What a spot! I’ve lived in Barrington my entire life and never been here until last night but I will be back frequently now. Had such a delicious special ravioli with lobster that had more lobster that I could comprehend. I mean this has like 12 massive lobster claws in it. Dishes are beautiful and massive. Extremely reasonable prices for the quality and quantity that you get. Dessert was magnificent as well. The staff was also incredibly friendly, pleasant and attentive. I would say the top restaurant in Barrington.

It's about as good as it gets for Italian! I love the atmosphere; the service was impeccable and busy.

Great place to get Great Italian food

Honestly, we expected a lot more from this restaurant, given what we’ve read. It’s tiny and often feels overcrowded. Almost every time we have eaten here we have been brought next door to their bakery side and seated at a table and chairs that are flimsy and uncomfortable. The bakery side has poor ambiance. The food is ok. Our kids like the pasta, but for a 20 minute drive to Providence there are similarly priced Italian places that are WAY better.

Delicious food ! My husband had Sausage and Rabi over pasta. The Sausage was the Best he ever had !! Friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Definitely a 5Star!!!

I definitely recommend trying this place it’s amazing. The italian food is amazing. The portions are huge. you will definitely have leftovers. the service is amazing and the servers were so nice.

Showed up at 6pm for dinner on a weekday and we're able to sit right down. Food was great and portion sizes are huge, you will have one more full meal worth of leftovers.

This is the best restaurant you will find in Barrington! The spot is cute, they have amazing staff, and delicious food with generous portions! Be ready to take home leftovers, highly recommend their penne vodka and eggplant Parmesan.

Casual and cozy. Good food with large portions. Excellent pastry selection. Service was ok. My date received his drink, then the waitress left to run someone else's check and perform other tasks while I waited for my beverage for a while. Very odd that we couldn't both be served our drinks at the same time. A couple came in after us and were served their food well before we received ours. We were repeatedly told that the kitchen was backed up. Apparently this was specific to us since it didn't apply to the couple next to us. Caprese salad lacked basil. If you dine here, keep in mind that it's a small local establishment with kids working as waitstaff and bartenders. Despite the bumps with service, we'll be back.

Title: Disappointed Customer Experience I recently dined at Spaghetti Lane and had a rather unsettling experience. Despite leaving a generous 20% tip through Apple Pay inside the restaurant, a waiter confronted my husband and me outside, mistakenly accusing us of only leaving a $1 tip. This encounter left me quite disturbed. I attempted to contact the owner to address the issue, but unfortunately, they were unavailable. Such incidents mar an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

This is the third time my girlfriend, and I have been here, and all I can say is, YOU don't have to drive over the stupid Washington Bridge to go to Federal Hill, or Cranston, to get excellent Italian food. I don't mean to disrespect, but Spaghetti Lane does it right. Every dish I have tried has been flavorful, and great portions. I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's day. She had the chicken/eggplant parm, and J had the veal parm. I do suggest making a reservation, because seating is very limited in this establishment, which I think is fine. It's more quaint, and not noisy, which I like. Overall, I highly recommend the Carbonara, and Parmigiana.

Spaghetti Lane is a scam, I believe. The food is sub-par and they underpay their workers. This was an unwelcoming experience for me and the waitresses barely paid attention to me. I do not recommend.

Excellent food and service!! Sauce is delicious. Ravioli's were stuffed with cheese. Best Chicken, Veal and Eggplant parm I've ever had!! 😋 Very fair prices as well.

For 2 people 10-20$ is a joke. Drinks start at 10$. Entrees start at 20. I ordered a strawberry margarita amd I watched her pour a 6 or 8oz CANNED margarita!! 10$ SERIOUSLY!! THE CHICKEN PARM WAS GREAT. Nothing special

Husband and wife team. Chef Michael grew up in an Italian family and the recipes were passed down from his mother. His wife Mary Beth manages the wine bar and pastry shop. She bakes about 50% of the Italian pastries. The other 50% of the pastries come from Modern Pastry Shop on Hanover Street in the Italian North End in Boston. The best pastry shop in Boston. My family's from Florence Italy So I've had a few Italian dishes in my life Everything was phenomenal Dessert I had the Italian cookie made with ricotta cheese. One Mary Beth's specialty creations. Outstanding in every way freaking delicious. The wine bar / pastry shop and espresso is in the second entrance on the left side I had dinner in the cafe not the main dining room. Chef Michael prepares the Italian delicacies for the restaurant and the wine bar / pastry shop. Service was impeccable. I chose the seafood pasta. Overabundance of scallops shrimp and lobster in a red sauce. Usually I finish my meal at restaurants. Extra large portion here I brought half of my dinner home. I grew up on the water. I've been on Lobster Boat, Scallop boats, fishing boats, plus digging my own seafood. All the ingredients of the highest quality Best I've had in the area The wine bar has an excellent selection of wines. Chef Michael and his wife Mary Beth are very friendly and came over to my table A real passion for food and service for their guests. Prices for the quality of food and the service is a real deal here. None better around the area. I chose an Italian Chianti Wine DOC that was absolutely Delicious. I left with a feeling that I was spoiled and pampered all night

