Worst experience ever not a community friendly business no kids no athletic support shame on them children need support and this business literally slammed the door in a 10 yr olds face.

I have been to so many Starbucks in my life, This got to be at the top of the worse ones. They make people wait like you get paid to buy coffee, or maybe you have nothing in life to do, just having a coffee. Whatever you're doing, you will be late for it because of this Starbucks.

This location is closed at 10 pm. It's sad. Right next to the i4 and busy area, they should have open till 12am or more.

July 02- 2024- The barista and register girl gave me the hardest time today. I came at around 5:20-5:30pm to order on half off day (12-6pm). My girlfriend and I have been getting emails about this offer and were excited about it. Once I reached window to pay, the lady with the blue (colored) hair was not welcoming and gave me an attitude for asking to scan my half off code. She explained that it would have to be two separate transactions which I understood and told her that I would go inside for the second order since my girlfriend’s app was not loading up. We finally got it loaded up and as I went to scan it, the lady at the register scanned and said that my girlfriend’s code has probably been used already cause it was not popping up on her screen. I explained that this was a brand new account and that there was no way it has been used yet. The offer was sitting on the home menu. Then she says that because it’s new it won’t go through. It doesn’t say that anywhere in the terms for the offer. I asked if there were any exceptions that she or a manager can do for one drink! She said no and smiled in a petty manner. It seemed they just wanted to give me a hard time today because I passed on that drink, went to the Starbucks next door and there were 0 issues they gave me the second order there for half off. I understand we have rough days but cmon guys where is the customer service.

I think her name was Allison? Blue hair! She recommended a black tea for me and it’s STUPENDOUS! 10/10 best purchase I’ve made from a Starbucks!

Waited for my drinks that had been taken by someone else due to the fact that they ask for names just to sit them on the counter and not call youre name at all. Than waited an extra 10 mins so they could figure out what happen to the drinks, starbucks has been a favorite of mine for 9 years now but lately its just not meeting an expectation with the prices you’d think it would come out correctly.

Stopped in for some egg bites and a pup cup.

06/19/2024 Padded bench style seating with plenty of power outlets along one wall with 7 tables you can work at. A few wooden tables and chairs in the center. Outdoor seats with umbrellas too. Iced coffee was burnt tasting. The bacon egg and gouda was alright. It was part of the $6 paring promotion. There is a shopping plaza behind the Starbucks. Taco Bell and Panda Express nearby. Best Buy too if you need charger, cables, etc.

Thank you for the espressos and kale mushroom mushroom bites as I Star Hop across the country, lol.

My recent visit to Starbucks left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Upon ordering my usual cafe latte, I was met with an unusual sour taste that was far from the smooth and satisfying experience I've come to expect. This unexpected flavor was accompanied by a tickle in my throat, a sensation I certainly didn't have before stepping foot in the establishment. One would think that a global chain like Starbucks would prioritize consistency and quality control in every cup they serve. However, my experience suggests otherwise. Whether it was a failure in ingredient quality or a lapse in preparation standards, the end result was a far cry from the premium coffee experience Starbucks promises. This experience not only left a sour taste in my mouth, quite literally, but it also calls into question the reliability of Starbucks as a go-to destination for coffee enthusiasts. If Starbucks hopes to maintain its reputation and customer loyalty, it must address these issues promptly and ensure that every cup served lives up to its high standards

Very nice and spacious place. Food and coffee was delicious. Yesterday, they only had 2 people working and a drive thru that was long as the highway it connects with😄. To the manager, please get more people hired or to work on a Saturday evening to help support those 2 young ladies. They worked there behind off to ensure every order was made perfect. As a manager, you already know Starbucks is going to attract customers, and you only have 2 people on a Saturday. This is why people quit. Please help your staff‼️

Starbucks was amazing today, I normally come during the day but around night was when i dropped by with a friend to talk. And the workers were lovely to us and fast. Kyleigh, Michelle jayleen Should definitely all get a raise!!

Starbucks is often busy on a Sunday afternoon, but it's always worth the wait. My frappuccino was cold and creamy, with just the right amount of caramel. Brown sugar oat milk espresso is also good!

Good service and friendly employees. Clean facility and easy to get in-out of the parking lot.

Typical Starbucks format. Eight workers here on a Wednesday morning. Plenty busy. Parking lot cramped so if you park watch that you don’t back into someone in the drive through line.

This shop charges $0.30 more for each item than the shop in South Lakeland! Starbucks is too expensive as it is!

This location is always slow, messes up my coffee order and yesterday was out of two teas I normally get at other locations. I really didn't want to stop here but it was the only location close at the time.

STARSUCKS This place is so sometimeish... Literally, one WORKING crew is so amazing, and the other WORKING crew is absolute trash. IF SOMEONE ORDERS A BAGEL WITH CRAEM CHEESE, it means to put the cheese inside of the bagel. If I wanted to do it myself I could go to publix and buy bagels and cream cheese for half the price. I guess if it was busy, then I can see the oversight... however, there was a whooping 1 car behind me. I hate this Starbucks. ABSOLUTE LAZY STAFF. THIS ISN'T MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS. IVE ASKED NICELY BEFORE AND THE AKWARD UNSETTLING NERVOUS FEELING OF THEM MESSING WITH THE FOOD MADE ME THROW IT AWAY AFTERWARDS.

