The hamburgers were good like they usually are. They're not the best around but their drive-thru was fast and the food was reasonable.

Very slow to provide service and even worse at delivering food

There was only one car in front of me and it seemed like they ordered a lot of food. It looks like they were pulled ahead because of the weight and I pulled up to the window. I waited 10 to 15 minutes at the window and I kept being patient because I thought maybe they greet me maybe they would tell me something is going on but the whole time I was there I could see the coworkers talking in the background And I was not told anything the window was not opened once. I had no idea if my food was being made or there’s another wait. I’m all good with waiting but at least tell me SOMETHING, like anything. I ended up pulling out of the drive-through and I went somewhere else and I’m never going back

Food was cooked fresh as always. Service horrible at this location now. Been going here for years. No one smiles, greet you back or provides any type if customer service. Get it together Steak n Shake.

Kyan took great care of us and got us in and out very quickly we love this place and come all the time!

This place is nasty. All the table and booths were dirty, restrooms as well. Manger was rude when asked about are milkshake and when were gave double burger instead of the triple we ordered. All of our food was cold unlike are drinks since there was no ice

Wow I get surprised is been a wild since I go to eat at steak and shake everything change for worse the self check out is a joke I think this is the last time we go to eat in there I think this is the next company to close their doors for good we got some chicken tender we'll there's almost no chicken only bread walmart tenders are better never again sorry no more steak and shake for me anymore

i’ve been sitting 25 minutes for just a simple chocolate shake. I was told to pull up to the stop sign and every car behind me got their food quick and left, all I got was a simple chocolate shake that’s all

I was handed a milkshake pouring out the sides with a regular top on it instead of the tall open top and no whip cream. I guess that is what you get for going during happy hour. They have lost my business forever because of their lack of respect for someone spending money for a product. sad.

This place isn't what it use to be, nobody talks, the only thing i heard was when my name was called. It use to be a happy place 😥

Pureed beef isn't just for todlers. I eat my meat with a straw. Going for the ice cream on spaghetti next time. Not sure about the theme. It's not the game. It's not racing. It's just the pattern. So hoaky. Not a retro 50s vibe. The service is slower than a retreating hair line. Makes me want to scream for ice cream. Going to set fire to my mouth with those little peppers in the jar. Good parking.

The food was good. That's about the only positive. Came in, no greeting no interaction, nothing. Order dine in on a kiosk. Zero communication. The entire time the only words spoken was when my name was called to pick up my order. Everything in the place Appears clean but doesn't feel like it. Counters tacky, walls look greasy with smudge in the grease coating. Water standing on the floor in several areas. Actual pools of water. Had to walk around a large pool to pick up my order and get napkins. Not a word was said when leaving even after I said "have a nice day" As the only people in the restaurant there is no mistake who I was talking to. If I wanted cold and distant I would have gone through a drive through. Can't recommend this location at all.

Staff is super accommodating. Manager and staff are really friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was Exceptional. Thank you guys!

We grabbed a couple double cheeseburgers from the drive-thru. Service was fast and friendly. Burgers were delicious. 🍔🩷

Wish I could say anything about the food, but can’t because no one bothered to answer the drivethru at 11:40am on a Saturday. People clearly working and we even drove around the building and then tried again. At this location, no one cares.

Went there twice this week and they don't have any shakes

The inside of this place is so nasty, everything is sticky, the floor , the chairs , the tables , all sticky and nasty . You must order through a kiosk and get your own drink with a barcode receipt that dont give you enough time to even fill your cup up , forget about a refill, and you go pick up your own order of food , nothing like steak n shake used to be. There is no server, no hostess, no personal interaction, the food is always cold, and SUPER GREASY , I refuse to order hamburgers anymore because they always are still red and not cooked in the middle , that is gross to me. I only still come through the drive through because my son likes their chicken tenders which arent very good in my opinion but , I will say though there is a lady who works there who is ALWAYS so KIND and friendly, always makes me feel good when I see her there and is the only other reason I go back. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MISS CAROL ! YOU ARE FANTASTIC ❤️ You deserve so much better of a working environment. Keep smiling and being you! If service was based on just you it would be 5 stars plus!! Unfortunately everyone else there has terrible customer service skills.

The food is always good. Today 3/18/24 when we came in to eat, the drinks were out of order and when we asked how to get our drinks, the lady who presented as the manager, didn’t acknowledge us because she was on her phone. When we asked again, she yelled at an employee to get us our drinks, then proceeded to continue talking on her phone. The same employee who got our drinks also delivered our food to us at our table, he was nice and welcoming, I can’t say the same for the manager who never got off her phone during our entire lunch. I’ll be going to another Steak ‘n Shake in the future. Don’t recommend coming here based on customer service.

