried to find a decent frozen yogurt store. We searched on yelp and went to a few but ultimately didn't get any because there was either no sugarfree or the place was dirty. So, days went by without dessert. My wife couldn't wait to get home to the freezer to the sugar free Peanut Butter she brought home from Froyo for the night we got home. We are always met with a smile when we go to FROYO- I like to drive through, but my kids and wife like to go in and check out the flavors. One suggestion- maybe a sugar free vanilla in addition to the other 3 sugar free flavors? That way you can do anything you want sugar free! Either way, we are long-time customers and will continue to be loyal customers- we love the loyalty program and love getting the stars!

I drive from South Tampa for this delicious yogurt. Such a variety of flavors to choose from and I am so happy for the soft serve and delicious sugar free options. It is immaculate no matter what time of the day I go there and the customer service is excellent. It is such a colorful happy place and my only wish is that there would be a Froyo Fresh in South Tampa.

Hello I would like to write a wonderful review for this establishment because my son has a hard time speaking for himself and the staff in this establishment made him feel so comfortable and welcome and he was begging me to call this establishment and to let them know that they helped him so much. Their Froyo was so nice and soft and creamy and it was honestly just great in general I loved it and I am so glad to get it. Me and my son feel happy and when I called the establishment they were so kind and sweet that they recommended us to write a review and to let this information be known, you should definitely go there, I rate them five stars.

Best frozen yogurt in town with no shortage of flavors, toppings and dietary options. They even have smoothies! I love that it has a drive-thru and the inside is so fun, comfortable and clean.

This place has the best froyo in tampa I believe. My friend told me about this place and I go just about every week. Or atleast I try. And they give our pups free pup cups. My bailey loves it.

My wife and I got there and I was in the mood for frozen yogurt. I asked the owner (Tuti) whether the pumpkin one was any good, and she said, “Of course it’s good. They’re all good! I made them myself!” She was right too. I would up getting a mix of pumpkin and salted caramel. They were delicious!! We’ll be back for sure.

I love froyo they have a large selection of different frozen yogurts and ice cream. My personal favorites would have to be the pineapple dole whip, raspberry sorbet, and the birthday cake ice cream and froyo. Last time I went I ordered a açaí bowl and it was delicious and super pretty!

First time trying this place. Definitely a five star. Mom and pop type feel. Was welcomed and helped from beginning to end. The lady helping us even turned on a Netflix show for my kids to enjoy while eating their yogurt. You have to give it a try. The Pineapple Dole Whip Yogurt is amazing.

I contacted Tanya on a Sunday and asked her to cater an event that was planned for Wednesday. Not only did she say yes, but she was eager to help! She came with extra treats for all of the kids. 👍👍 I rented the Froyo truck for a day during CNA week & it was a hit! Out of everything we did that week, The truck was the highlight of the week. It was all everyone talked about at work! & my staff as well as myself NEVER THOUGHT YOGURT CAN TASTE SO VERY GOOD!!!
