Check your Order before you leave because the older guy working drive thru won’t check it and just hands you a bag so when you get home it’s a surprise your egg bites are missing.

I’ve been going to the Starbucks for the last six years! They have the best employees and the best attitude and here lately some of my best people that I’ve come to know and love are moving and it makes me sad, but whatever Starbucks gets them next is gonna be very lucky to have them! I hope they read this. They know who I am because I know who they are.

Management does not like a happy 2 year-olds smiling and giggling while mom waits for her to-go order.

I went to buy a coffee and I always order the same flavor every day. I see that the girl is doing it wrong and I let her know. She gets upset and comes and throws some out and tries to fix it. I get upset and tell her I don't want it like that. And even the manager gets upset and refuses to change it. How bad.

Starbucks was not open on time today

Learn how to listen. Waited 10 minutes for a sandwich just for them to say it wasn't on my receipt when it was the first item I ordered.

Very busy for Mother's Day, but as always, drinks were prepared perfectly and spinach wrap was great!

I ordered a pink drink, but they made it taste like a strawberry lemonade. The barista was not happy when I questioned about my drink. Bad service in overall

There is a new to me gentleman working the drive thru window on Sundays, and KEEP HIM. This gent knows the ingredients, answers all my questions because I don’t speak Starbucks, and helps me order the BEST stuff for myself and my 2.5 year old daughter. He helped me get her a caffeine and coffee free frapp so she could have a drink like me and LAWD, it made our whole Sunday. Keep him, please. Also, customers reading this, TIP YOUR BARISTAS. ❤️

INCREDIBLE service. I haven't felt this welcomed at a coffee shop in a long time. They used my name after they asked it, made eye contact, and even brought my sandwhich out to me while I was sitting. Next level stuff you don't see many places anymore

Sometime good sometimes bad today was horrrible cold sandwich and horrible frappe. U would think when someone asks to double toast something they would actually listen🤨 the sandwich ok I can warm up at home but the frappe? Disgusting I had 2 people other than me taste it both made weird faces and said the same thing I just don’t understand why y’all can’t just be consistent with the service?

Actually, it was one of the calmest locations I have been in. That’s not a complaint. I did notice that the power plugs under the tables in the middle of the dining area or not working because customers were going around trying to find outlets that were working. It was nice to not be overcrowded for once at a Starbucks.

Why do you prioritize in store orders over previously placed mobile orders? I can place a mobile order at 11:00 with a pickup time of 11:16 and sit in the store from 11:16 until 11:30 while customers repeatedly walk up to the counter and place orders and receive them while I’m still waiting for a mobile order I placed 20 minutes before them.

The drive thru was very quick. Hot and fresh coffee.

I buy a frappe everyday. 7/10 times it’s not made right and the person making it always has an attitude with me when they messed up my drink. What I wanna know is how a mocha cookie crumble taste like water?!

Who doesn't love a good cup of coffee from Starbucks. Service here never disappoints me, drive through line always move expeditiously.

[Updated Review - 2023-07-19] Yet again, the lobby is not open as advertised. 🤷‍♂️ Starbucks, where did your quality service and hospitality go? [Updated Review] Yet again the lobby is closed. In trying to build my community and connect with my co-investors, we like to visit Starbucks around the country. We've built habits around it. But the sporadic nature within which the service is up and down, or the lobby opens at random intervals, hardly ever on the time posted on the door out front or on the Google listing, and quality of service, have absolutely tanked. There are a small handful of employees who go the extra mile to care and communicate. But by and large the experience continues to decline. So, this morning I end up at IHOP again. I never thought I'd see the day that IHOP is outperforming Starbucks, but here we are. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] Having patroned this Starbucks for years now, I can say that, though the design updates with good frequency, the service has not. As usual, The early early staff is always friendly, but the even staff announces its closing early, which is simply tacky.

Great customer service especially the gentleman at the drive through this afternoon. He was so sweet ! This starbucks location is near my job and I will be returning!

Coffee was WAY too strong compared to the one by my house in Homestead. Coffee lid was not properly attached - when I sat down, got Coffee all over myself and the car.