It’s 11:15 am on Saturday…..and it’s NOT open. Customer service and workmanship is starting to show that business owners just don’t care about service anymore. Love the food at Steak n Shake but this location has just hit rock bottom.

What?!! The name is Steak n Shake… Can’t believe they are still open. No servers, no shakes, no American cheese , no tomatoes, no salad.

Worst experience with food chain. Besides being out of shakes? Missing a complete part of order, half filled fry cups and charged like we had shakes. 40$ for 3 steak burgers and Frisco melt with 2 large fry and 2 medium. No patty was added to the Frisco like ordered either. Reminds me why stopped going to steak n SHAKE. If could would post 0 stars. Had to repeat every item 3 times too, yet still missing a complete burger and fry

I ended up not ordering because they didn’t have fries, shakes, chili, lettuce or tomatoes. I’m very disappointed.

Everytime we visit there is a problem where they cannot take our order. Don't know how they stay in business. We visited 3 times and not able to order any food. So we left.

We came to this location at 9 pm on January 24th and were pleasantly surprised at everything. Food was excellent, all the men working there seemed happy, they were super friendly and prompt with our delicious food. Will definitely go back to this location.

This place is slipping. Nowhere as good as it used to be. No unsweetened tea. Now, you need to scan your receipt to fill your own drink. Two customers requested refunds and left due to excessive time to get their food. My burger was not hot enough. Place was much better when they had waitstaff, table service, real plates, silverware, and glassware. Hope they return to their original business plan.

I'm confused with the whole place. I had to place my own order. Walk get my food the clear the table. And I was still asked to leave a tip !! Tip for what!!! I did everything accept cook the food..

Unfortunately I can not rate my shake because after waiting in line, I was told they had no shakes, the machine was broken. Which, I understand, could happen Would have been nice to have a sign so people did not wait in line for nothing. Disappointed..

Reggie the manager needs to learn how to not argue with the customers if we have to order are food ourselves he should not argue with the customers sever customers food came out wrong Reggie the manager argued with every customer on who they were wrong I see this location closing it’s not clean rather and my shoes stuck to the floor

My husband and I came here for dinner. Drive thru was decently busy so we decided to eat in, only two other families were inside so we ordered our food(chili mac, small fries, and a cheeseburger combo), grabbed our drink and went to find a table. Majority of the tables were FILTHY. Sat down and waited, and waited. 20 minutes goes by and they call my name, to tell me they’re out of spaghetti for the chili Mac. Why couldn’t they tell me when it came on their screen? Then they didn’t offer to replace it, just said they’d give me a refund. Whatever. My husbands food comes out 2 minutes later. My small fry was missing so I went up to the counter and told them my small fry was missing, the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and went to grab the fry. Absolutely terrible service!! We used to come to this location all the time! What happened!? We’d rather go to the one further down on 60 in Brandon!

2021-Since reopening their dining room, they definitely need some work. Orders came out slow and inaccurate last time we actually got to eat in. Decided to try again today but the doors were locked and someone came to the door and said the dining room was closed the remainder of the day (people were still inside eating at the time). It was just after 2pm on a Sunday? Management or franchise owner needs to look into this place. 11/2023 - prices are a lot more. Waited over 30 minutes for our order and there were only 4 other families in the restaurant. Not the same place we're used to. Need to bring back the coupons and the table service! Not a good experience at all! Would not recommend going to this location. While we were here they locked the doors because they don't have any help and said they are closed for the afternoon. Same issue as the above from 2 years ago.

The good news is, the shakes are as good as ever. The rest is very disappointing. This used to be a restaurant, what I mean is it had full table service, now when you go in you have to order from a kiosk then they call you to come get it. The food was subpar, there was only two employees running the whole place.

I have to give this location a 5 star, because they were working hard and still smiling along with the awesome kitchen manager. He made sure everything was hot and fresh. He was cooking, cashier, and sweating. But still kept a great smile.

The sandwich was absolutely hot and fresh. I was very impressed.