Wonderful, authentic Italian cuisine. A gem in Barrington. They also have a bakery steps away that houses delicious pastries. Always a hit when I have company.

The ambience is warm and inviting and reminds me of enjoying a meal in Italy. Easily some of the best Italian food I’ve had. The desserts are fabulous.

Great food and great service! As soon as we approached the door the owner welcomed us inside! They treat you like family here! The pasta and bread tasted great!

Absolutely the best hands down. First time there but definitely not the last. The niece whose name escapes me was incredible in every way. The gentleman who I also do not recall his name was attentive in every way. Now the food. We had the zucchini flowers, the prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and tomato with balsamic, incredible. For dinner the veal and eggplant, meat lasagna and the seafood pasta (this dish was especially outstanding. I have never seen such quality in a dish. I also met the owner and chef. I know understand why these dishes are incredibly. The man puts his soul in each dish. He also has an incredible personality that i observed in our short meeting as he was busy in the window. I promise I am not a relative only a fellow restaurant owner. I truly was knocked over on the quality and atmosphere of this restaurant. We will be back soon and I will tell friends including my own guests who come to my restaurant. May you enjoy success for many years.

What a great find. Located off the main Street in Barrington is spaghetti Lane. It was easy to find it was quite small, but the food is amazing. They had an outdoor seating area and an indoor seating, as well as pastries and desserts. I had the sausage with and spaghetti and a vodka sauce. I would highly recommend going there.

Love the folks working there! All are kind and generous and make honest recommendations! Great wine selection with an even better price! I drive from Mass! Even go next door to get their desserts and authentic olive oil, etc. Nice simple neighborhood spot! You won’t be disappointed

I cannot say enough about spaghetti lane!! We go there for take out often. The food is AMAZING and they give you soooo much. They were our go to during the pandemic. If you haven’t been you really need to! THE BEST ❤️

Best place in town to take your appetite!!

Spaghetti Lane is the proverbial diamond in the rough. Here you will find some of the best Italian food, this side of the Atlantic. Every dish is made with wholesome ingredients and of course with love. Desserts are also exceptional as is the wine list. It is so good that it is now my restaurant of choice, and because of its popularity, reservations are a necessity... You are most welcome!

Had a 6pm reservation…. Sat down to eat and was asked to LEAVE at 6:45pm because another table needed it for a reservation!!!! Kicking me out after 45 mins at dinner!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN. Food was sub par and waitresses were barely paying attention to us.

Terrible experience. Had 5:00 p.m. reservations for dinner . After 45 minutes was told by the waitress they needed the table for a 6:00 reservation in 15 minutes!!!!??? Never heard of such a thing in a restaurant. Mediocre Italian food

This could have been our newest best place, but our visit was tainted by a 'pop-in' from the owner complaining loudly to the clerk about another clerk who doesn't do his job and takes too much time off. It was rude and he could've taken the conversation outdoors, but no.. we were subjected to it, not going back there!

Fish and chips are light and crispy. Huge order. Ate half. The other half for lunch the next day!

Awesome Italian meals!! It’s our favorite place in the summer to sit out on the patio and enjoy our meal. It’s very small inside but they added a cafe next door. The pastries are all awesome !! They serve coffees and lattes etc. and wine too. I wasn’t crazy about the two long tables inside- it would be much cuter atmosphere for some tables for 2 or 4 - the bar against the wall is a wasted space imo. It’s a great place otherwise for delicious lunch or dinners and desserts! Servers are always friendly and efficient.

Best place to eat around if you love good pasta made fresh. This is the best food ever. Great bakery too. You just have to go for yourselves and see

Seafood Pasta is absolutely fantastic. All the seafood is fresh and the sauce is amazing. Meatballs are also outstanding. Really a great spot.

