Wow! So glad I found this place! Great food and great coffee! The vanilla bean and horchata are my two favorite flavors! The Mediterranean grit bowl add boudin to the bowl OMG NEXT LEVEL COOKING RIGHT THERE!! Not sure what they use for seasons in the boudin but it’s AMAZING OMG . The staff is super nice and the cook is always quick and the food always looks amazing. Hot or iced coffee has been good and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Hard to find places to park so get there early. They are rocking out at this place!

This place rules. Coffee is always made well and the pastries are incredible. I rarely post reviews but I’m honestly still thinking about the latte I had yesterday and I had to.

This coffee shop is one of my favorites in New Orleans, I always go here when I’m in the Bywater. They have delicious drinks and food here and such a good atmosphere. The outdoor patio is well shaded, large, and perfect for a nice day (though somewhat lacking in outlets), and the inside is filled with local art and good vibes.

Delicious burritos. But ive had them about 15 times, and everytime without fail, i get a upset stomach and the runs. So im gonna just stop eating here. Maybe the coffee is ok?

It's worth coming here just for the courtyard, and the people watching in the heart of the bywater. Strong coffee, not bitter, great bagels shipped from NY, Gerald's doughnuts for those that don't wanna travel to Arabi, it's a dope spot.

Sweet people serving good food in a cool space. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Perennial favorite of mine.

Depending on who makes your coffee, it can be hit or miss. Sometimes a small latte is only halfway filled. But the coffee is delicious!

I come here all the time and I still haven't contracted scabies. Very glad for the outdoor oogle seating and viewing section I eat the Mario like it's a dietary requirement, provided by nice, albeit, cordial staff Free wifi is always a plus because I don't have phone service

The space is clean, and cute with a giant patio. Cold brew is velvety with great clarity, and balanced acidity- totally crushable and will leave you absolutely jazzed caffeinewise. The bacon breakfast burrito was excellent and had a perfect amout of salsa in it.

Notre coffee shop préféré à Bywater. Ambiance similaire aux environs, artistes, décalé, musique pas agressive. Grande cour extérieure. Breakfast, bagels, sandwiches, granola généreux et plein de fruits. Pas cher du tout, portions généreuses, qualité des produits. Une super adresse.

This little gem of a coffee shop has the best coffee in the Bywater (IMO). Yes, I said it! Sarah is the master maker of iced vanilla lattes with oat milk (my fav!). They also have delicious bagels, breakfast burritos, and donuts. This is an excellent spot for a quick breakfast and coffee.

Feeling lucky this was the first meal of my trip to Nola. Great breakfast options including bagels, burritos, breakfast sandwiches and my favorite, grit bowls. For $5.50, I couldn’t turn it town. Despite inflation it seems the prices have seemed steady over the year but you couldn’t tell by quality - the food was made with love. The sautéed onions and peppers, the best cheese grits I’ve had in a long time. All milk and cream types including oat milk available at the bar. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in their massive yard. Check out their vintage rack, really nice variety of stuff at a great price and profits go to charity. Everyone here seems to go above and beyond, I’d be here every day if I lived nearby!!!

Started the day at a quaint and friendly coffee shop with an 80's vibe. They had some great vegan and gluten free options, clean and fun atmosphere, and pet friendly 😋 Plus a unique little boutique area in the back. There was a lot of pay it forward kindness to some of the local homeless that wandered in as well...made the heart smile to see kindness in the world.

This coffee shop is wonderful in all senses of the world. The owner is fabulous; kind, charismatic, warm and so welcoming. She invited all walks of life to enter her coffee shop. It’s a rarity to find openness like that these days. The breakfast is great. Arguably, the best coffee / breakfast combo in the city. Highly recommend!

Coffee was very good , very friendly staff and a very cute place

Located in the 7th Ward, this free spirited funky and eclectic shop is the perfect spot to start your day on a exciting note. A large backyard patio/garden is perfect to get work done or just chill. The coffee is amazing with great flavor and a great array of choices. It's definitely a local spot with so much character and attitude. I loved they have a gender neutral restroom, which is so clean with a wonderful fragrance and even had a basket with complimentary toiletries and personal items for everyone. Definitely LGBTQ+ friendly and a staff that is awesome!

Been going here for years. Everything's good here (but I like the food more than the coffee) and it's a super identity-inclusive place which is great to see. It feels good to go in here and hang out or hang out on the patio. They sell zines and local art here too which is great. The one nitpick I have is that they consistenly undersoak/undercook their beans and al dente beans are gross.

Very unique place with kind people here. In house made vanilla for coffee. Fresh made food with quality ingredients. Definitely recommend

I had the grits which were loaded with cheese and veggies... Delicious. The cafe au lait was good and the red drink they have is so delicious my friend and I bought another one on the way out! There are a lot of good options for both food and drink. It wasn't as crowded as some other spots so I'd highly recommend.

Get the cold brew with homemade horchata syrup 😍 and hang out in the courtyard. They also have fresh donuts too.

If there's a better coffee shop in town they're doing a banging job of keeping it a secret.

I spent 2 months in NOLA and tried at least a dozen coffee shops, this one is my favorite. The coffee is the best. It's real high end stuff and made perfectly. They have great food including nyc bagels, (as a new Yorker, I can verify their authenticity). Staff is kind and taking strict precautions for covid. prices are affordable. No indoor seating right now, but there is a nice patio. The whole operation has a cool punk vibe that reminds me of St marks place in NYC 15+ years ago, which is a very good thing.

This place had great coffee and gave my pup a cheese biscuit, which was very sweet. I'll definitely be back the next time I visit NOLA.

I live less than a block away from this establishment, and I really mean this: These are some really great neighbors! They bring something positive and yummy to the community. It's a great hangout spot for sobriety; we don't have many places like that here. Their niçoise salad is DELICIOUS. The people are very LGBTQ+ friendly and I feel very safe in their beautiful crowd of local customers.

Was very close to our air bnb. The staff was very informative and helpful. Had baked goods in there. A bit small but still managed to get a seat.

Great coffee and pastries with a friendly staff. The inside space is a little tight for meeting with people so if you're looking to meet with a group of 10 this may not be your best choice. That said, it is the closest feel to a real coffee shop from before the explosion of cafes on every block. I do wish they would stay open later but if the trade off is a great coffee shop, I'm happy with the hours that are in place.

Good coffee, good people. The art on the walls is better than most coffeehouses. Mostly coffee. Good donuts and if you love sweets try out the apple fritters if there is still one in the case. Not a pretentious place.

3.5 stars?... sure why not. this spot popular wit hipsterz/grungy punks/urban reconquista's... and some locals. thank goodness. ya git the feeling this area about to blow up wit all that new streetcar line bid'ness up the block on Rampart. (the real shakin' 'hood from the early days o jazz!!!)
