Baily the cashier was very rude to us. She didn’t want to help and had an attitude the whole time. People like that shouldn’t be allowed to work in customer service.

It’s easy to have a great start to your day here! My coffee is always made to perfection and the kindness displayed from the employees is infectious.

Me and my friend came to this location Bailey M. took care of us on register. She was so rude like she doesn’t wanna take care of us when she was toasting our staff she was literally fighting w food. And she was holding our food next to toaster she didn’t even wanna bring em to front counter & when we approached her to get food she took food to opposite side of the counter & sat it down instead of handing it to us.we will never come back again even is cozy place

This is the best store I have been in. The staff and management are all first class. You always feel welcome, store is clean and mood is always upbeat. A great example of how all the stores should be.

Every time that I come by (once every couple of weeks) it is always amazingly fast and efficient. The drive thru is the quickest that I've seen anywhere, not just Starbucks. I appreciate the staff for this service and their kind demeanors. It's not going unnoticed!

First visit to this location - and surprised how busy it was. Just stayed long enough to order and take our drinks though.

So unfortunate that they don’t make the drink as requested and when you ask for more cream because they barely added any to begin with, you get attitude from them. I just visited this location today and I asked them if they could add a little more cream and the male employee said well next time there will be an additional charge to add more cream. I just spent almost $60 for a little splurge with the family and now I’m told I have to pay more. Just ridiculous! Would definitely recommend somewhere else.

I just have to say the morning crew at this location operate like total ninjas. They are always consistently fast, efficient, and accurate on the order. Did I say they are fast? There needs to be an award given for how fast they crank these drinks out like a machine! Especially the ladies. So impressed. It’s one of the few locations that hasn’t lost its commitment to excellent customer service. It’s so sad how most in food service make you feel like an inconvenience and like you have all day to wait around for what you order. It’s one thing to be slammed with customers but all the time, I go places that it seems like everyone is just there to talk to their co workers and hang out, and they will get around to the customer when they “feel like it”, and they move as slow as possible to let you know they aren’t going to hurry themselves for you. Honestly as a business owner I would never allow that. So whoever is managing this location, thank you. I gladly come here even though other shops are closer because I can depend on the friendly excellent service.

The girls at the drive thru in the morning are always are SO sweet and kind and our coffee orders are always on point! :)

This was the quickest that I have ever been in and out of a Starbucks in a long time. Additionally, they actually had everything in stock, unlike many other starbucks.

I always come to this Starbucks after work and they are by far the best location that makes my drink (toasted vanilla oat milk shaken expresso) they are always on point. Thank you for making me a great coffee and being able to actually enjoy it for the price I pay.

I don’t generally leave reviews but the phone number for the store doesn’t even work so I am unable to call and speak with a manager about the issues I have been having which rather irritated me. Anyways, I come here quite often. Usually it’s great but this is the second time now that I have ordered a macchiato made with almond milk and it has been made with oat milk. I have hypercalcemia so I am on a low calcium diet. Almond milk is pretty much the only milk I can have. So it’s pretty annoying when I get it made with some other milk because I pretty much just can’t even drink it. Might as well throw my money out the window because that’s where the coffee goes when it is not made with almond milk. Employees need to pay closer attention, I order what I order for a reason.

The sweet girl with the pumpkin makeup on today was seriously so kind! She made my day today! Will always come back to this location! AMAZING!

Do enjoy having their coffee every once in awhile

The associates are always so sweet when I go. They greet me at the speaker and inside at the counter and make sure my order is correct and always have a smile on their face. My coffee is made right Everytime and it's always made the same. I go to a different Starbucks and they never make my drink right or they aren't as friendly. I love love love them !! There's one person I want to shout out there. He's an active marine reservists I believe and I'm not sure his name. Maybe Sebastian but if it is, please let him know how great he is and he's always amazing to talk to. Starbucks needs to give their people a raise.

I do like the atmosphere on this Starbucks. Staff is friendly and fast on preparing your orders. Not so good is the parking, sense is a bit tight, and the drive thru is not safe, very bad made, the wheels are in danger going in.

The service here is always really good. I've never had a problem with any of my orders. I just wish there was more outdoor seating. Covered, obviously. Lol.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed. My order was correct and the food was good but one of the employees was very rude. I don’t remember her name but she had black and red hair. She was very short with me and my cousin. She was much nicer to her other employees but not so much to customers. I would suggest she work on her customer service. I understand that my order was basic but the eye roll was not appreciated. Everyone else was pleasant enough but she really ruined the experience for us.

Spinach Wraps .Low Calorie , filling and some Starbucks don't carry , so please call ahead . Went out of way to drive and get Spinach wrap herec.

Stopped by a dozen times while on a work trip a couple weeks back. Never disappointed- the staff was really kind when I was “that guy” who showed up before closing time after my work stuff finished up late and I wanted a drink. Thank you.

What a mess. 25 people who walked into the store only to watch 30 mobile orders get stacked up on counter. Staff worked hard but on wrong stuff. The virtual customer and drive thru gets massive priority over those who walk in. Massive ugh.

Frappuccino was delicious as always but later upset my stomach for some read on as Im lactose intolerance I asked for soy... So now Im not sure how to make sure it wasn't a honest oversight or sour soy milk. But my lemon loaf slice was scrumptious.

This Starbucks does the best cold brew drinks I'm not sure why but the other ones in the area don't even come close. The staff here also seems to be some of the nicer staffs of the locations. The facility is clean and the drive through is efficient with the exception of the design but I'm sure they had the thought that it would change in the future.

Lemon loaf was delicious. As was my caramel frappuccino...with no whip extra caramel.