My goodness!!! We ordered the veal parm as well as the special today, mushroom truffle risotto with pan seared scallops, truly AMAZING!! The scallops just MELT in your mouth, and the veal tender. Seriously You should consider keeping that special on the menu! Thank you for once again an amazing meal, where i didnt have to cook!!!!

My sister and I stumbled upon this place by accident. Wasn't sure what to expect. It was amazing. The pastries were outstanding as well as Author the host. Great coffee too.

Amazing! It's our new favorite place and tucked away in our own backyard so convenient! The service as always was impeccable. I went there with a dish in mind that I've been dying to try, the lemon mascarpone pasta however the chef's specials were just too incredible not to try. I went with the veal braciole (after teetering between that the seafood risotto or grilled octopus) my daughter stuck too her favorite chicken parm. Not only did we have a wonderful dinner we will have lunch leftovers for the next 2 days. It was a perfect midweek mini celebration for my daughter's first day on her new job.

I went out to dinner on a Friday with my two small kids, to get us out of the house while my husband was away. We went before 5 because I know Fridays are typically busy and kids aren't fun to be around. We were sat outside and after the host brought us our water the waitress came over and complained to the host, while at our table about why did she sit us here we were taking up too big of a table, it made me very uncomfortable and I offered to move but she scoffed me off and said no it was fine. After the waitress took our order I noticed that other tables were offered a list of specials, and were brought bread before their meal with oil and vinegar. We got bread, but no O&V and we were not told about specials. My last problem came when I got my check the waitress had overcharged me for an additional glass of wine, I understand that these mistakes can happen however it felt more intentional as I was obviously an easily distracted Mom out with her kids barely looking over the bill. In combination with the other problems I had with service I do believe this was intentional. The food was fine, but honestly my overall experience and how unwelcome and burdensome I was made to feel made me not want to come back here again. In a community with a lot of families I would think families with children would be more welcome, my experience at this restaurant they were not.

Meal was delicious. The service was great and the food came out fast and hot.

Nice little spot but if you know your Italian, you’ll realize food here is very mediocre (and quite possibly just bad). Overcooked pasta was drowning in sauce. Nothing cooked to order. On top of that, they charge an extra fee to use a credit card and don’t tell you. The waiters came out about 20 times to check on us but failed to mention the extra fee. In short, too much attention from wait staff and too little attention to food means we won’t return anytime soon.

An enjoyable experience at this small unpretentious restaurant in Barrington. I had the Egplant Parmigian with penne pasta. The servings are large and the dinner was delicious. Service was excellent and staff were very attentive.

Was amazing. Red sauce and meatballs were extremly good. Sauce was perfect and had a little sweetness that brought it over the top. I had carbonara and my fiancee had eggplant parm. Both amazing and huge portions. We will be back soon.

Excellent food and attentive, cheerful service. We ate outside, and it was fun. We started with the special beet salad; it was big enough for all four of us and the best I’ve ever eaten.The eggplant parmesan was absolutely delicious; we split the portion between two of us, and it was more than enough for two. Our group also got spaghetti and meatballs - biggest meatballs I’ve ever seen, and very yummy. The kitchen is super fast, so there was no waiting to be served, a distinct advantage for our hungry five year old. I enthusiastically recommend this tiny, terrific place!

I was inspired to leave this review before I finished my take out meal. Hubs got the chicken and eggplant parmesan and I’m eating the seafood pasta. Generous portions and toppings. Scallops are tender in the seafood pasta and everything else cooked well. Super tasty and hitting the spot!

Best Italian food in RI!!! I ordered takeout and as soon as I put it in my car and closed the door, the most amazing aroma filled the car. I couldn't wait to get home and taste it. We ordered the Gnocchi with pink Vodka sauce with sausage and it was AMAZING!! We also ordered the Chicken Parm and that was equally incredible! The portions are GIANT and good for two meals for most.... Even better the next day! I highly recommend this obscure GEM of Italian cuisine located in the center of Barrington around the corner from the UPS store behind Dunkin.

As a local to the area, Spaghetti Lane continues the great trend of fantastic authentic food establishments in Barrington. Filling big shoes after ‘the table’ left the same location, we have eaten some of the best Italian pasta dishes since they arrived. Despite covid and its restrictions, their service, menu and quality of product is excellent. The seafood pastas are phenomenal, sausage dishes sublime, gluten free or regular, the portions are both tasty and hearty. Huge effort across the board, and may it stick around for many many years.