Very rude barrista. As soon as I came to the drive thru to get my order she proceeded to tell me with a very nasty attitude that i needed to check in before i came to the pickup window. First of all the app does not tell you that you need to check in at all it just says to go to the pick up window at a certain time which i did. Training is very much needed for this person. I didn’t catch her name but whoever was working on drive thru on Christmas eve at 7:12am Maybe She needs to find a job with no customer interaction, perhaps shoveling cow manure.

Whoever was doing the drive thru on Christmas Eve at 7:10 am needs some training on how to deal with customer. Very rude and disrespectful when I was picking up my mobile order. You can clearly see she didn’t want to work today.

This Starbucks place is wonderful. The staff are so attentive, friendly and helpful. They make my drink perfect and I go here about 6+ times a week. They never disappoint.

This place has terrible customer service, I entered the Starbucks and no one greeted me or said anything. I had to stand at the register for 5 minutes before getting acknowledged. I finally received my order and while walking out, another customer walked in and was greeted by everyone in the building. Guess I wasn’t worthy.

i came in wearing my carpentry work clothes , when i came to the counter i was told that someone would be with me shortly. In the next 5 minutes i would have two more people tell me the same thing as i watched two customers ahead of me get their orders filled and even the last two customers in drive thru. I now noticed that 3 o4 people disappeared and the two order fillers were now just staring with a look that made me feel out of place which was an odd thing, but yet no one even attempted to get my order this finally upset me and so I left. Not only did I leave but I went to Publix and spend my money on coffee products that were made by another company. I have firmly decided to NEVER buy anything that is made for or by Starbucks and that includes the ground coffee that I drink on a daily basis Your entire staff needs to be retrained on true customer service because my money is just as good as anyone else's

Thank you to those who worked on Thanksgiving day , me and my family came in early afternoon & the whole team was very welcoming as soon as we stepped in . They went above and beyond for my kids & gave them an experience they’ll never forget. Thank you again !

I love this location, especially before heading to work! Sienna and Jaedyn always put a smile on my face, and I appreciate their positivity and knowledge when taking and handing out orders. The hospitality at this location is superb.

Hello, I just ordered a maple chicken and egg sandwich and the chicken patty was still cold.

A two order coffee one was ready in few minutes, the other (and simplest) was not ready after 20min and when I asked they couldn’t find it in the system. After showing them my phone and the order they made it in 30 seconds.

You can tell they’re cutting corners when making coffee. They’re not putting the correct amount of espresso shots in the coffee during the rush. There’s no reason I’m paying $5+ for straight up oat milk.

I just moved to Lakeland and the staff here are awesome . My drink order was wrong but the barista was so sweet that I wanted to be super discreet about it. The manager was so kind and remade my drink then refunded me . I insisted on still paying for it but she declined . Wonderful Starbucks! I will definitely be coming frequently because of the awesome service and I work just down the road .

Rating: kudos! Starbucks is typically a great experience. It's a coffee shop that offers much much more. Service was astounding and the coffees even better. Will be back.

Need more help all the time. The drinks have never been correct..

Made my drink perfectly just how I order it. This only happens 1 out of 10 times. To come to this location for the first time in years and have my drink made perfectly 🥰 thanks!!! It's also newly remodeled. They apparently are still working on some things they have a few of them mobile mini storage trailers in their parking lot and a giant construction dumpster. It looks really nice inside the lobby. Funny someone wrote a review one week ago that said they have outdated furniture. Looks like you're a bit late with that one, it's freshly remodeled, brand spankin new!!

The only Starbucks in town that knows how to maintain its line around the building in an expeditious manner. Don’t waste your time and any other Starbucks as for two years they keep lines around the building from 8:30 in the morning on because they don’t know how to service people properly. We will all see the customer service contact us free coffee reply, because no local Management ever changes anything.

Well the place was really cleaned, I ordered a ribbon crunch, dragon fruit refresher, mocha frapx2 And a vanilla bean frap The ribbon crunch was too bitter, dragon fruit refresher was decent. The mocha frap was decent aswell but one was too bitter. And lastly the vanilla bean frap was decent. The mocha frap and ribbon crunch, I don't think I could get it again.

I have always been a Starbucks junkie. Back in the early 2000's I even worked at one (and they were one of the best employers I've ever worked for). Lately, though, I feel like maybe they've become too popular. Their drinks don't have that hand crafted feel anymore. They're so busy trying to pump out drinks and food as fast as possible that quality has gone down. Heck, when I worked there, they didn't even have hot food, only pastries and no oven to warm them up. It was all about the coffees and lattes. I still go but I'm more often than not disappointed. This review applies to all of the Starbucks in the area, not just this one in particular. I will say, the girl calling out names for drinks at this location was especially nice to everyone, so there's that.
