I eat at the Tampa Westshore location at least 3 times a week. The staff and management are super polite and welcoming. It’s hard to find good hospitality nowadays, but they have it figured out.

I tried SoFresh the first time a few weeks ago since I started a new job that's right down the street. The food is really good , fresh, and prepared well. The staff are super friendly. I thought there was order an issue with my delivery order today and the manager offered to make a brand new meal and bring it over himself And refund me for my troubles. Thankfully the order showed up. However, who does that? Who even offers to do that? Super impressive. I will continue to support this location of SoFresh as it's increasingly difficult to find healthy, delicious options for eating out when you have dietary restrictions and care about what you put in your body. Thank you West Shore SoFresh!

This is the best and MOST FRESH place I have ever eaten at!!!!! Everything was so delicious and has sooo much flavor. My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice, quick, healthy lunch and let me tell you this was the spot. They also have amazing frescas. Everyone working was so polite and helpful. If you go definitely get the tulum quesadilla with sirloin & the pesto bacon wrap with chicken!!!!!! 😊

Eric was super nice and helpful since it was my first time there. This is the perfect place to go if you want something healthy AND tasty at the same time. You gotta get the sweet chili sauce and teriyaki sauce with the garlic noodles! I pray you guys open a location in Miami!

This is a fresh bowl restaurant that plays the game super well! Stopped here later on a Wednesday night in April 2024, and Ali was working the front. Even though I was close to closing time, she took my order with a smile. I got the Poke bowl with Ahi Tuna and extra avocado. It was super tasty!!! I paired it with a Lemon Berry Fresca, and what a delight. Great food at a fair price. I will go here again.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. I visited SoFresh on WestShore for the first time after a friend recommended it. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very nice guy at the register named Colin. Menus can sometimes overwhelm me, especially on a first visit, but Colin was incredibly patient and answered all my questions. I decided on the Veggie Sriracha Bowl with added tofu (Colin’s recommendation, and it was spot on). It was delectable. I’m even considering trying the salmon next time I visit— my friend who recommended SoFresh to me swears by it, but I was definitely in a tofu mood this time. I’m amazed I’ve lived in Tampa this long without discovering this hidden gem. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was phenomenal. If you’re reading this, don’t hesitate—treat yourself to a healthy, filling, and delicious bowl. Thanks to Colin and Sofresh for making my first visit so pleasant. I will definitely be back, and I might even treat my staff to SoFresh for our monthly catered lunch coming up.

The food is excellent and there are many different healthy combinations to try out. But beyond the food, I want to recognize the owner, Eric. It’s obvious he really cares about his customers and team. When I’m back in town, I’d love to stop by again!

All very good! Westshore location is best in S Tampa. My only thing is a little pricey now given they changed their bowls. Old bowls you got more and mad the price easier to digest. Great, just don’t go as often as I was going. At almost $20/bowl without a drink seems a little high.

Really delicious food. Had comfort bowl + blackened chicken with mod of no quinoa as base, spinach instead. Husband had a pesto wrap + kickin chicken and said it was fantastic. Older gentleman taking our order was helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend and go again!!

This place is amazing! I've only gone a few times but I will definitely continue going back! Not to be punny, but the food literally is so fresh. The portions are nice and the flavor is amazing! Great seasoning on the proteins. If you are on the fence, just check it out already!

I am from Birmingham, AL and was out in Tampa for a company Job Fair. I have a condition that limits my intake of any meats and high sodium or fried foods. I googled healthy fresh restaurants and this place popped up with a 5-star review, so I had to get there and try. Their dishes looked delicious and fresh. The service from the cashier was unbelievably polite and courteous, you don't see that here very much especially in fast food restaurants unless you go to Chick Fillet. Anyhow, her manager was standing close by when I was asking about their food, and he too was extremely nice and suggested a wonderful dish. Wow, this dish was simple, but delicious and filling, no guilt was felt after I finished it, and the drink was refreshing and very thirst quenching for those Florida high digits of heat. I just wish they had these chains of restaurants down here. Thank you, Mr. Manager and cashier. I loved your great customer service and your atmosphere, oh and those cooks too.

I was very disappointed, the food was not good and the sweet potato chips were raw. It was my first and last time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste and quality ingredients in the bowls I received today at So Fresh Westshore. It was my first time there and I definitely will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend!

We came from Chicago for 3 days to Tampa and just happened to stop by here on day 1, and I am so glad we did because we came back several times during our stay; just fell in love with the freshness of the food here. They have super healthy rice bowl options which are super delicious at the same time. It is absolutely worth trying if you are looking for healthy and tasty food options.

Quickly and easily placed order on website, was able to pick up order *before* it was scheduled to be ready, was greeted by friendly employees and food was good, fresh, and as ordered. Great quick lunch.

