Went there last week through the drive thru, staff were polite, happy, chatty, respectful and chearful. Great service and Great coffee! Thank you Starbucks staff 🙂

Nice place but they mess my coffee up far more than they get it right. Its sad actually...they seem to focus on speed and not accuracy. ** I read the response and gitta say... they have remade it and yes... tjey messed it up a second time **

The main reason for the low rating was the service. The girl making the food for some reason skipped over my order. I politely asked for someone to check on my order, so they went and spoke with her. I waited another approximate 10 min while I watched her continue taking orders and make food. Several people who ordered after that took their food and left. I had to ask again after about a total of 20 minutes before a different employee went over, checked the orders, and then just made my egg bites herself. I'm not quite sure why my order was singled out, and I was basically ignored.

I still giving it 4 stars because my issue was handled by their customer service department.

I felt like the young lady at the cash register didn't want to help me make something that I had had at a different Starbucks. She was unwilling to listen and moreover she only wanted to help me if it was convenient for her. I don't need additional assistance but you could speak to your employee who's at the cash register this afternoon

This is where you stop to get coffee, isn't it? I came through around 11 am for a bold coffee (I can't stand the weak stuff) and I'm told they stop brewing ALL special blends after 9 am, but if I wanted to make my regular blend stronger I could add a shot of espresso. Really, could I!! Yes...that's a solution if you want to turn a $2 coffee order into a $6 order really fast, I would need a few shots to make it taste right. There was NO OFFER to brew a pot to meet my request, nothing. I didn't get coffee that day! I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and this definitely isn't the way to make people happy....trying to upsale something when you can simply brew a pot of coffee, that's crazy. I haven't been back since that day.

I think they were racist they don't like Irish people when I asked them about dancing The Jig they told me no way I thought that was very rude coming from my country not being able to do that unacceptable here twice a day now instead of three times

I actually hate this location, they will not allow you to pay with card with out passing you the tab and sayimg oh it will ask you a question before paying,, yep the 15, 21 or 30% tip question! Let me tell you something cashier at starbucks on socrum! Tips are for the service industry! You are not a service industry worker! You are afast food service! You pass over drinks that some one else makes! You are doing your job! Thus should not be tipped possition even more forced! I will avoid this location b3cause it always happens here.

The team inside is great, coffee is Starbucks which is good; however the parking is terrible. Went in the store and then ended up 20 min trying to get out of the parking lot. How did the permitting/engineering for the county allow this? Either way save your time for another exit. Again employees are great so please don’t penalize them for this review.

Those who serve are poorly educated. I ordered a coffee and sat down to wait. After half an hour of not being attended to, I went to the cash register and asked how much longer my coffee would take, and as if nothing had happened, he went to the other end of the bar and grabbed an abandoned glass and handed it to me. They didn't even have the delicacy of notifying them as soon as they served the coffee that it was ready since they didn't bring it to the table! And when I tried the coffee it was already cold!!

It's my first time in this store and it was very unpleasant, I had been waiting for my order for half an hour and they had simply placed it but they didn't tell me that it was already there, I think it was because I was Latin, I could feel that that was the intention

I go to various Starbucks about once a week because the experience is generally consistent. However my wife and I ordered venti mochas yesterday (what could go wrong?) and we made the mistake of not tasting them before we got back on the interstate. My wife's has some sort of weird mint aftertaste and mine seemed to have no chocolate at all in it. I should have been suspicious because the entire side of my cup was stained with a massive spill that had been hastily wiped. We both had to dump these undrinkable unholy concoctions. Skip this store.

Wouldn’t remake my drink after I paid $9.50 for it. I got a refund, all because of someone’s attitude.

I had my first coffee...it was a white chocolate mocha and it was wonderful...I also had a cheese Danish...it too tasted great...I think I'm a new fan...now if I could just afford that habit...lol

I just picked up my coffee and the girl at the register was so friendly and helpful, and the employees did a great job with my drink!

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks but I will stop at one on a pinch. Not of fan of paying for overpriced coffee. Bought a large or grande I think it was and paid $6.00 for it. I'd rather go to Wawa or Race Trac and get a basic large coffee for $2.50 any day but that's me. You like the fancy frills then go to Starbucks. I just want coffee to wake me up.

I stood at the order counter for 10 mins (wish I was exaggerating)while 6 Starbucks employees ingnored me. Not one of them acknowledged me. They were very busy and I get that but I was the only one at the order counter. I would have at least appreciated a sorry, we will be with you in minute, anything but ignoring a customer standing in front of you.

Can't seem to get a drink right to save a life but it was still pretty good

I work very close to this one and Callie always takes care of me! She takes the time to remember my order and my coffee is always perfect! Always a great personality and gives premier customer service! Thank you!

They need more staff. Those that are here are friendly and working hard but there simply aren’t enough employees to handle the demand of this location. The drive through and the wait inside almost isn’t worth it.

We ordered 4 Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, 1 Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and 3 Hot Chocolates and every drink besides the hot chocolate DOES NOT have any Sugar in it. I am really disappointed that Sugar is in the name, and we had none in them.

Friendly staff but they need a larger parking lot, too crowded during busy times.

My drink looked like someone had drank about 1/3 of it, and tasted old with melted ice, and I got the gouda, egg and bacon sandwich and I thought something was off so opened it and no bacon or cheese. I really thought it was so bad it must be a joke, and if I wasn't late for my appointment because I had been in line for 20 minutes I would have gone back! Won't go back here.