It took about 25 minutes for 2 cars in front of me to get their food. I don't know if they need more employees but they are extremely slow

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to the drive through at 10:30 am. Sat at the mic for a good five minutes before saying hello to try and get someone's attention. Called out for a few minutes before I ended up going inside. Thought for a moment that someone had forgotten to lock the doors after closing because the place was dead quiet. Finally saw someone around the corner who gestured dismissively at the kiosk to order. I ordered and sat at one of the dirty tables to wait for my food. Person on the grill was using his phone while he had gloves on and DID NOT CHANGE THEM. Not once did any of the employees look at me or speak to me. I am not surprised that this place is dead and has no customers, I am frankly disgusted.

This is the WORST restaurant with the most drug addicted incompetent people you will ever have the misfortune of dealing with. These idiots were shut down for FOUR SOLID DAYS because they couldn't pick up the phone and call someone to help with their computer system. The assistant manager is some kid with fruity hair who acts like he just smoked meth, can't stand still, stuttering and stammering. The managers are the worst, they can't even get an order right. The black lady manager is an entitled clown with an attitude. They have gone down the toilet this past few years. I am making sure I rattle the doors at corporate over this place. The bag of hamburgers I got had grease literally pouring out of the paper sack. BEWARE! I would not be surprised at all if they closed and were gone overnight. Incompetent MORONS.

Entered and not greeted at all. It's very unfriendly exchange you walk in order from a computer and wait for your food. This "restaurant" smelt like pee in the entryway and was very dirty inside. The floors were super sticky, and when you lift your foot to walk, all you hear is the sticky sound your shoes make when walking on a floor like that. Most of the table tops were dirty, and the drive thru girl was taking drive-thru orders while sitting at a table eating. We're ordered 3 shakes, and one needed to be remade, and when they remade it, there was a sour milk taste, so we just threw it away. Their burgers are so small and cost almost $5, and the order of 3 chicken stripes was almost $5. The food is just okay, but I definitely won't go back to this location specifically.

Ordered online for 7 pm pickup. I arrived at 6:55 pm and had to wait over 35 min to get my food. My order was not ready at 7:00 pm like it should have been. This is a constant issue with this location. I'm done. Deleting app

The food takes way too long for a resteraunt that reheats their food. I would recommend going through the drive thru because it is much quicker. (I've been here for 30 minutes)

You order food from a kiosk, OK. But then it asks for a TIP!! You get called to pick up your food, no service at all, no one checks after you have your food. Looks like some of the tables were self service cleaned... The floor was so dirty and sticky I lost a sandal. They were out of napkins, I guess no one checks, had to ask for them. Other than calling your name, nobody speaks to you. May as well be robots in here... Plenty of parking at lunch, nobody goes there....

I hate being told to pull forward when no one is behind me

I waited in the drive thru and no answer. I went inside the restaurant and the first worker that I saw was clueless. He didn't know whether someone was working the drive thru or not. That place is not what it used to be. Time to get our burguers somewhere else.

I remember coming in on a Saturday when I was little and this place being packed. Food is great burgers shakes all of it. I believe that stake and shakes needs to reconsider their restaurant layout, maybe a smaller restaurant more customer service and definitely clean bathrooms. Don’t let this place be the next radio shack.hello!!

We stopped for a couple of shakes. They were only half full! One of them was a chocolate shake but barely had any chocolate at all. This location is Not worth your money.

The food is the same as before when they had servers but you have to order and get your drinks yourself.... no service! All the food is still pretty good but the place needs a little sprucing up.... all in all it's ok if you want a quick sit down lunch but have to get back up when it's cooked or done just make sure if there is no sweet tea don't ask for it because it won't be made until you leave

It was sad to see what a lifeless, soulless place Steak n Shake has become. Burgers have shrunk tremendously and the Shake machine is always broken.

Update.... went again recently with family. Walls are covered some haze of whatever they use to "clean", yet theres still old crust of dried mustard and ketchup. Always fun game of find a somewhat clean table to eat at. Disgusting!!!! Steak and shake used to have a feel to it. A real diner feel. But the kiosks have taken over, and you talk to no one until your order number is called out. It's always taken a second to get your meal as it's grilled on the spot, but if I don't have the old experience of being treated as a valued customer.... I will seek elsewhere.

Cheeseburgers were cooked to order. Fries were hot and crispy. Dining area and restroom were clean

I have gone to steak'n shake for many years. But it is no longer what it used to be.

Ordered the 4 for 4.44 meals. One of the burgers was made incorrectly, an order of fries were missing, not a touch of salt on the fries. Ordered chilli without onions and they put onions anyway. We were the only car in the drive thru when we arrived and it was a wait and the lady didn't come back to the window at any time with an explanation.
