My favorite donuts and kolaches in the Cypresswood area! I hope they reopen soon! I would be heartbroken if the hurricane robs us of this local spot

I am amazed. The old owners' donuts tasted like wax, but the new owners take it to a new level! The donuts are balanced and fresh (go when it's really early). Great donut place, better than Shipley's!

I recently visited StarLite Doughnuts and was thoroughly impressed. Despite not being a usual fan of kolaches, the spicy sausage kolache stood out with its perfect balance of bread to meat ratio. It was so good that I would definitely return for the same order. Additionally, the gentleman at the counter provided quick and friendly service, enhancing the overall experience. Five stars!

Omg! These donuts are amazing. I haven't had an apple fritter in what seems like a decade, but the ones here took me back. The blueberry donuts are so moist and buttery! The donuts here are so much better than anything I've tasted at any donut chain and truly worth the visit. The employees are so warm and welcoming, and that is how a donut shop should be.

Friendly staff, great food, very clean store. Ham and cheese, sausage and jalapeno were excellent as well as outstanding donuts! Highly recommend.

I stopped here because I needed a breakfast for a soccer game. Service was excellent and donut wholes were more than delicious. Definetly stop around here to get some goodies.

Excellent Southeast Asian family owned donut place. Easily one of the best in the area and obviously much better than the chains like Shipley, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, etc and I would say even better than Top Donuts. Give it a try, you can't go wrong with local family owned donut shops really.

Xay's donuts are really good. Kumon Thong liked the donut hole. Sompong says the Chapel Hill kolache was spectacular. For me the ham and swiss kolache rolls was excellent

The new owners are great and so are the donuts. No funky after taste anymore!! The glazed donuts have the perfect sweetness and texture.

Really happy we stopped in for the first time. I had my eyes on the blueberry cake donut and it was the best I’ve had to date! You can tell they have perfected the texture and flavor. So good, I should have bought some to take home but we’ll be back! I also tried a croissant breakfast sandwich and it was perfect, also made fresh to order so no displayed items. Would highly recommend the visit for some fresh baked goods and friendly service.

Always have great service, never a moment where Ms. Seng doesn’t remember you. My partner the other day left her card by accident recently, if the owner were truly a scammer we would have never seen that card again. I truly appreciate the great customer service that I’m given each time I visit and will continue to keep visiting as often as I can.

Saw great reviews and decided to try this place out. 10:30 on a Sunday morning and they are out of all filled donuts and small sausage and cheese kolaches. How can you run out of product?

These are the BEST donuts Bar-none!! The owner is so kind and takes time to talk to the customer a bit, making the visit even more remarkable. My favorite donuts used to be from Krispy Kreme, but StarLite has bumped them down a notch. Go get yourself some donuts or kolaches!! You won’t be disappointed.

Starlite Donuts is the best donut shop in Texas! The owners Ann & Lee make the most delicious kolaches & donuts. We always feel welcome each time we stop by for a special breakfast treat.

My son goes there on his minibike to get the family donuts and kolache‘s. They take care of him and they’re fast and friendly. He’s always excited to go back every week because how nice they are to him. Highly recommended.

This place has good donuts but has all really good croissant breakfast sandwiches. The staff go out of their way to make you have a good experience. When they were out of a particular donut that my children wanted they threw in extra donut holes free of charge.They are wonderful and we will come here again and again.

Lots of yummy stuff to choose from. Best selection I've seen in the area. Lots of different breakfast items, i.e. boudin, spinach and chicken, kielbasa, chapel hill, croissant sandwiches, the list goes on. Super friendly family running the shop. Love dropping in here and picking up breakfast.

Ms.Ann is amazing. Not only is she so kind she makes an amazing variety of kolaches (not so small might i add) and donuts that you would never see anywhere else. I absolutely love this place and wish i could go more often but i Live a bit far. Wow wow wow, this place is amazing, the lady that I believe owns this place always recognizes me and is so sweet. But I also have to talk about the food, its been years since the first time I came here and still I tell everyone this is the best place to go get donuts and kolaches/pigs in a blanket, you will not be disappointed at the amount of selection you have either. :)

Wow, wow wow wow. I love this place. The owner is very sweet an welcoming, easily the most joyful donut shop (or any shop!) owner I've ever seen. The quality is wayyyyyy way beyond the low price. definitely very worth the money. There is a large selection of donuts and kolaches and from the ones I've had I can say they are absolutely delicious. I just finished drooling over the best kolache I've ever had, terrific stuff! if I could rate more than five star I would! wow, amazing.

This is my new donut shop! Walked in for the first time this morning and was blown away from the number of kolache options. The customer service was amazing! They were so sweet to my little boy which was such a nice plus.

Picked up kolaches and donuts for my team and this place was excellent!! The owner was so nice and everything was delicious- we will definitely be using them for our office breakfast in the future!