Went through the drive thru and it took me about 20 mins to just order and receive the 4 drinks i bought. The coffee had WAY TOO MUCH milk in it. Won't be back. No communication among the co workers

I am only giving this one start because I can’t give it zero! This Starbucks absolutely sucks! Everytime you go there the same drink ALWAYS taste different. The employees act like everything’s a game and roll their eyes at any problem you might have. The only guy that is ever nice is the one that wears glasses and I’ve seen him in his cute little kilt. If he is working everything gets made the way it’s suppose to and everything is timely. There is a tall girl there with long dark hair and she is terrible. Always has an attitude. It’s really gone down hill. All of these reviews are terrible and nothing is being done about so I will make the trip to 98 so I don’t have to worry with it! I literally have to come home and try to make my drink taste better after ordering from here. Horrible location!!

Great food and service. Horrible parking

Food and beverages are constantly sold out. You cannot order in the app if everything is sold out. These folks try really hard but when your drinks are made to order and you receive an attitude with a messed up drink you tend to not want to give a good review. I've given this location too much of my money and too many chances to make it right. I've contacted customer service about the ongoing problems and nothing seems to get done about it.

Convenient. Rude staff that ask for tips they don’t earn. Always get the drinks wrong. Wait time is ridiculous! Drinks are subpar compared to other locations.

If I could give no stars and write a review, I would of. The ladies bathroom was DISGUSTING. You can't tell me that at 11:45am THIS Location cleaned the restroom end of shift the evening prior. Toilet Paper not on roll, used paper on the floor, Pee all.over the seat back side, Pee on the floor, smell AWFUL and trash full. For what STARBUCKS charges for their beverages & food they should have a Private company cleaning those rest restrooms to top notch status for their customers/ patrons. Very disappointed. I'm tild the men's was just as horrible.

My uber eats order was open--not taped or covered. My driver could have done anything to my drink. I picked up in store today. Another bad experience.

Ordered my food through doordash and another dasher grabbed my order and the dasher said the worker acted like the couldn’t remake it and the cancelled my order and thee reason for them canceling it was because “my drinks were unavailable”.

I stopped at this quaint Starbucks for a Dark Roast Coffee and though they were out, I got a Medium Roast and it was still really good. The wait wasn't long at all, they've got bathrooms, and the coffee was good, what more can someone ask for?

The number of times I have been to this location and the one on 98N and experienced disrespectful employees makes me not want to frequent Starbucks anymore. Hospitality is tough, I know, but it’s not hard to be a decent human. If you can’t manage a simple interaction without being rude, get out of hospitality.

Love the app, but when I went in for my coffe I saw a cup i would love to have and saw a sign that said 30% off 🙌 , I was excited to get one but when they rang it up it was not 30% and I felt bamboozled 🤔 it was not on sale. They need to rearrange their shelves so ppl don’t get confused, totally wasted my time and put it back🥺😞 so I gave them a 3⭐️

This location used to be good but not anymore… I went to pick up my drink and it was not the way I liked so I asked for vanilla sweet cream to be added. The guy just threw it in a small cup and gave it to me. You’re suppose to fix it !! I’m definitely not coming back here I will stick to the one on 98.

My coffee was not hot enough and since it was ordered through drive in I couldn't come back to correct it.

Both my coffee and refresher didn't taste good. No sleeve on the very hot coffee. I know I won't go back there.

Went there this morning and watched a terrible interaction between one of their managers and another customer. This Manager was dead set on arguing with a customer and I couldn’t believe it. I believe she said her name was Jess.Upper management might want to check your cameras.

Coffee was just ok on this trip. Ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew. Coffee tasted watered down.

Starbucks on 33th street south is a onenof the great meeting places in st. Pete, fl. They have a staff that is so on point, dunking donut need to take page outnof thier playbook on how to treat the customer. The staff says hellonwhen you come in and goodbye when you leave; and they try to learn your name. They know me by name...James. a few times when i came in, the staff worker came to my table with my coffee, 20 sugars, and steamed cream. Who does that, STARBUCKS. and they have the most beautiful staff male and female, but mostly the females are so beautiful and as David Bromstead says, "they look so yummy."

My husband bought me a tall vanilla sweet cream Brew. It's my favorite drank However, the worst vanilla sweet cream I've had. I want a refund. Its water down I can't even taste a vanilla sweet cream at all!!! Hope it's not dirty water

Lovely friendly barista took our order. Uk Starbucks app didn’t work but saving my receipt. We got pineapple refresher and a dragonfruit refresher. Not seen these in the uk but I have tried the strawberry one we have in the uk. Very bright colours as you can see!

Staff was great, but the parking lot was terrible and if there are large vehicles in the drive thru then you are stuck until they leave

After a long drive, we stop for a delicious cup of joe. Even though the place was very busy, the nice Spanish girl there was outstanding her service.

The long sought after cake pops and they were out of the unicorn ones. Got 2 cake pops & 3 small iced teas- $20. The kids had to experience it though and didn't realize mass amounts of coffee smells like that!

Drive thru is turn into a McDonald’s drive thru asking if my order is done before I even order.

This is a great Starbucks. The parking situation isn't great as it can get backed up. I order ahead and always go in to pick it up, if you are in a hurry. I've always been happy with my orders.
