It's a hidden gem in the back of a gas station. The name speaks for only half this place. They also offer Asian food with a great price tag and heapings of great food.

She will slice it fresh after you order. Huge sandwiches that can easily feed 2 people (full) and good Asian appetizers

My sandwich had nothing much on it really thin shaved meat and no veggies.It was flat, 16 inches of bread

I was weary due to the location, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will likely get double meat and veggies next time, but you get a lot for the money. I decided to get the Crab ragoons, which were pretty good. I'll be back.

Love this place really good sandwiches

I LOVE spuckys... their subs beats subway by a mile. The staff is very friendly, all the meats are cut fresh, veggies are fresh. Bread is soft and delish.

Really good subs, also has a side menu with Chinese food that I haven't tried yet but is on my list! It seems to be a mom/son run business, son runs the cash register and mom makes the food. Every sub I've had has been fantastic.

I love this place. Good prices, good food, and they're convenient for me. I sometimes order these for my workers and they're always happy to see their subs. I highly recommend them.

In a town full of chain restaurants, this is a rare family-owned deli unassumingly located inside the Admiral gas station on State Street. I’ve had a few subs from here and they’re always delicious, and on fresh bread. Today I ordered inside and only waited a few minutes for my sandwich but I see they have an online order option also. There are some tables and chairs inside to eat-in at. Very fair prices. Way better than JJs or subway. Enjoy!

Truly some of the BEST subs in the Saginaw area. I always go for the #10 ELLA BELLAS TURKEY & CHEESE with everything in it except the oil. Change in ownership a few years back but there wasn’t any let down in the food or service at all. The new owners even added more items to the menu like wontons and other Asian items. Very convenient in & out within 5-10 minutes depending on if you order hot or cold sub and you can dine is as well. Their subs are enough to split with someone or save for later.

Fantastic fresh deli subs - all the Meats and cheese are sliced in front of you. Portions are very large, with plenty for leftovers. Can't wait to try other menu items!

Our first time but definitely not our last!! New favorite for sure! Bread was so fresh and tasty, meat and other fixings piled high, very delicious! They were kind enough to also provide us with some free samples of their Asian appetizers, 2 beef filled and 2 crab cheese-type, cooked fresh, with sauce for dipping! A hidden gem! Please check them out for yourself, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! They are located inside of the store for the Admiral Gas Station @ 5605 State Street, across from the Covenant Med-Express. They have a very extensive sub menu, as well as Asian dishes. The people are so friendly and very appreciative of the business! Wish we had taken pictures before we devoured everything! We might never cross the threshold of another sandwich shop again after having Spucky’s!

This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the back corner of the gas station. The sandwiches are always amazing! The bread is great and every topping is deliberately placed with such care. I love things to be orderly and symmetrical, and these sandwiches are! 😄 Try the #13 - delicious!

These subs are amazing extremely large not a 12 inch but about 16 inches the bread is phenomenal plenty of meat and cheese cut fresh to order and the owner is extremely pleasant and makes some off the hook Chinese food as well I’ll definitely be back. In the Coney dogs are excellent too

Somewhere in a Faraway land known as saginaw, tucked hidden in a gas station on State Street, there are tales of little unassuming sub shop that sells amazing flavors. No one knows where it came from, all that is said is that once you buy a sub from here you will never know any better taste ever again... But on a real note, this is by far one of the better sub shops you will find in Saginaw and for what you pay you get a lot more then what you expect. Hands down to anybody visiting the Saginaw area I will recommend this shop to you all the time. Plus the people that serve you are actually pretty nice. 😁

Five star rating to Spukys owner, staff, and all around exceptional lady, Ning. For over five months when I stop at Spukys on Friday mornings to pick up some sandwiches I have always left satisfied with the service and the quality of the sandwiches. In a time were quality food continues to increase in price, Spukys has continued to provide a quality sandwich at a reasonable price. I look forward to more sandwiches from Spukys and great service from Ning and an owner and staff who are doing the best to keep me satisfied. My brother picked us up some sandwiches on Friday morning, approximately three weeks ago. My compliments to the very nice lady who put the sandwiches together, especially being under the adversity of customers who were intolerant of a person learning a new trade. Excellent sandwiches and to the lady who couldn't put down her cell phone to order her sandwiches and the young fellow who should have clarified he wanted the sandwich warmed up; It would be nice if people remembered how it is when starting a new job or learning something new. It is sad that today common decency and manners have gone by the wayside and instead of paying attention when ordering it is easier for these and others to criticize a very nice lady working to do her best and please her customers.

They make everything in front of you so you know it's fresh. I asked for extra pickles thinking I'd get just a few - they know what extra means! I just wish their hours were a little longer - they're open Monday - Friday from 11 am to 5 pm. If they were open till say 7pm they'd catch the people going home, too. I still enjoy going, that won't stop me! I highly recommend them.

The owners are professionally friendly and the subs are so delicious! I ingredients taste like REAL FOOD as opposed to the large chain sub place. A whole will feed two... in most cases. :)

The staff is always friendly and try to know you by name. Every once in a while there will be a wait, but their subs are so good that it is ALWAYS worth the wait!

I work at the Admiral where Spucky's is located! I nearly die every time I work days because the aroma of baking bread and toasting subs makes my stomach scream for the Godfather! I usually call my boyfriend to come up and buy a sub for when I go on break! All the employees are wonderful and super friendly! I even ate there before I started working at the gas station. It was a weekly thing we would do! Spucky's and Netflix!!! And since I work at the gas station I see their facilities, very clean and organized, I used to work at a high class restaurant, and those kitchens didn't even compare to spucky's when it comes to cleanliness!!! Plus, I always feel safe working 2nds alone with those guys back there. I know they always have my back! Awesome job guys!!!

Some of the best subs in the area. Great value for the price too. Employees are always friendly, all the meats and cheeses for the subs are sliced when you order them, not shipped in sliced from who knows where. 15" subs, not a fake 12" like some places.