Extremely impressed. I stopped by here to grab something quick, healthy, and well-priced . My meal was excellent and cooked to order. I also had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Eric - he was a pleasure to speak with and clearly very passionate about the food they serve and the service they provided. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at SoFresh today! The Power Bowl I ordered was incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole dining experience top-notch.

We have been regulars at SoFresh for a while. Love the overall quality and convenience. However some recent changes have decreased food quality, all Likely corporate driven to save costs. Overall still good, but we may go elsewhere if the trend continues

We stopped to get lunch to go on the way to the airport and everything was delicious!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was out quick despite being cooked fresh to order. I have to eat gluten free and there were plenty of options for me to choose from - the owner was also very knowledgeable and talked with me about what I could have as well. Highly recommend!!

Great healthy fresh food on the Go!

I had a wonderful experience at Sofresh westshore. They are knowledgeable about their indigents. Eric Mathers was fantastic and was willing to go beyond to make sure webhad a godd experience, the food was delicious and we will definitely be ordering again.

This place was INCREDIBLE! The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and willing to do anything to make a customer happy. I wish I could post a photo of the food my husband and I ordered, but alas we ate it so quickly I didn't even have time to remember. We will definitely be swinging by here again when we are in the area. Thank you for making my day! If you have specific dietary restrictions this place is amazing and if they aren't sure something says specifically what it has in it they will let you know, even down to the sauces and where or not they might be spicy or dairy free. The portions are really big which was probably my favorite part, considering that isn't always true when restaurants are more healthy leaning establishments.

This has become a reliable go-to for me as far as fresh, healthy and quality food is concerned. The location off West shore is closest to me but if I'm in the area downtown, they have another location near the Tampa theater that is conveniently placed in the middle of everything. Love the options for designing your own bowl and if you're looking for something that leaves you feeling better after eating it, this is the place to go.

This is the first time that I have had food from So Fresh. My experience was better than expected. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend So Fresh to everyone I know!

The staff is always so nice at this location. The food is delicious and fresh. My go-to is the salmon with shrimp over veggies and their sweet sauce (slightly blackened, so good). Their peanut butter smoothie is pretty good, as well. The only downside is the traffic flow during lunch is not ideal (small parking lot).

Food was good overall! First time eating here. We are eating paleo and there were options here that fit into the diet. Loved the sauces and proteins were good portions and cooked very well. Unfortunately the sweet potatoes in mine and my husband’s bowls were very undercooked and rubbery in texture.

I always place my order for pickup and never have any issues. Always quick, fresh and delicious! I've gone to a few of their locations and I will say I think the Westshore one is the best, but they are all good!

Omg! So today was my first time here. As soon as I walked in Colin greeted me, he knew I hadn’t been here before and proceeded to ask I told him no so we chat about the menu. I let him know I was on a liquid diet he help with to amazingly drink options. Im not a fan of peanut butter AT ALL but he talked me into the banana date peanut butter smoothie added some agave and OMG it was amazing 🗣️HE DID THAT! OKAYYY!!!! I was blown away on how good it was. Thank you for exceptional service today im full of gratitude, you never know what someone is going though and Colins customer service was very warm and welcoming I appreciate that as my family is going through a major crisis. I ordered catering from so fresh, and the food was neatly organized and enjoyed by all attendees at my meeting. I will definitely use them again. The most important thing aside from the taste is a a worry free experience and this certainly was.

So Fresh - Westshore is so good! The Signature Salad is the best salad in town. It's so easy to place an online order and quickly pop by to pick it up. They offer the freshest ingredients, clean and inviting restaurant, and the friendly staff greets you as you walk in the door. I have So Fresh for lunch weekly!

Want a healthy bowl of food here is the place to come to. I had a bowl of Superfood it was delicious! The service was great it's not just a fast food place. They make sure your a satisfied customer. It was a pleasure going to a clean and friendly environment. Next time I come to Tampa this is my go to healthy food bowl place! SoFresh Yummy 😋

The service was absolutely amazing. It was my first time ever being here, & the woman behind the counter was very patient, polite, & helpful. The place is pretty small as far as the atmosphere, but there is some outside seating. It appeared clean & tidy. As far as food, I went back between 3 & 4 stars. For 2 of us, it was well over $50, and the food wasn't bad per se, but it wasn't $50+ worth of greatness at all.

We’re gluten free and it surprised expectations! Food was so good! The chicken was so so so delicious! Our only complaint is that all the chips had milk in them because it was the ms vickeys brand!

I'm here on vacation & stopped in to get dairy & gluten free food. Not only was the food delicious, the service was amazing. Very friendly & did not mind checking to be sure my food was gluten free.