I come here and every day and it IS the best part of my day. Brandon, Zach, James,and Javion (I hope I spelled his name right) always go above and beyond to put a smile on my face. I can easily say they make my day everyday. You can get amazing coffee just about anywhere, you can't always get amazing people everywhere. I truly am so thankful for everyone there!

Excellent newer Starbucks location located along the main thorough fare in Lakeland, nestled in the iconic Southgate shopping plaza. Staff were attentive and friendly. Be mindful that this location replaced the former gas station location further north.

We are from Southern Illinois and stopped here after a cruise for my Starbucks fix. I have been to MANY Starbucks and while all have been a good experience, these folks in Lakeland went above and beyond. Acknowledged me as I walked in the door and as a task was being finished while I was at the counter. My order was taken and as I scanned my app I was as addressed by name and thanked again by name. My drink was made quickly and to perfection. I was again addressed and thanked by name. When I asked to speak to the manager, I didn’t get the usual huff and puff or roll of the eyes, although his face showed a little concern. 😂 I let the manager know how wonderful her team is and to keep up the fantastic work. I will go out of my way to make it back to this Starbucks in the future. Keep it up. All these “little” things go a long way for some people!! ❤️

Was about to rain and the Starbucks was my intention. The rain fell and the coffee got even more tasty as I relaxed and did my work. Atmosphere was relaxing as there wasn’t much persons there. Delicious coffee.

Love this store and people BUT…..I have gotten luke warm coffee 3 times in past two weeks. There must be one pot that is failing when it comes to keeping coffee as it should be. HOT. Staff always helpful to replace out of diff batch but please replace the failed pot.

2nd time I've been to the new Starbucks in front of Southgate shopping center Atmosphere sucks looks like they're not through finishing the place and putting up the stock that is boxes all out in the sitting area. I got a black coffee with just a squirt of another in it and honestly it wasn't good at all.

Worst experience ever. If I had gone to this Starbucks first I'd never have went back. Called the store to complain and the "shift leader" not helpful. Just said "sorry to hear that".

Starbucks is always a good time. Whenever I want to people, I go to Starbucks. I grab a refresher and a bagel, take out my laptop, and start working. The associates are really helpful and respectful. I'll definitely be back.

Coffee is consistently great and the staff has a great attitude. While I'm in town I have been going here daily for a couple of weeks. Only complaint is most of the time my venti white mocha is just a little over 3/4 full and not quite a full cup.

We visit Starbucks quite often. Always great service and wonderful drinks.

I’ve stopped at this Starbucks quite a few times, with it being in such a convenient location. Though I must say, I’ll always miss the old Beacon Road location- the retro gas station-turned-coffee shop was super cool. But I think the move to this location was extremely necessary because there’s way more room for parking and the flow of constant Starbs consumers. The workers here are for the most part awesome in my experience. Though, sometimes they can be a little rough, but I’ve noticed that when ordering inside, so I’m not really sure what that means. Anywho, you can mostly expect the same thing from Starbucks to Starbucks (bet you can’t guess which ones I’m talking about). I recently tried the coffee cake and it’s actually pretty decent. I do get a little weary of visiting Starbucks just because I know everything I eat has an insane amount of sugar, carbs and all the rest. But it’s definitely a fun spoil sometimes. Their refreshers are also the best of any coffee chain and I’ll pick those first over others, but not Starbs coffee (sorry man it’s just the truth). Lastly, I love where this Starbucks is located now. In the Southgate shopping center you have a really great view- the famous Southgate neon sign! That never gets old, and when you go through the drive thru it’s on all glorious display right there.

I normally go to this Starbucks when picking up my favorite breakfast and I don't typically have issues but today my experience was not excellent. I went into the building to order today and the gentleman "J" that took my order was not even friendly. I don't think he looked up once at me at all. He literally ask what he could get me and then just said insert your card for payment and went about his duties. I have no problem with people being diligent in doing their job in a busy atmosphere such as this but at least be friendly while doing it.

My order wasn't ready when I got there. However, the team worked quickly to get my order filled. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

Greatest Venti Mocha Frap with extra shot ever!! Perfectly blended, no ice chunks. Staff is super accommodating and kind. Would highly recommend to everyone. Worth the wait as the lines are usually long. 😉
